Hotel is located conveniently just 5 mins walk from Sapporo station. Has a shared bath that is clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were fast. Hotel was also able to keep our luggage before check in time
This hotel is conveniently located just a five or six-minute walk from Sapporo Station, right next to Yodobashi Camera, which is great for shopping. There are also some delicious soup curry restaurants nearby
The central heating in the room was very effective and cozy! The shower pressure was also excellent, genuinely good! I'm planning to come back next year for a month to see the snow! This is my top choice for staying in Sapporo
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even with three of us and our luggage open, there was still plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was also very good
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Incredible value for money! Even the hairdryer and showerhead are from ReFa! The room, though small, has everything you need
The service is unbelievably good! The front desk provides a free bottle of water per person each day, and you can grab toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, combs, earplugs, coffee, and more from the first floor

Very Nice to Stay.Good location nearly center.Room is very nice, clean, convenient to walk to go around.
This is my second year staying at this hotel in Sapporo, and the main reason I chose it again is its convenient location, which works perfectly for my personal travel needs
The location, facilities, and service were all great. Having a convenience store right on the first floor and being close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Station was a huge plus
Although the room isn't very large, it's perfectly adequate for one person, and it's nice and warm, which is great for someone like me who tends to feel the cold
I want to specifically highlight the service I received during this stay. This trip involved large luggage and a short stop in another city
Even though the hotel has its own rules, they provided me with maximum assistance as a solo traveler facing genuine difficulties
Sapporo, 6F, 2-19, Kita-2-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It is close to both Sapporo Station and the underground leading towards Susukino
- Typical APA amenities were all present (bathroom amenities, bidet, heated anti-fog mirror, large TV, mini-fridge, plenty of outlets, wifi, openable window, laundry bags, coin laundry, free bottled water, tissues, hair dryer, kettle, and cups)
- Room was clean
- Walls were quite soundproof and environment was quiet
Negatives...
However, I didn’t find this much of a problem as I only used it for sleeping
- Cost seemed high (9000 yen per night for a compact single room for one person), but might be due to the New Year
- The air conditioner is a little noisy
It's located in the center of town, making it easy to get around. There's a convenience store right in front, which is convenient for shopping at night.
Pretty good hotel , Lobby is on 6th floor, the staff are nice , good service and helpful, here is not far from Sapporo station around 500 meters by walk, and from airport bus stops around 200 meters by walk , bus stops to Sapporo beer museum, I stayed 17 th and 21th of December, it was snowing, it was difficult to walk because the floor was slippery , opposite with hotel has 7-11 , and Yayoi is...
Rooms were very clean and neat and I like it.It even prepare a toothbrush and other necessary things for bath. There were also breakfast but we didn't go for it as we need to fasting.Overall it was very nice place!
There are four APA hotels in Sapporo, so it took me a bit to locate this one. The TKP is perfectly located between Odori Park and Sapporo Station which made walking around and exploring easy

Very nice location, very near key places. Adjacent to the hotel is the shopping street, including the 24-hour Don Quijote with just around 50 meter distance, so you can shop late night or early morning
The only thing we found a bit unusual was that the bathroom was located at the very back of the room instead of near the entrance. Every evening, adults received a complimentary beer
Our family booked a non-smoking quadruple room for 2 nights. It had one large bed and two single beds, and the space was sufficient
The hotel is conveniently located right off a pedestrian street, just past the restaurant, and there's a drugstore nearby, which was great for shopping. The hotel breakfast was decent too
Will stay here again on next visit,
Guys , this hotel is super convenient location! You can enjoy free beer daily every night! The pork bowl rice served during breakfast is so yummy
Sapporo, Kita 5 Jo Nishi 6 Chome Chuo-Ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Note that this hotel is NOT connected to the station. Amenities are to be taken from the first floor. Room has one window but since it's very close to the tracks, they have a thick sliding door to block out the sound
This hotel is super close to the JR station exit, making the location really convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's incredibly well-designed. I was able to open both a 24-inch and a 30-inch suitcase comfortably
There are many restaurants near the hotel, including yakitori, yakiniku, and ramen. The service is also excellent. The front desk staff are very friendly and will generally greet you when you come and go
There are several convenience stores and a post office nearby, and it's close to Hokkaido University. However, if you want to go to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, it might be a bit far, about a 1km walk
They also offer a daily breakfast (free), and while the selection isn't huge, it's enough to eat, especially since it's complimentary. The room is a bit small, but most hotels in Japan are
Highly recommended, highly recommended!
First, let's talk about the location. This hotel is quite close to the JR station, about a 10-minute walk
Help and accomodating to foreigners. Be thankful for their patience. The rooms are well presented and maintained. The sauna and restaurant in the basement levels are very welcome perks. A very good value for your stay
Close but not too close to Susukino. It's close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown while being in a quiet area that has plenty of smaller scale local options. Above all the staff is wonderful
Breakfast is wildly exciting (white wine anyone?) and delicious (Ezo deer curry!)
Good location, short walk to the streetcar
If front desk staff can speak some English, this would have been excellent
Interestingly the open-air onsen was always empty when I visited but imo it is worth the climb up the stairs. As others have mentioned the breakfast is delicious and satisfying
While the bed did not feel particularly luxurious, it was comfortable and I did not have any trouble sleeping. Pyjamas were provided and so were fresh towels every day
with very good service from the staff the onsen was amazing too for women they got a passcode to enter the women onsen and updated it daily

I love this hotel. They have parking lots. Very clean and comfortable. It’s in the central of the city
Very good hotel with a convenient location, within walking distance from Sapporo Station. The room size is comfortable—not too small—and I was able to open two 28-inch suitcases easily
Each floor has a water dispenser and there is a jug for guest to collect water to be used in the room, which I find very convenient
Our family really loves Japan, because besides being a beautiful and relaxing place, the people are really kind and disciplined🫶🫶🫶
Room is compact but has all the necessary items. Hotel provides a wide variety of free amenities in the lobby area including tea
The hotel location is good, closed to Station. the room is clean and staff friendly. Nothing to complain.
Sapporo, 5, 7 Jonishi, Minami, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room was quite spacious, though unfortunately, it was a bit far from the subway station. However, there are plenty of food options nearby, so it was still pretty convenient
The rooms considered big compared with rooms in Tokyo. Just a bit distance walk from Susukino. The hotel is clean and there is a lot of convenient store nearby
A location is quite a bit far from Susukino station than I expect. Also there is neither sushi and sashimi for a breakfast buffet. I thought this is a misleading from an picture shown in hotel information in the website
The only downside is that it's quite a distance from the JR station, about a 10 to 15-minute walk. Plus, the surrounding area is full of host clubs, which isn't ideal when traveling with children
Overall we satisfy especially with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom is SUPER CLEAN!
Congrats Rembrandt!
They provide coffee/tea, kettle, slippers, and cute night gown 😊 in the room
Really nice Hotel - close by the subway and a supermarket :) the staff is friendly and they offer a great cleaning service and free essentials like shavers, sponges etc.
Sapporo, Minami 5-24, 3-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is both an advantage and a drawback. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally situated, close to nightlife and shopping areas. However, the immediate surroundings feel crowded and not very clean
Great location. Services with friend and room is cleasiness.Have a space for easy dinning and free drinking&snack.
Ideal location for foodies and shoppers! The location offers a safe and convenient environment with eateries, cafes, convenient stores, pharmacies and souvenir shops just a stone’s throw away
The hotel side door connects directly to Block 5 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It’s also near enough (within 1. 5km) to walk to the Nijo fish market, Odori Park and Sapporo JR station
They offer heating pads upon arrival to the hotel during the midnight 1am. Third, the rooms are clean and well organised, the layout makes sense and the toilets are the best
Room was rather clean, however the room was kinda small for 3 +1 family. Nonetheless the location was fantastic.
Sapporo, 7-12-1 Minami 2 Jonishi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The nearest 狸小路street is no7, the tip of the famous street. Lack of amenities for drinking water, even the bathroom tap is labelled drinking water. Generally i would recoemmend this hotel
Great location - close to Odori, Susukino and Tanukijoki Arcade. Easy to get to with the airport bus. Room is clean, and bathtub is nice to use after a long day of walking
Extremely satisfied! The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities. They even have Chinese-speaking staff. I absolutely loved the bathroom design; it felt just like soaking in a hot spring
Check in after my road trip ended. Greet by a ********* staff, overall is friendly and good. Guide us how to get into station by walking underground!/underroof for faster access
The room is considered spacious in Japan for 3pax family. Bathroom is quite spacious as well. The location is a near to odori but not so near. But considered convenient, surround by convenient stores and restaurant
Breakfast is very full in the morning - head there early, or go to Family Mart around the corner
Sapporo, 4 Chome-4-10 Minami 9 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room is big and clean. Service is good. I wish the wifi speed is faster, and more wall outlet available. Only one wall outlet on the desk is not enough.
The service from the personnel at the desk and attending to towels etc was excelkent. Very comfortable room. Goid size room with great view of tbe snow.
5 minute walking distances to the busy area, 1 minute to the nearest train station, a seicomart and a 7-11 nearby. Only issue is not enough restaurants nearby
This is a really nice hotel. very convenient to go around sapporo. and i like the breakfast
We could deposit our baggage 1 night since we stayed 2 nights and went somewhere else 1 night and came back to stayed one more night
The room had no windows and no air conditioning, only central heating that couldn't be switched to a cooling or ventilation mode. We were baking every day and woke up extremely dry
Sapporo, 3-7 Minami 5-Jo Nishi, Cho-Ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great place to stay in the center of suskino. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy cheap place to stay in Sapporo.
Set back is it is rather dated, and rooms are small, in particular the bathroom, which is only slightly bigger than a 6 foot table!
Hotel is conveniently located 200m from the airport limo bus stop. Lots of eateries, shopping and entertainment at its door step
perfect location , kindness stuff
In terms of of foods, there are small alley that sell ramens also good choice when you visit Sapporo. Hotel give basic amenities room are quite small but clean
Hotel in a very good location especially if you want to travel by bus to Chitose Airport, just 3 minutes walk to bus stop
Great central location, very convenient for getting around. However, the room furnishings are a bit outdated.
The place was very neat and clean. It was situated conveniently near the station so transportation with Sapporo was very easy. There were a lot of good food around jt too and above all, the staff were very accommodating.
The room was clean and tidy, perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The breakfast was quite good; even though the dishes were the same every day, they tasted great and offered excellent value for money
The hotel is a bit of a walk from Susukino Subway Station Exit 4, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, so the location is decent. The front desk staff spoke good English
Clean easy and convenient. A bit aged and a bit of city noise. Its close to the shopping district and lots of restaurants around. Room is typical Japanese size.
The hotel had already turned off the air conditioning in early October, so we had to open the window, but it was very windy outside in the middle of the night

The best breakfast for Seafood sashimi lovers and The hotel also give us a free ramen service from 21:30-23:00 ! Good public onsen bath , Good location , good service, Good breakfast
We had a lovely stay at the Dormy Inn. Please don’t miss out on the 9pm ramen at night. Onsen was great to relax, room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly
After a full day of shopping nearby, it was great to come back to the hotel for a wonderful hot spring bath, then enjoy a free 15-minute massage on the massage chair, and finish off the day with some complimentary late-night ramen
We always stay in Dormy inn if we travel to Japan. We love the onsen, the free ice cream , and yummy ramen as supper every night. Hotel breakfast is amazing, definitely worth the price you paid
Great stay, comfortable hotel and very pleasant amenities. The only annoyance até those HK tourists, very annoying misbehaving and speaking super loud and not following the onsen protocols, rushing for a spot in the tub
Washing machine is free and right outside the onsen, just need to pay for the dryer. Microwave oven is available at level 2 and 6. There is complementary icecream and yoghurt depends on timing, can eat after onsen
Sapporo, Odorinishi 1-12, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Record player was a nice touch but I didn’t even turn it on. Lounge was beautiful and staff was friendly. Good central location for access to public transit, Suskino and local attractions
Truly enjoyed our stay here! The room is cozy and comfortable, though there’s no tv in the room. Great view of Sapporo TV Tower from our room. The location is so central to everywhere
I really like the rooftop view of this hotel. You can see the Sapporo TV Tower up close with nothing blocking the view. The café and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel also have a very nice atmosphere
The check in staff were nice and professional, and there was always at least one who spoke English during my stay. I attempted to check in at approximately 1pm, but was told to come back at the 3pm check in time
Loved the welcome experience and beautifully presented lobby area. Location is excellent and hotel is brand new. I have never seen it before but there is a record player - yes, vinyl - in each room and no TV
The location of the hotel is excellent, right across the street from Odori park, with views of the TV tower. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are a decent size compared to many other Japanese hotels
Sapporo, Nishi 6-chome, Kita 1-jo, Chuou-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great value for money, and super convenient with the tram directly accessible! The room environment is also excellent, very clean, and the staff are all very friendly
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo!
Polite and English speaking front desk staff.
Spacious room comparing to other hotels in Japan.
Renovation needed.
Nice restaurants inside hotel, lunch offer in good value. Attentive waiting staff in restaurant.
Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room. However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns:
1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat
The location is decent, not on the main road so it's relatively quiet. There's an underground passage to Sapporo Station, so if you want to avoid the wind and sun, you might consider a hotel even closer
I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped down
Sapporo, 1-2-2, Minami-2jonishi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great location! There's a McDonald's to the front right, and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is just behind the hotel, which is super convenient.
The front desk staff were really helpful. They offer a complimentary bar and you can even make your own bath bombs, which was a fun touch. The room was super comfortable, making for a great overall experience
This location is right in the heart of everything you need. The breakfast is quite good, and they also offer unlimited drinks at the lobby. We had a wonderful 6-day stay and truly enjoyed every moment of it.
The location is very convenient, breakfast is decent, and the room size is acceptable. Plus, the hotel has a complimentary lounge, which is a nice bonus.
Spacious room, friendly price, convenient location. I'll definitely be back next time.
The location is also fantastic, right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade
Sapporo, 5 Chome Minami 8-Jonishi, Chuo-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Perfectly located in the heart of the city—within walking distance to the fish market and just 0. Even during heavy snow, the stay was wonderful. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!
The hotel responded to my email the morning of our flight up to New Chitose from Tokyo saying they could store our luggage prior to check-in which was fast and reassuring
The room was very clean and spacious with a great city view. And of course good enough for three of us. Definitely will come back again. Recommended!
The Hotel was kind enough to send my phone forgotten in the room with a courier service. Train station is within 5-7 mins walking distance and it is convenient to explore Sapporo from here
Good Location , Goodservice
"Excellent service! The staff provided great assistance for first-time visitors and clear parking info (1,900 Yen/day onsite)
We enjoyed our stay there in the family room for family of 4. Spacious, clean and well maintained bathroom. I had sound sleep with the bed provided
Sapporo, Chuo-ku, Kita 1jo Nishi 3-3-10 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
2fl restaurant serves fried chicken which won prizes in some contest but didn't have a chance to try
Room is adequate, typical Japanese hotel room, hot water bath tub turn onsen, free yes, free other amenities. Location is perfect, right in front of tram, and quick entrance to their underground walkway
This is extremely useful during winter time, bcos the road on surface is full of snows and icy road. The underground can go to either odori station or Sapporo station
When it was the 3rd day, asked the housekeeper to clean it because she was outside our room, and she said she’ll clean tomorrow(when it’s already our 4th day that time)
Another is, as a tourist, of course we’d need help around, right? I asked a lady in the front desk how to get to a place, she was not that friendly in helping. Spot is near famous spots in Sapporo
Rooms are small but it’s ok because i think that’s just the Japanese style. Service is low because they don’t clean rooms everyday, it has to be every 3 days
Sapporo, 1-2-10 Nishi, Minami 5-Jo, Chuo-Ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I was very satisfied with my 6-night stay. It was very convenient to get around, the breakfast was delicious, and the environment was great. I would recommend it to families with children.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—literally just a few steps away from the MRT/subway station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient
The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable after a long day of exploring Sapporo
Good breakfast
Clean and ample sized room.
Great location, susukino and odori park are just a few blocks away so its walkable. Train station is just right infront so suoer accessible.
Plus, there's a bus stop for Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort close by (you'll need to reserve your seat in advance). I also recommend checking out Hokkaido University; it's an easy subway ride away
The environment was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located right by Exit 5 of Toyosu-bo-no station, which was super handy.
