The hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay, even though it was a bit squeezy to open up our luggages. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, no matter how short it was. The staff were extremely helpful

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and offers a shuttle bus service to Disneyland (though you need to book early as seats fill up quickly). The breakfast selection is excellent

Beside the hotel there is Daiso , uniqlo , GU and there are a few malls walking distance. Mrt is just a ~ 5 min walk There is a coin laundry nearby, you can get the map from the counter

There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Kinshicho subway station. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time

The hotel has been recently renovated, the service is excellent, and the dinner was also quite good. It's reasonably priced and in a great location!

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. The Tokyo Skytree is right across from the hotel's entrance

The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino

This time, I was on a high floor with a great view, and the room was bigger than last time, even with a large sofa. I dropped off my luggage around 8 AM and was able to check in early when I returned after 12 PM

The room is relatively spacious, and there's a Lawson convenience store right outside, which is very convenient. The hotel's shuttle bus goes directly to JR North Exit, which is a great bonus. Overall, it's really good!

However, it seems the decor is a bit dated, as the bathroom fixtures felt like they were from the last century. On the plus side, the hotel offers a scheduled shuttle bus service to Sapporo Station!

The room was spacious, easily accommodating three large suitcases even with three beds, which was very comfortable. The hotel's breakfast spread was excellent, and its location was superb

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel. The hotel is next to the Yokohama Stations and 3 big department stores. There is a fresh market and many restaurants located at the basement shopping street

Location in best just above Yokohama station. Lots of eating options in the station and yodabashi shopping. Near by walking to outdoor shopping street with many 24 hrs dining Room is huge for Japan hotel standards.

The breakfast was just so-so; there weren't many people eating, probably because it's not great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by shopping malls

The location is great as the B1 was linked to Yokohama station, Takashimaya, SOGO, Newoman and JOINUS buildings. Yokohama station also has a Keikyu Line that is direct commute to Haneda airport (30 mins and cost ＜¥400)

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! The subway takes you directly into the hotel and the mall, making shopping a breeze. Getting to Yokohama Station is super easy with all the connections

Very conveniently located within minutes of Hakata station. Service was efficient and warm. Room was above average size for Fukuoka and very well cleaned. Didn't get to the restaurants however they looked very nice

Kind staff that understand me with even though I know 0 Japanese and coming from Canada the staff are really the best. They go way way beyond my expectations of what a hotel staff are supposed to do

The room was great and was prepared exactly as we asked for and the room service was also so fast and clean

The lobby as you enter the hotel was nothing but luxurious vibes with changing displays to make me feel like "wow Japan is so nice to be at"

The train station is also connected via the elevator so it was very convenient too. Being with a baby the only thing missing was laundry but all else was great and the closest laundry was 1km away

All the front desk staff I encountered were friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel is very close to Hakata Station, only about a 3–5 minute walk. Ichiran Ramen is also nearby, which made it very convenient

There isn't any nearby restaurants to eat. Nearest supermarket and town area is a 10mins bus ride but the limited time slot bus. [I went in April, its spring season so they cut down alot of bus timing

We took taxi from the nearest station to the hotel coats around 3000 yen. you can also take bus from there. The best thing about this hotel is that it has its own ski resort and a designated area for snow activities

Room was too hot, even after opening the window, had to request a fan. Food choices are a little limited if your hotel package doesn't include breakfast and dinner, its cost quite abit

A great ski in ski out hotel … the only one in Furano. Ski lockers are well spaced. Breakfast buffet is so sumptuous… makes one so full to go skiing! The rooms are comfortable tho not v modern.

Good location easy to access for ski activities and only 5 minutes to fuma farm also enjoy anytime with Nigel Terrence. The room very comfortable also separate zone of bed room and toilet.

Slope is just right beside and rental and equipment lockers are just in the basement of the hotel. But do note that in winter, only centralise heater for the room, no aircon

A business hotel close to the subway station. Breakfast on the first floor is delicious. Using sauna of B1 is a good way to relieve fatigue. The room is really small, so it is difficult for 2 people to use it

This is a typical chain business hotel. I usually stay elsewhere in Shinjuku, but it was fully booked. This hotel and my usual one are both about a 10-minute walk from the station

They were very helpful when I needed to store my luggage, and they even gave me directions to my destination, which was a huge help! I'd love to stay here again!

It's a straightforward and convenient walk from Shinjuku Station/Lumine Est. The hotel itself is like any business hotel – everything is typically Japanese: fast, efficient, and tidy

My back hurts because the bed is old. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the subway. Unexpectedly, there are many Western tourists

We stayed in a King bed room for 4 nights which was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our luggage. We were on floor 34 and elevators fast, we had a great view and could see Mt Fuji on our last morning

The rooms on the higher floors offer great views, perfect for seeing the city lights twinkling at night. Plus, there's an Alexa smart assistant in the room that you can connect to via Bluetooth

The hotel lobby is on the 20th floor, and you can access a pedestrian bridge from the 2nd floor to walk to Takashimaya or Harajuku Station. Honestly, it's incredibly convenient! I'd definitely stay here again

Even if there isn't a direct bus to the hotel itself, you can easily take one to Shinjuku Bus Terminal and reach the hotel with just a 5-minute walk – super convenient! Check-in is on the 20th floor, and there's a 7-Eleven on the ground floor

It so happened that I was late on a very busy day, so I lined up with my luggage to check in and waited for about 20 minutes in a crowded state. It's corona, so I was worried about it, but it seems to have happened

The hotel is a striking black building, quite prominent in Osaka, and even the bathrobes were black. Our room was immaculately cleaned every day, and they also provided us with W's special facial masks

Cool design, we stayed in a room with a city view. The cleaning is good, and the breakfast includes eggs, cheese, bread, and fruit. There is a large and stylish swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym.

My husband and I came to Osaka, Japan, for the third leg of our honeymoon shopping trip! We booked a Fantastic Suite at the W, and the location was superb – very close to Dotonbori, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient

One of the most peaceful place I’ve been and there’s a seven eleven shop inside the hotel. They gave me a good room that I can look at Japan. I love the free sauna and transportation they provide

I have a free taxi ride also when they don’t have car going to hotel. Everything in my room is clean and the amenities were refill everyday. I will definitely go back to this hotel

Getting to other places is a breeze too, as the subway station entrance is right downstairs. The bed is large, and the bathroom and shower are separate, both quite spacious

You won't have to worry about food or drinks staying here. The Asakusa Line downstairs goes straight to Narita Airport (if you're not good with transfers, just allow two hours for the trip)

The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent; you could walk to the entire Ginza shopping district

There's a popular ramen place nearby that wasn't very good, but a Yakiniku restaurant called Jojoen (not the one on the Mitsukoshi building) was incredibly delicious

For one person, the room size feels just right, but it might be a bit snug for two people or if you have two large suitcases

A great quasi-resort on shore of Lake Biwa. Mercure has done a nice job to refit and mondernize the building up to new specs

Still some Showa remnants in rooms such as quaint unit bath—- but it just makes us old timers smile

Stayed here for 4 nights, and it was busy every day as the hotel seemed to be used to host tour groups which means it takes quite a while to get up and down due to the congestion at the lifts during the peak hours and the hot springs can be a little crowded too

Food options wise, there is only one main restaurant within the hotel that serves buffet breakfast and dinners. There are no other options within the hotel. You would have to head out to town to grab your meals

There is also a supermarket next to the station but it doesn't open everyday. Coin laundry is available near the entrance to the baths. There are also some vending machines selling drinks and ice cream

It is also near the Nagahama Port with ferries to the island on lake and other parts of Lake Biwa with connections. There is a complimentary shuttle service to and fro the hotel and Nagahama Station but it is not all day

This hotel location is good! Very close to the main area. We could walk to restaurants and the beach easily. Love the idea that we can access and use the pool facility in another Hilton :)

The complimentary bath salts were a nice touch, and the souvenir gift was also good. The area around the hotel is quite lively from Friday to weekend evenings, and there are fireworks on Saturday nights

I was there for work but I was so relaxed I forgot about it and I was very pleased that the staff couldn't leave the room given the situation

The onsen was good, breakfast also, even though no food items were labelled in English, which is a no go in a tourist city like Hiroshima. Moved to another hotel the next day, much bigger room and cheaper

Stayed at this chain in Fukuoka four times and have never been disappointed, my first stay at their Hiroshima location and I'm happy to say I found it also to be very good

Getting to the hotel from Hiroshima Station was a breeze! Just hop on a bus for 240 yen, get off at Shira jinja-mae, and it's a five-minute walk from there. The location itself is incredibly practical

It was nice stay. The hotel has their free Onsen (public bath) and it was not bad. I gelt their breakfast was local (nagoya?) taste. I saw variety jp meals there.

Great location near Fushimi Station, easy for sightseeing. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good Wi-Fi. The public bath is a nice bonus after a long day

This is my second time staying Nagoya Crown Hotel. Best part of the hotel is that it is with Onsen.

There's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the resort! There's also a free resort shuttle bus within the hotel! The environment is nice, but the pool is a bit small! There's a line for breakfast every day, and the breakfast variety is average

The hotel only provides daily towel changes; there's no room cleaning service. The breakfast is plentiful, with children's meals included, which is a thoughtful touch. Plus, there's no need to wait in line

This is considered a relatively good hotel in Miyako Island. The surrounding area is incomparable to those in China. It is best to make reservations in advance for meals, as the restaurants open every day are different.

There is a shuttle bus on the coast south of Shigira. It runs every half an hour during the day and every quarter of an hour after dinner time, making the transportation in this area quite convenient

There are no special facilities, it is cleaned very well, and it doesn't feel very old. Of course, the bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation, which still reflects the sense of age

Reservations are generally required for the resort's restaurants, so ask the front desk for assistance. The front desk service was excellent!

The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly sufficient for one person. It's located right above Namba Station on a high floor, offering amazing panoramic views of the entire Namba area

Even though it is dull, it is not the dated type of room which I initially worried when I booked the hotel. The room is in fact super clean and classy. I choose the room with cityview which was beautiful

The location is just beside OCAT which is super helpful if you are taking the airport limousine bus. It is next to a big supermarket too. To take subway, use exit 30 which is right in front of the hotel

Rooms are big enough to open up two 24 inch luggages. Only thing is I feel the dark blue carpet, wallpaper n warm lightnings makes the room alittle dull and dark even in the daytime
