The bathroom and toilet are the same, but the bathtub is wide and the sound of the TV in the room is connected (when I turned off the TV and fell asleep on the bed, I heard someone talking, does that mean the wall is thin? If it happened by chance, but it was the sound of the TV that I heard combined with the sound of the bathroom

I am repeat customer and I was satisfied by the hotel services and nice breakfast. The breakfast time closed 9am is too early and hope they open till at least 10am.

This is the highest-rise hotel in Imabari City. I was impressed by the excellent room condition. Just across the street is a street lined with izakayas, so be sure to visit.

I wanted to drink coffee so I got a drip coffee from the store but I thought there was a coffee cup so I decided to drink from a cup

This hotel is great! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get everywhere. It's also incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. They even left chocolates for us, and the staff were all very friendly.

Conveniently located near Osaka Umeda Station, this established 5-star hotel offers well-managed services. The high-floor corner rooms are spacious and provide expansive views.

Our first stop in Japan for the October holiday. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and efficient, and the location was also good.

Overall is good. Just some weird sound/noise heard during the night. Welcome snacks and tea are delicious.

It's not far from Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Within a kilometer, you have access to five subway lines: the Namboku, Marunouchi, Ginza, Hanzomon, and Yurakucho lines, making getting around incredibly convenient

The transportation is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The service attitude is good, but the areas where the ice machines and beverage cabinets are located on each floor need daily cleaning

The facilities are complete, and there are washing machines on the 17th and 18th floors. The view outside the window is beautiful, but the ice machine has stains, which is unpleasant to look at

The room wasn't huge, but it was pretty standard for a Japanese-style room, and we were comfortable in the triple room they assigned us. The location is fantastic – quiet but still central

Environment: Situated right next to the Imperial Palace, it offers a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. A FamilyMart convenience store is also conveniently located on the ground floor

We had an amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and professional, room was beautiful and spacious, with a nice (pool)view. Very clean. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choices. Would definitely come back here.

I heard that the infinity pool is famous and used it. The pool is smaller than I expected but you can enjoy the view of Naha. The premier round is very good because you can freely consume alcohol and snacks

The Executive Room is truly great, I'll definitely be back next time! So many perks: afternoon tea, cocktails, lots of food, draft beer, sparkling wine – a must-try for anyone who enjoys a good drink! Highly recommended.

😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!

Large parking space is available. Hotel is bit away from city center. By car it’s only 10mins or less. Very clean and comfortable. Humidifier in the room is great for the winter. Staff is fluent in English.

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach

In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach

I had a great stay at Hakata Green Hotel No. 1. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied with my experience and would happily stay here again.

The single room was spacious enough for one person and had everything you need. It also had a microwave and washing machines on some floors. The location was great, just behind the Central Station

Use your room large towel and face towel, room key and slippers. The hotel provides an amazing snack time from 4pm-6pm and again 9pm-11pm all you can drink beer, red/white wine, sake and many soft drinks

The nearest bus stop to the HUGE Aeon mall is about 15 minutes walking. About $2usd The hotel does offer a free shuttle FROM THE SOUTH SIDE EXIT and the maisaka train station has a city bus stop on the south side exit

The #20 bus pulls right into the Aeon mall front entrance. The men's side hotel onsen is great. Both indoor and outdoor choices. You will need a shave razor/cream and toothbrush but they provide all the soap

Honestly I would rate the hotel higher if they had ice available on the the floor, coffee pot in the room and had some bento choices at the hotel store. The free treats sort of makes up for it

Has shuttle buses to bring you to Maisaka JR station South exit. See picture for the schedule but please confirm with hotel when you check in. The room was large but the toilet was small

The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. The main thing is that the rooms are very spacious, with the basic room type being 46 square meters, which is quite rare to find in central Tokyo

Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase

Location was within walking dist of the Shinagawa train station. Hotel is more old styled, not upgraded with the modern usb plugs. Service was impeccable, the restaurant staff remembers you and your coffee order.

Across the street from the Shinagawa train station (local Subways, bullet train, train to Narita airport ) makes this hotel an ideal location if you want to explore Tokyo. Large rooms and attentive staff.

However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets

I stayed here with my friends for a luxurious 'hokansu' (hotel vacation). The bathroom was spacious, and having two large mirrors made it really convenient for us girls to get ready

I booked this hotel for the Fukui Marathon. Its location couldn't be more perfect, right downstairs from the start and finish lines, making it ideal for pre-race rest and post-race recovery

You can choose your own pillow and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, cotton buds, sewing kit etc) from the 5th floor - so funny! But reception is on the 5th floor (not the 1st)

I really enjoyed the night at Hotel fujita Fukui. The staff are so nice and the room was nice as a single room. They would not allow early check-in, but you can leave your luggage there

The sea view room offers an unbeatable view, with the Ferris wheel and Kobe Port Tower all visible. The room is spacious and very clean, with a balcony where you can watch both sunrise and sunset

The room and balcony are both quite spacious. It faces the sea and the hygiene is excellent. Both in terms of location and room quality, it feels like the best hotel in Kobe

The hotel's breakfast is highly recommended, with a wide variety of Japanese and American options, including freshly made mini-burgers – definitely give them a try!

Unbeatable views! The room layout felt a bit dated, but the higher-priced rooms are newly renovated, and breakfast was amazing.

Easily my favourite hotel in Tokyo and in my top 3 globally! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the breakfast is industry-standard setting in a continent that cares a great deal about breakfast!

We had a delightful stay at the Palace Hotel. The room is spotless and amenities are ample and good quality. We didnt dine at the hotel as we like to go to exploring and there are ample good quality restaurants closeby.

This hotel is an above average 5 star hotel in experience, facilities and most of all its people. Large hotel with large tasteful spaces and direct link to the Tokyo rail network by escalator within the hotel

Directly across the road from the Imperial Palace and a short reasonable walk to Tokyo station and Daimaru shopping centre. Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet

The baths and saunas are the best. I also like that the sauna has free rock baths and you can always use clean towels as much as you like. There are so many types of baths that time flies by

Opening the window is noisy due to sound of traffic lights and trams. It would be great with to have SMART TV

Very convenient hotel just inside the Terminal 3. Walk less than 100m to check in for flight. Walk about 400m to train or bus station. But not convenient if have car bcos cannot drive to entrance or hotel lobby

Very close to Asahikawa Station and easy to find. The breakfast selection was excellent, highly recommended! I stayed here twice because I had such a good experience.

Hotel is right across Asahikawa station and close to the bus station to Kamui ski links / Santa Present ski resort. Room is decent and have a large public bathroom.

This hotel is value for money although single room is small. It is close to asahikawa jr station. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

Check in and hospitality was warm. Room was adequately big for a couple, toddler and 2 big luggage. Situated a few walks away from the subway n famous Dontonbori. Very strategic and convenient to eateries

This is our second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway station, right behind the Shinsaibashi Ferris Wheel, so it's super easy to find

The room was okay, but the space around the bed was too cramped, with no separation in the middle, making it feel a bit tight

Location: Excellent! It's right by one of the Hanzomon Line's termini, Exit 5, just 20 meters from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, it's great to have the subway drop you directly at the entrance

Firstly the variety of the food at the buffet restaurant was awesome and so tasty. Secondly the facilities were amazing - indoor heated pool, games room, a shop that sells local produce, launderette etc

The buffet, public bath area, room, staff and etc. are all perfect!!! Especially the game center, swimming pool and the musical performance at the night

I took my elderly mother with me, and we were able to see the beautiful autumn leaves, the open-air bath was very comfortable, and the food was a buffet so we could eat as much as we wanted of what we liked, so everyone had a great time without any stress

You can simply spend a few days in the resort! It is close to the attractions so the place is perfect!

We came to Kyoto for three nights and checked into this wonderful hotel

It's within walking distance of a very large and bustling train station filled with shops, perfect for buying souvenirs, for example! There's also a shopping mall near the hotel, though we never made it there

However, the air conditioning in the dining area is incredibly strong; everyone was freezing, and some even came down in their jackets. We wore warm hoodies and still felt cold, which was uncomfortable

About a 10min walk from Kyoto Station. Room for one in the main building was the standard business hotel (Bed, table/desk, bathroom). Also has a side building/annex but not sure of the rooms there

its a little walking distance from the Kyoto station but closer to the other metro station. the facility has common bath and a massage place. Its relatively clean and the stay was good.

I was able to get rid of my large suitcase that I dragged around for 2 weeks and sent it to Haneda Airport allowing me to travel light for my last week which I was super grateful for

The hot spring baths are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant (especially the freshly baked French croissants, served warm, which I paired with red bean paste and cheese – absolutely heavenly, I had three and still wanted more!)

Spacious room with spectacular sea view! The room is tidy with great air quality. And the lounge provides a great variety of wine and drink to enjoy the sunset and other great moments during stay.

The buffet was quite crowded, offering a wide variety of food. The coin-operated laundry machines and smoking area were well-equipped. The room amenities included everything except a razor

The polite service from the staff was truly delightful. Most of the guests were ********* tour groups and Japanese independent travelers

You can wear yukata and slippers throughout the hotel, and there's a great drink bar available in the evening

The common area looks modern but the rooms look abit dated. My teens appreciated the "retro look". the ocean view compensates for the rooms. What we all enjoyed as a family was the onsen & evening bar & snack sessions
