I love how they clean our room daily! How they even arrange our things. We had a lovely stay, although the room is small, its clean with the amenities you need during the stay
It was during the week when Sapporo had the snow festival. Relatively convenient with convenience stores and aeon my basket, dinner bell nearby. Times car rental was also very close
Had to get a smoking room as not many rooms were available due to the high season. Didn't expect a coffee machine and microwave being available to use
Delicious pastries and juice for breakfast. If they added cheese, ham, or eggs, breakfast would be more substantial, but for the price, it's perfectly fine as is. We forgot our watch, and they returned it to us
The hotel is very clean and nicely located around
the train station and bus station. calm and cosy,
lobby is good and professional staff. I feel very
welcome and check in check out was smooth
Sapporo, 2 Chome-4-番地 Minami 2 Johigashi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff were all very nice, good, n professional. They never missed to wish me good morning, thank you, and good night everyday. The staff also kept saying sorry sorry sorry when i came earlier than check in time
Fantastic location. Only 5m walks from nearest subway station and a few minutes walks away from odori park. Although we hope that they can improve their amenities since we need to take some soaps at the lobby.
The hotel was very clean, complete amenities, and located in a quite strategic location. I will ever miss Sapporo and hotel Hashimoto forever
Good location, nice service and free parking . They had public bath room .
Nice and beautiful place❤️
The air conditioning worked great, but the faucet in the room's sink needed a lot of force to turn off completely. The hotel was a bit hard to find; with all the snow, I couldn't see the sign
Sapporo, 9 Chome-46 Minami 3 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I visited this hotel in Christmas holiday and everything was perfect! The hotel location is walkable distance to many good restaurants, Nikka crossing, Aeon and bus or train station💖 Will recommend this hotel if you visit the city area of Sapporo ☃️
❤️ The hotel was strategically locaged near subway stations and the Odori Park Sapporo which is the best place here during winter for Sapporo's Snow Festival. It is also near the famous Bankei Ski Resort
Otherwise, there's another one nearby that's a little pricier. There's also a Lawson convenience store about a 7-8 minute walk away. The only downside is that there are no smoking rooms
The staff is friendly and the hotel is value for money. Not too expensive and yet complete with what it intends to serve. For me it's excellent for it's location and service
Good room , good staff. Thank you all . By the way, I truly recommend the izakeya (居酒屋)nearby the hotel .the name is ぶた平. You can easily find it on Googlemap .
The room looks exactly like the pictures, maybe a tiny bit smaller. The parking lot isn't great; it's right on the street and you definitely need a reservation
Sapporo, 3-1-26 Minami 9 -Jo Nishi (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For the price this hotel is hard to beat! We found it to be clean, convenient and very reasonable. Others are twice as expensive for the same room. Smoking is allowed in the hotel although are room did not smell at all
For the price, this hotel was an excellent value. The room was large and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were helpful. The room had a large western style bed, although it was extremely firm
If I were accustomed to sleeping on a futon I'm sure it would have been just fine, but as someone who always sleeps on a Western mattress I found it to be uncomfortable
Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I feel they could charge much more than they do given the quality
Sapporo, 1-5, Nishi 9-chome, Minami-1-jo (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room is good & clean even a bit tiny. Location is very good in central down town & near the snow festival area so you can fully enjoy the festival without worried about transportation & time
The hotel is located at the most strategic area in Sapporo. From here, you can take the public transport, either the tram or the bus to the railway station and from there, travel all across Hokkaido or Sapporo
The WiFi in the room is just amazing and the bed is comfortable. It has a sofa and I used it to set my luggage on. The hotel provide slippers to use as they provide vending machine and microwave at the lobby
The bathroom has all the usual, and more, amenities such as hair comb, small face towel, tooth brush, shaver, face and hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, and a body shampoo
I had the two-single bed room and it has all the facilities to make our stay a great one. It has the electric kettle and tea
There is also a convenient store at the lobby. APA Hotel can be reached at +81 11 281 8111

The hotel's public areas are also distinctive, perfect for sitting down to read a book or enjoy a cup of tea after a long day. The staff speak softly and work efficiently, perfectly maintaining the serene atmosphere
Close to train station, parks and shop. Small room with very basic necessities. The carpet need to be clean more often cos it is very dusty under the bed 😬. Probably can fit 2 big luggage and a couple
The place is a very good place to stay. Very spacious room. Just 4 minutes walk from Nakajima Koen Subway Nanboku Station. The price is very affordable and the breakfast is very good and cheap too.
The room layout and lighting are meticulously designed, allowing you to unwind the moment you step inside. The bathroom space and the quality of the amenities are a pleasant surprise
Stayed here during snow festival, good location, very close to Nakajima koen station, Neat & clean rooms having all the basic amenities eg brush, razor, towel, night fleece etc
Finding such a hotel during my trip was truly fortunate. The environment is exceptionally tranquil, the design elegant, and the atmosphere utterly relaxing

The location is close to the subway station and not far from the city center. There is also a cafe in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Hotel was located less than 5 minutes from the orange subway line and 2 stops from Odori. Family Mart and 24 hour supermarket all within walking distance. Amazing rooms albeit a little small (usual for Sapporo)
The superior and deluxe rooms will be located in the rear building, which is newly furnished, and does add an additional touch. The room is on the smaller side, but that is typical of rooms in Japan
However, the room is enough for a single traveler like me, and could be a tighter fit for a couple. Room was clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities
Nice hotel & spacious for 4 pax and near to subway station.
The nearest station is nearby, so it's easy to get to.
The hotel is clean and stylish. The customer service was also polite and excellent.
It also has a sauna and a cafe, so I was very satisfied.

The location, facilities, and service were all great. Having a convenience store right on the first floor and being close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Station was a huge plus
This is my second year staying at this hotel in Sapporo, and the main reason I chose it again is its convenient location, which works perfectly for my personal travel needs
Although the room isn't very large, it's perfectly adequate for one person, and it's nice and warm, which is great for someone like me who tends to feel the cold
I want to specifically highlight the service I received during this stay. This trip involved large luggage and a short stop in another city
Even though the hotel has its own rules, they provided me with maximum assistance as a solo traveler facing genuine difficulties
When I entered the room, there was a fair amount of hair on the floor near the entrance, but other than that, it was clean! It's not particularly spacious, but considering the price, it's a perfectly good room!
Sapporo, 7 Chome-6-1 Minami 2 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The room wasn't big, but it had everything I needed. I was traveling alone, and the hotel was conveniently located right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, which is a great shopping area
During the Snow Festival, it wasn't particularly expensive. There's a coffee machine and vending machines on the second floor
The receptionists were also very helpful! Overall, I recommend it!
While there was no cleaning service for consecutive nights, clean towels were provided at the door each morning. The hotel was conveniently located near Tanukikoji 7-chome. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to
The accommodation now has Wifi 👍🏻
Located at one end of Tanukikoji Commercial Street, there are hundreds of shops at the entrance, including ramen, barbecue, convenience stores, Don Quijote, duty-free medicines, and video game centers

Enjoyed my stay here.a home away from home 😁😁.very affordable and conveniently located near a main subway station from Sapporo eki
If you're planning to visit Hokkaido, APA is a great place to stay. Not only it is cozy but it is so convenient to the train station and nearby restaurants such as Matsuya.
Great location. Subway isn't that close but at least it's linked by underground walkway
great place for first visit Sapporo city, convince to all connection.👍👍👍
Excellent location. But bed is not as comfortable as advertised. Love the in room amenities provided though, very thoughtful.
Very good location. Excess most of de subway to
most destination. Food is wonderful ...many restaurant.

The bed was rather firm, which I didn't mind, but maybe if you're not used to it might be uncomfortable. There is a breakfast option until 9 but it costs a bit more
Hotel near nakajima koen subway station. Lawson convenient store just around the corner. Overall stay ok. However checking time is 4pm.
Close to nakajjma koen subway, 3 stops away from sapporo station subway. From airport, if by bus, there is airport bus that requires additional 13 minutes walk from bus stop to hotel
I just wanted a place to rest after my long international plane ride and this was a much better option than an internet cafe
The rooms are actually comfortably sized for Japanese rooms and included all the basic amenities - free wifi, towels, toiletries, water heater, mini fridge, T
The light in the middle of the bed not working.
Ask them to change but no feedback.

Located the center of Sapporo. Close to both Oodori and Susukino. Convenience store near by. Pretty cats.
Great location, nice Japanese style rooms, and very friendly owners!
Fantastic owner. Really friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy.
Stayed in Japanese room and really liked the terrace part of the room, very poor wifi connection in my room, the owner is always at the front and is very helpful and speaks English fluently.
Sapporo, 7 Chome-8-1 Minami 5 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I especially loved that the room had an oil heater! I'm sensitive to air conditioning drafts, so that was a huge relief. Even without the AC on, it stayed warm and cozy, even when it was below freezing outside
Super comfortable stay for 4 nights, Japanese style room is not big, but enough for my 4 adults. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely great value for a wonderful start to every day of my trip
The location is convenient, very close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The only drawback is that the double bed is a bit small and the room is not soundproof. Everything else is good.
Excellent location for the snow festival, good price and the sento is surprisingly cozy. Washing machines and massage chairs. Also a 7/11 and a Lawson next door resp. 50m away.
Awsome hotel in sapporo, even though the room is small but have lots of add on facilities such as public bath, comic book corner, massage chair, and lots item on loan.
Plus there is a hot spring pool, cool🛀. The counter staff was polite, to thank them for helping me book the mountain stream return express bus
Sapporo, kita 10 Nishi 4-1-22, Kita Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
For the price, getting breakfast included is an amazing deal! They don't clean the room every day, but they do empty the trash and change towels (just leave them by the door). I actually prefer this kind of service
This place is near Kita-Juni-Jo Station. It's a bit of a walk from Hakodate Station, but if the weather's bad, you can just take the subway. The staff are very polite and friendly
It's so small that it's hard to even open a carry-on suitcase, and the bathroom is tiny too. But for this price, it's totally acceptable! 🥰 Satisfied
Convenient location and walking distance to Sapporo JR station. Staff spoke limited english but were genuinely sweet and friendly. Will book again.
All in all, it's a hotel I'd definitely stay at again! However, if you can't stand super small rooms, then I wouldn't recommend it
It was very comfortable, the room was warm, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious too:)

We booked this hotel after our AirBnB cancelled on us 9 days before arrival. All the hotels in central Sapporo were incredibly expensive by this point, except this one
We loved relaxing in the whirlpool bath and massage chair. The bathroom also came with a hair straightener and curling iron. The hotel itself was very quiet. You got three choices of breakfast which was tasty
It looks like an aquarium when you walk in and there are so many toiletries in the room which get replaced every day such as heavenly sheet masks and warming eye masks
Overall this hotel was a pleasant surprise and I would definitely be booking it again for a trip to Sapporo
I've been here a few times and it was beautiful! Illumination is also quite a thing! It was the best.

I was so grateful! The front desk staff also helped with my luggage, and the receptionist was very kind. It was a great stay; the Japanese truly live up to their reputation as a nation of etiquette
Initially, I didn't know how to navigate the underground passage and made a mess of the floor. Finally, a university student kindly helped me find my way and carry my luggage
Retro business hotel. There are some parts that are not clean, but the cost performance is just right. I want to use it again next time.
Best location, front office 24h, the room is clean
Although it was on the second floor and the decor was a bit old, it was very clean and had a meticulously maintained feel. Due to the snowstorm and JR service disruptions, I had to stay overnight
The counter service is good, very close to Tanukikoji, the room and bathroom are small but very clean, breakfast is provided, ordinary sandwiches
Sapporo, 15 Chome-3-19 Odorinishi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I often use this place, and the information and photos are quite old, so I wrote a review. It's close enough to the center that I get the impression that many people stay for multiple nights, as do I
In the summer, it's often booked exclusively for groups, and the inn is unique, with the owner's tastes reflected everywhere. I think the culmination of this is the Gundam Bar (Colony) on the first floor
I found that the Japanese service is generally very clean and exquisite. The kerosene heater in the room is very strong. Please remind everyone not to move around, and the plug cannot be unplugged
As the first stop in Japan, it is generally OK, like a family hotel, very close to the subway station, with a strong sense of age, but also a feature, tatami
The landlord is very welcoming and close to the subway station. But the facilities are very old
It's also cheaper than other places, so it's worth a visit
Sapporo, 7 Chome-1-2 064-0805 Minami 5 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel location is close to Susukino, the facilities are clean, and there were 4 people staying there, so we were able to sleep comfortably on the 2 single and 1 double beds!! I recommend it.
The room itself was spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet elegant decor. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness of both the bathroom and the bed – absolutely no strange odors or dust
It was close to Susukino Station and there were convenience stores and marts nearby, so it was convenient!! The room was bigger than I thought, and there was a refrigerator, range, and sink, so I could cook~~ I think I'll come back again next time!!
Overall a nice stay and very good central location in Sapporo.
This stay completely exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the staff's professional and friendly service attitude; check-in was incredibly quick and efficient
Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance of a bustling commercial district and public transport stations, making daily life incredibly convenient

There are two shower rooms, a washing machine, and a copier. Breakfast is served from 8am, and they toast bread for you. They provide peanut butter, jam, chocolate cream, honey, and more, which you can help yourself to
There were two other people having breakfast, and they also ordered cafe au lait. When I opened my lid, they had made latte art for me, which was very comforting. The guesthouse had a lovely atmosphere
I appreciated that check-in is until 11pm. I was a little worried about the room temperature since it was winter, but both the first floor and my room were heated, so it was warm
When I checked in, the owner recommended the cafe au lait, so I ordered one that morning and it was absolutely delicious. Guests can order drinks for 300 yen
Very good youth hostel, It is clean and quiet. I didn't expect it to be so good at first. There is a refrigerator for cooking, paid laundry service, and toothbrushes for sale and towels for rent
I stayed in a co-ed dorm, and everyone was quiet and respectful, which was great. My only concern was that the heater made the air dry, which hurt my throat, but otherwise, it was comfortable and problem-free
