The location is super convenient, just 100 meters from JR Shin-Sapporo Station. (Personally, I find Shin-Sapporo Station even more convenient than Sapporo Station – fewer people, quicker to get in.) Plus, getting to downtown Sapporo is easy with the Sapporo Municipal Subway.

The room is quite spacious with unobstructed views, making it feel very open and bright.

Housekeeping is excellent; if you're staying multiple nights, they clean every four days.

Except the location is a little bit far away from central downtown， everything is perfect for me，good service ，huge space for one pepole and the room is quite clean， will come next time if I back to Sapporo again.

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

The hotel staff is polite and friendly thier place is excellent clean and safe especially thier spa will recommend to friends if they are travelling to sapporo.

I really love this hotel, near food places and the train station. What more is the hotel is very spacious! Would recommend this to everyone if they love it further away from town area

The hotel is located between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city center. It takes about half an hour to reach Sapporo. If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.

The hotel's breakfast is on the 30-something floor, offering unbeatable views of Sapporo. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

The hotel's location near Shin-Osaka Station is incredibly convenient for buses, Shinkansen, and subways. It was a thoughtful touch that they offered free umbrellas downstairs on a rainy day, no registration needed. Plus, there are plenty of dining options right downstairs.

The subway station is a bit far, but the JR station is a reasonable distance away. This was our last hotel in Hokkaido. Having an Aeon nearby was convenient for shopping. However, getting to Susukino by subway was quite easy, taking about 30 minutes.

The window view from the room was my absolute favorite! I could see the snow. The room was also very clean, though housekeeping only comes every three days. The location right next to Shin-Sapporo Station is excellent overall.
