Well located, in the middle of the city, with lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants in 5 minutes, the breakfast was my favorite- lots of choices in a cozy restaurant, the staff speak English
My stay at Quintessa Hotel Sapporo Susukino this time was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb; it's right in the heart of bustling Susukino, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining
Great location, less than 5mins walk from Exit 5 of Susukino station. Lots of famous and good eateries nearby, Odori station is walking distance too. Hotel room is clean and it has everything we need
Overall a very satisfactory stay
The room very big, the location very convenient, got many restaurants and shopping centres nearby. Will come back.
The location was very convenient, close to the lively Susukino area, which is great at night. I stayed in a room with a view of the Susukino Ferris Wheel, and the room itself was excellent
The front of house team was excellent too, they helped me organise retrieval of my iPad that I misplaced at the previous hotel I stayed in. They went out of their way to do so, especially the assistant manager
Rooms are only cleaned if you stay for more than five days; I stayed for three, and they just emptied the trash and changed the towels daily. The hotel breakfast was quite expensive, so I skipped it
The location is superb, with a back entrance directly connected to Tanukikoji 5th Street. This means you don't have to worry about snowy or windy nights and can fully enjoy exploring and dining
Nice view from my room, staff very helpful.. Love the location, big win for traveller who stroll around susukino.. Will back to this hotel when I travel to sapporo again!
Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and the restaurant on the first floor is also excellent
This hotel is in a very convenient location, with a back exit leading directly to Tanukikoji. It's very clean and tidy, and the rooms are quite good, with the toilet and shower separated

The receptionist (I’m very sorry that I can’t remember her name) took my situation very seriously and contacted her manager to request authorization to delegate a staff member to bring my passport to the airport, since they could not leave an unattended bag in a taxi
Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sosei. The room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. Truly made us feel like welcome and valued guests
The breakfast is a great spread including a variety of local and western options. Loved the Hokkaido milk and yogurt offered. One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel bar where we were welcomed and served by Hiro
If you are a fan of Japanese whiskey, then you owe it to yourself to stop in for a pour and a conversation with Hiro!
There is staff through out the lobby area to help you with anything and are very kind and always greet you when you enter the area. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western styles, and everything tasted amazing
The concierge surveys was amazing, helped reservations seamlessly and ensured we had confirmation and know how to navigate the area. The rooms were very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable

Excellent customer service. Staff assisted us in figuring out how to ship luggage back to home country. Also allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out. Onsen was excellent
I think it's very good because it's always safe and reliable♪
The parking information is especially smooth and easy even in winter🌸anytime〜
I'm very satisfied, I'm very satisfied🌸
The bath is even better🌸
If you're staying in Sapporo, I definitely recommend this place♪
Used their public Onsen only not the rooms. Absolutely fantastic experience, with a visit when in sapporo
Prices range from 1210 yen onwards. Depends on the outside temperature
The hot spring facilities are great for soothing your tired body. The downtown area is within walking distance, so it's very convenient.
com… the hotel is in the Susukino area that plenty of food and drinking place… Donki is at less than 10 minutes walk from hotel…
Few hotel in Sapporo with hot spring… room very large like 30sq ft and with breakfast included in got good price by booking
Sapporo, Tokeidai-dori, 3 Nishi, Kita 2 jo (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great location, very convenient for getting around. Compared to other hotels, this one offers more space and wider beds, probably two 1.5-meter beds. It's also within walking distance to Odori Park and Sapporo Station.
The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, and the room price was very reasonable. It's about a 5-minute walk straight from Sapporo Station, with many convenience stores nearby
Air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted in the room, which may be slightly inconvenient
Excellent location! It's within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and very close to the subway station. The cleanliness is also top-notch, exceptionally clean
The environment is nice, and the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious! It was bigger than any other hotel room I've stayed in Japan, which was a pleasant surprise
The facilities and amenities are quite complete, and the humidifier, which is crucial for me, worked perfectly. The front desk staff were also very friendly
Sapporo, 1 Chome-10 Kita 3 Jonishi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
More of a hot water public bath but it was fun and relaxing nonetheless. They have a library of popular manga in Japanese. Room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed
Excellent stay! The hotel is convenient and easy to access, with great transportation links. It's also very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, even bowing
Very close to the bus stop for buses arriving from Chitose airport and noboribetsu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Onsen was nice, although I don’t think it’s mineral onsen water
There's a large public bath and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) on the basement level. It's super convenient for getting to the JR station and exploring Aomori at night
I liked the environmentally friendly option of travellers donating items they no longer want/need to reception who will help to donate it to welfare groups
Pillow bar unfortunately didn’t really have any stock of pillows to choose from so was a bit redundant
Sapporo, 16-2, Minami 3 Nishi 3 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Love the e free cocktails every evening of our stay. The hotel is easily visible along main road for first timer. Accessible and is center the shopping and restaurants
The hotel also has a private lift that goes directly to the basement, which connects to the subway, so you don’t need to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Check in and check out were very smooth and easy
However, the hotel does not have an in-house onsen, and the breakfast selection is quite limited with few choices. Nevertheless, I would definitely book this hotel again, as the location is perfect
Wish they can clean and tidy the room everyday and not just replacing towels. At the basement of the hotel is an access to underground mall and mega donki which I truly admire
Guests also receive a daily drink voucher that can be redeemed for free drinks at the hotel bar, which is a nice touch. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay
Great location right opposite the Tanukikoji shopping street, making it very convenient for shopping and food
Sapporo, Nishi 4-2-1, Minami 7-jo, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The stuff was friendly. When I arrived the stuff come out and guided me to the nearest parking. The room is small but good enough. The location is close to susukino. Overall, good bang for the buck.
Clean, comfortable, with heating, and reasonably priced. I'd definitely stay here again. On the last day, after checking out, we stored our luggage until the evening to pick it up, and there was no extra charge
I got separated from my family during my journey and just passes by this hotel. The kind man at the reception desk lent me the charger and helped me with patience and kindness
A cosy apartment that was cheap and able to satisfy the demands of what we were after.
Comfortable shower and provides POLA products for toiletries!
The hotel is in a bustling area, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, which is super convenient! 👍🏻 The room is a bit small though.
Near the main shopping belt. Snowman advertisement around building the Christmas atmosphere.

Overall, perfect 👌🏽 great location, walking distance to Sapporo station. Clean and beautiful room, equipped with so many basic necessities. Great Japanese breakfast, Love from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Not far from Sapporo Station. The breakfast was good, and they provided plastic box to take food back to your room.
)
But don't ask for a room near the elevator if you are not a good sleeper. It really IS next door to it so you can hear some operation noise. But i was never bothered by it and slept really well
Check-out is at a strict 10 AM, which is probably standard for Toyoko Inn in Japan, but it feels a bit too early. Check-in, on the other hand, is precisely at 3 PM, not a minute sooner or later.
Susuki and Odori are 15 min on foot away. Breakfast is good, has several options and curry soup (local dish)
Single room was tiny, but really clean and had everything needed (fridge, hangers, kettle, etc
Excellent location, right across from Hokkaido University's main gate, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast selection was quite comprehensive, and luggage storage is available
Sapporo, 6 Chome-10-6 Minami 3 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex)
Nice service, good breakfast (specially the omelette), rooms are clean and not noisy, close to plenty of restaurants and location super convenient. Don’t hesitate on booking this hotel!
Not so far from Nakajima park, probably 20 mins walk from Sapporo station, so if you have many luggage probably better take airport bus or just rent car at the airport :)
Second time in Dormy Inn Sapporo Annex, maintains the standard and service. Love the simplicity and got all the basics I need for a smooth and quiet stay.
The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, no need to say more. The late-night ramen is a highlight!
Good location near Susukino station right at the Tanukikoji shopping street, near Ichiran & Ippudo if you like the ramen

We stayed in a standard triple room for a night on 29 July out of 5 hotels in Hokkaido that we had pre-booked and we all agreed that this is the best value hotel which we should have stayed longer instead of switching to another hotel (where room price was double) at the Tanuki Koji shopping arcade after our return from Furano
The bathroom was big by Japan standard, layout was very thoughtful with the entrance to the vanity wash basin area and 2 separate doors on each side to the bath and toilet. Wifi was ok and air conditioning is good
Great hotel, not to far from subway around 10minutes walk. And lawson just few step away. The room is kinda big for japan hotel. Gor 5 single bed for 5 people. The bathroom also have 3 seperate room
We like this hotel for the following:- Room was clean, large and spacious, bed comfortable and cleaned. There’s even a balcony size separate sitting area which was really nice additional space
There are nice restaurants and cafes within 5 to 10 mins walk from the hotel. The only negative was the hotel building is fairly old and the windows outside is dirty
Toyota car rental (highly recommend) is in the hotel building is very convenient for us to pick the car which we pre-book via email correspondence with Toyota
Sapporo, 1-chome-13-7 Minami 7 Jonishi, Chuo Ward (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Rooms are about standard size for a hotel in major Japanese city. But the location was pretty nice, a brief 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Odori park and access to major subway lines.
Service was good too.
this one is a little further away from main street. could be a little bit of luggage dragging if u r coming off airport bus. standard budget hotel room size. nice water pressure and soap smell very good
The hotel itself is still very new and all of the staff were friendly and spoke very good English. Rooms are small but can easily fit large luggage and the bathroom was roomy for a budget hotel
Quite small rooms but extremely clean and comfortable! I stayed here in November and after a bit of a walk from the station, we found the hotel all lit up opposite a convenience store
Bear in mind it was a bit tricky to manuvre two suitcases from the station to and from the hotel in the snow, but the hotel itself is a great option for staying in Sapporo!
Clean and comfortable stay. Modest sized rooms. Around 12min walk to susukino. Sucks that they couldn’t let you check-in earlier even if there are already available rooms.
Sapporo, 4-5 Minami Kujo Nishi, Chuo-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is superb! The only con I noticed is that, during our stay, they didn't remove the ice blocked formed by snow in front of their vicinity. While we notice other hotels do have clean walkway.
This hotel is ideally located, just a 3-minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station and close to the Susukino entertainment district. Despite being near the nightlife, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep
A great feature for women is the mirrored wall in the area around the TV stand, which solves the common problem of having limited space for getting ready in the morning at hotels
It's super close to the subway station, so getting around is really easy. The only thing is, the breakfast menu is always the same, no variety at all.
Overall, it was pretty good, but on the last night, they didn't provide the bathmat I usually place outside the bathroom door to dry my feet.
For dining, you can find anything you want in Susukino, and having a Seicomart right in front of the hotel is incredibly convenient
Sapporo, 7-5-1 Minami 2-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is warm and cozy, with friendly staff who are able to communicate in English. You are allowed to borrow books to read in your room. There is also a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room is spacious and clean
Location is hard to get in if it’s snowing or raining but fairly central. Staff look like they don’t want to be there nor help you, it’s like you owe them to be a guest like whaaaat
The location is also convenient as it was on the end of the shopping street, where there are not many people around, but you can find a lot of shops and restaurants only few blocks away
Clean and convenient to food and grocery but room was very small, not able to move around after opening the luggage.
Everything is nice to me but the size of the room.
Friendly staff but room is too small if you have two luggages. Moderate twin room is better and staff is flexible to allow change of room type with a top up of the difference.
Sapporo, 6-14-1 Minami Gojo Nishi (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, and even a dedicated smoking room
The hotel's location is right in the heart of Sapporo. While it might not be as convenient as staying directly in Tanukikoji during a heavy snowstorm, overall, the location is excellent for both commuting and shopping
They have everything u want while staying and also free cofee machine 😂. the room i got with good view with snowy mountain view. Definitely Will come back here again next year 🤩
We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall
The front desk staff were wonderfully welcoming and professional; they were always quick to help with any issues, which made us feel completely at home
The rooms not too big not too small. But just comfortable for sleeping and luggage bags only. Overall recommended for the location!!!
Sapporo, 4-4-1, 1Jo Nishi, Minami, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
No buffet style breakfast during the state of emergency, which was a little disappointing. Apart from that I am satisfied with my stay. Finnish style sauna, private cabin both were great.
Comfortable, clean. Shower only on B1 level, with the sauna and onsen. No issue at all. Would love to come back next time I visit Sapporo. High recommended!
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was, quite frankly, the most comfortable I have ever stayed in.
Comfortable and immacutalety clean
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
All you need for a overnight stay. Best location with 711 right at the entrance. The rest is just the middle of the tourist district. Bath house is large and clean and opens until 2 am
Fantastic location in Hokkaido near absolutely everything. Onsen is extremely good and rates are an excellent deal for solo travelers. Highly recommended for short stay. Staff is very nice and very pleasant stay
Sapporo, 1-238 Nishi 15-chome, Minami 1-jyo (in the centre) 🧭 Map
- Parking is available for four cars, and is free on a first-come, first-served basis, which is a plus. - Breakfast has been changed to a set menu centered around Japanese cuisine
Not many car parking spots available. The recommended parking is a little far away. Rooms are small but that's normal for s business hotel in Japan. We were traveling with our family but we didn't spend to much time here
Good Points
- The staff were polite and friendly. - Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. - All rooms have amenities like humidifiers, air purifiers, and washlets, but I didn't use them
One of the secret weapons of Sapporo! I was so happy to find Hamilton. If you are a gamer, you have to come here
Concerns
- The building and rooms are a bit old, giving it a strong "old-fashioned business hotel" feel. - The bathroom (bathtub) is small, and the amenities are not the latest
- Parking is limited to the first four cars, so drivers should be aware of this. - The location is near a quiet residential area, so it feels a bit of a walk from the main street and the center of Susukino
Sapporo, 3-1-4 Nishi, Minami 8jo (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.
I booked one because it was cheaper, but it had a noticeable smoky smell that wasn't pleasant. The windows also couldn't be opened. However, there was an air freshener spray in the room
It's super easy to get to from Sapporo Station; just take Exit 1 at Nakajima-Koen, cross the traffic lights, and you're there. They have a hot spring and breakfast, and even if you don't book breakfast, it's only 500 yen
Facilities: Great! They even offer complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and drinks. Cleanliness: Very clean, and excellent value for money. Environment: If you don't smoke, don't book a smoking room
Right next to Nakajima-Kōen subway station, it's a 10-minute walk to Susukino. The breakfast is quite good, and the price is very affordable. Much better value for money than hotels in Susukino.
Good hotel with good facilities. Love the evening snacks provided. Amenities are various and plenty. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is also good. Overall a solid good hotel.
Sapporo, 5-8-6 Minami 6 Jyo Nishi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Hygiene: Clean and tidy
Environment: Close to the city center, there is a convenience store nearby
Service: Good breakfast with a wide variety. Free beverage machine with coffee and tea
The bathroom and other areas were very well cleaned. It was fine if you just wanted to sleep, but there was a simple desk so I don't think it was suitable for work.
There is a girl named Ri Gao at the front desk who provides excellent service. The other two girls are either unfamiliar with the business or have a hard attitude
Although the room is a bit small, the two 1. 4-meter beds in the double room are comfortable to sleep in. Although the breakfast is the same, the quality is good
We went during the Snow Festival, so the price was higher due to the period, but the facilities were clean and it was very comfortable.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The location was also excellent!
Sapporo, 9-998-6 Minami 3 Jo Nishi, Chuo-ku (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is a little further out than some other hotels I had stayed in, but it was a very pleasant experience overall. Shower pressure was incredible! Bed was reasonably comfortable
From 3 PM to 10 PM, they offer welcome drinks, including various hot coffee flavors and several cold beverages, which are at least bottled drink quality. The breakfast tasted really good
The room amenities are a bit dated, but I find that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels. Still, it was good – there was a bedside lamp, a radio, and a heater switch
The front desk staff were also excellent; they were very patient and accommodating when I needed to store my luggage, and their translation device worked perfectly
The room was very clean. It's close to the commercial area but not in the noisy downtown, so it's very quiet. I'll definitely come again next time.
The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were polite, and overall, I had a great experience
