The location is incredibly convenient and just amazing! It's even walkable to the airport, though I still opted for a taxi. All the shopping, dining, and attractions are within a 20-minute walk.
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Canal City, so you can go shopping as soon as you step out. The service is fantastic, and everyone is very friendly
We stayed for two nights, and both the room and bathroom were very spacious. The location was incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and drinks, with Ichiran Ramen also just a short walk away
This hotel is super convenient! It's just one subway stop away from both Hakata Station and Tenjin, and right next to Canal City Hakata
This was my second stay here, and it was very comfortable. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and the service is excellent. The only downside is that the price was really expensive right before Christmas
Perfect location and very nice hotel quality. It is a very big room for me, as I booked a family room. Breakfast is wonderful.
It is my first visit to this hotel, ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The hotel itself is very classic with different facilities. Location is very good and convenient. There is a convenient store in few minutes walk
The hotel itself is fine and comfortable. I was just disappointed that using the pool cost an extra 1500 yen. I’d booked the hotel to be able to use the pool but didn’t see the information that it would cost extra
A nice experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean although there were a few stains on the mirrors and in the toilet. Service was exceptional, staff were kind and ready to help
The pool is actually not in a great state of repair either
A five-star hotel that costs almost 2,000 a night, but no slippers? The bathrobe is so thin and cheap? There is no plug at the head of the bed? The stool in the room is broken like this? But I have to say that the breakfast is delicious, the facilities are complete, and there is a gym, sauna and swimming pool
Was really disappointed that we were told about the complimentary pool access with our room and then denied entry because my husband had tattoos. He was with me and tattoos were clearly visible at check-in
An absolutely wonderful hotel! It's clean, hygienic, beautiful, and elegantly simple. The hotel's interior environment is excellent. The staff are very patient and enthusiastic, a truly professional service team
The room was very quiet, and the breakfast offered a choice of Japanese and Western buffets. There's a souvenir shop next to the lobby that closes at 5 PM, where you can buy gifts
My room included executive lounge access, offering snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, and alcohol – a great place to sit and relax. The room facilities were meticulously maintained, and all appliances were quiet
The room was okay; it didn't have a separate shower and toilet area, but it was clean and the decor wasn't bad. The lobby was quite grand, and the service was good – they even offered room service!
Had a great 3 night stay. Booked the premium room with access to the lounge with drinks & snacks. The shuttle service to and from Kyoto is very convenient.
It might be the off-season, so the price was really good. Check-in was at 2 PM, an hour earlier than most hotels, and I could extend check-out until noon
Location was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was the right decision. The airport bus was right in front of the hotel entrance (5th floor) and you could see the Shibuya scramble crossing from the hotel elevator
My 1st choice whenever I m in Tokyo! Easy access from Narita airport, 2 mins walk from Shibuya station, hikarie n scramble square is linked w a walking bridge from the hotel 4th floor exit… best hotel so far in Tokyo
Second time here, great location as your in the heart of Shibuya.
Do not reccomend the breakfast we included it the first stay but not the second as it is quite bad unfortunately.
Lower floor rooms only look out onto air conditioners and the roofs of nearby low-rise buildings. I recommend booking a higher floor room. The elevator lobby offers excellent views, worth checking out
One most convenient hotel strategically located right @ Shibuya Crossing 🚠⛩️🏔️, easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room has cosy bed 🛌 for great beauty sleep
Best thing, the hotel offers Airport Limo bus 🚌 transfers right @ the Level 5 Lobby carpark area. There are countless oishi eateries, great retail shopping 🛍️ & spa nearby for relaxing massage
Tokyo, 3 Chome-13-1 Takanawa, Minato, 108-8612 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
I booked an Executive Room. While it wasn't huge, I had a nice view of Tokyo Tower. There's also an executive lounge on the first floor. The offerings weren't extensive, but it was enough to grab a quick bite.
Overall good location direct access from Haneda airport. There was shuttle bus available from Prince Hotel Shinagawa to go to this hotel within the same area
Check in was smooth and generalities staff who helped with luggage was very friendly and helpful
The location is excellent, with a shuttle service that picks up and drops off right across from Shinagawa Station, making travel and shopping very convenient
It has a sizable garden that guests can explore, and there's a discount on tickets to the nearby aquarium, so there's plenty to do during your stay
However one male front desk (not wearing glasses) staff stood out as an unexpected lousy service communication unbecoming of Japanese service excellence

A very comfortable 5-star hotel! While the facilities are a bit dated, the environment is great, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's right in the heart of Fukuoka, making it easy to get anywhere
Full service hotel with porter assist to send all the luggage to the room when check in and check out which recently most of the hotel no this service. Cleaning staff(a guy) very attentive and service mind
Definitely a little dated (there is a charm to it) but very well maintained and service was amazing!! Everyone is so courteous and thoughtful, always making sure we know they are here to help anytime
Room was on the larger side. It is right outside the subway station too. With plenty of convenience stalls, also a straight walk to the shopping district. Love everything about this hotel
It's close to the subway, the rooms are spacious, and the service is great. Overall, it offers good value for money
Excellent service, and for Japan, the room size was quite generous. The room was clean and well-maintained, with spotlessly clean windows, both inside and out
The location is great, quite quiet, and there are a few good restaurants nearby. Getting around is super convenient, both to and from the airport and to the city center
Excellent location with panoramic views of Osaka Bay! The room was spacious and offered fantastic scenery – I got to watch both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening
Right outside the hotel, there's a convenience store and a bakery, making it super easy to grab food and essentials. There are also subway and JR stations nearby, so getting around is pretty convenient
Downstairs, there's a Family Mart, a pharmacy, fast food joints, and a large hot spring (which costs extra). We stayed for 5 nights and I'd love to bring my kids and wife next time
This hotel is truly a king of value for money! The environment, location, and service are all fantastic. We were especially impressed by the daily housekeeping details
Nice place to stay with special price to Onsem . Three stop to USJ . Basement got Daiso and big supermarket. Around got many restaurants and shops.
We stayed in the Beach Wing this time, and while our balcony overlooked the sea, the hallway outside our door faced a road, and we could hear cars speeding by at night
A very comfortable stay, with top-notch experience in terms of rooms, common areas, and service. The only regret is that the strong winds and low temperatures in February made it impossible to enjoy the water activities.
My only minor complaint is that the blinds let in a lot of light, making it hard to sleep in late. But overall, it's a fantastic hotel that I'd definitely visit again
However, the room's design, with a long corridor leading from the front door to the bedroom (past the closet and bathroom), acts as a natural sound amplifier
Luxurious in every sense of the word. Impeccable hospitality and amazing atmosphere.
Had the best afternoon at the bar Spectra.
The hotel's restaurants are a highlight, offering high-quality Japanese and Western options, though reservations are a must
Wait, one more weird thing: we put up the "do not disturb" sign, as we didn't need our room tidied, and rather than most places that will leave a note under the door saying something about getting additional room supplies from the desk if needed, these people literally hung a bag on our doorknob full of every item in our room we might have used and might need a replacement for (towels, toothbrush,...
Absolutely beautiful brilliant and so helpful. A special thanks to Midori thank you for your time and wonderful tour around your amazing city. Thank you Wayne and Jeanette Richards.
The room facilities were decent, and the service was very welcoming. Breakfast is served on the 25th floor and offers a fantastic view. They also have daily activities, but I didn't get around to joining any
It was perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Room was very clean I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and amazing view in the lounge. I will stay here again next time
An upscale hotel offering great value for money. From the windows, you're treated to unparalleled views of the Seto Inland Sea, its islands, and Hiroshima's stunning night skyline
Staff is very helpful from checkin. Check in is processed on machine with staff assistance. Room is big in Japanese standard. Very clean , it comes with fridge and good amenities
Kids’ bathrobes were also available at the lobby, which made the stay very family-friendly. The morning breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming
We booked a quadruple room, which was a corner unit, and it was incredibly spacious – a rare find in Japan! Honestly, my only complaint is the price
A 2mins walk from usj flexible place we celebrated the bday of my daughter at the restaurant in front of the hotel will recommend this place
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kintetsu Universal City. We were so glad to receive a free pouch for each guest at check-in — such a thoughtful touch
Plus, I was pleasantly surprised that they provided an extra bed for our child, even though many hotels don't do that when the booking states 'includes 1 child'
It's only a five-minute walk from the park, which is super convenient whether you want to be there right at opening or stay until closing
This hotel is located not far from the subway station, which is quite convenient. There are two 24-hour supermarkets directly opposite, and the area is surrounded by high-rise buildings and countless department stores
Coming from Umeda Station, you'll want to find the East Mall, then walk straight until you reach exit M10 of WHITY PLAZA Izumi Square
The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and efficient with a quick check-in. We were given a room on the 11th floor, which was quiet and clean. The room size was decent, and they offer luggage storage
The first time can be a bit confusing because there are so many people, so make sure to look up for signs. Once you've done it once, it's easy to navigate, and there's an elevator exit
I have to praise their system here; they have a dedicated luggage room on the first floor where you can secure your bags with a combination lock from the rack. No need to keep a key, just remember your code
After arriving at JR Osaka Station, I followed the navigation and eventually reached the hotel after a right turn and a left turn through a shopping street. It's a quiet oasis nestled in a bustling area
Hotel location is good - near major transport hubs. Service staff helpful & attentive. Negative is Aircon/heater centrally controlled- so we were unable to control the temperature in our room
The room was a bit larger than I expected, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It was also very quiet, making for an overall good experience. The front desk service was excellent and very professional
The hotel is very close to Osaka Station, just a 5-minute walk. They provide amenities like toner, lotion, facial cleanser, and makeup remover, so you don't need to bring your own
This hotel never fails. My third time using the hotel. It is a good location, good room and comfortable bed.
Breakfast is served on the 23rd floor with a wide variety of options and amazing views
The location is also quite good, very close to the station
The views, day and night, are absolutely unbeatable! Breakfast was good too. The Kintetsu Department Store right downstairs, as well as the surrounding Abeno shopping street and Q's Mall, are fantastic for browsing
Everthing about the hotel is fantastic except the breakfast which is very mediocre. The location has access to a few train lines besides being the 1st stop from Kaisai Airport on Haruku line
Below hotel has 3 floors of restaurants and a departmental store with supermarket. The hotel room has great view of Osaka city from morning to night
The subway station and a shopping mall are right downstairs, making it super convenient to get around
service is excellent and the view is amazing. had a great time here and wish i stayed longer
Plus, it's really close to the subway station, making transportation super convenient

I frequently stay at this hotel! The renovated rooms are great and very comfortable! It's also quiet! Perfect for a solo traveler! The front desk service is good too! A special shout-out to the breakfast – it's absolutely delicious! Eating a hearty breakfast and starting a beautiful day is a great choice! I recommend choosing a higher floor for excellent views!
Highly recommend Hotel Kansai for solo travelers! The best part is the easy access—you can use the underground Whity Umeda walk (Exit M14) to avoid the rain and crowds
It’s right in the heart of the action, so you can explore the Umeda Sky Building or Hep Five and be back in your room in minutes
Simple, clean, and perfectly situated for anyone who wants to spend their time exploring rather than commuting
In the new building, there is only one elevator and it’s very slow. That’s a minor issue, but the biggest problem by far is the Wi-Fi. It connects, disconnects for several minutes, comes back briefly, then drops again
You can hear sounds from outside at night, like music or drums, and the walls seem quite thin — I could hear people snoring in nearby rooms. I didn’t sleep terribly, but I did wake up three or four times each night
Good location, short walking distance from Miebashi station, friendly and helpful staff. 7-11inside the hotel which is very convenient. You can enjoy free drinks and ice cream bar daily from 1-8pm. Highly recommended.
The room was clean and quiet, and the service was good.
Very good location — just a few minutes’ walk to the monorail, and there’s a 7-Eleven right under the hotel. Breakfast is nice, and they even offer free drinks and Blue Seal ice cream, which is a lovely touch.
Great location, very close to the subway station. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and they even offered free drinks and ice cream. For a Japanese hotel, the room size was quite generous.
We have great time in there!! The hotel locates near by Kokusai-dori which is good spot for sightseeing. And hotel's service is very good!! I will use this hotel again!!
Quality hotel, breakfast is delicious and you can get blue seal ice cream every day. My kid and I so enjoyed eating. ☺️@First floor has 7/11, it’s very convenient.
The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I used trash and towels, put them in bags, and left them at the door the next day. They cleaned them up and brought new ones, which was incredibly convenient
Stayed there for nearly 3 weeks during my stay in Japan。The rooms were very comfortable、clean and cozy and the staff was really nice and attentive with whatever we needed。The breakfast is free and delicious。 there aren't many choices for dinner but there are plenty of restaurants very close and the people who worked there were super nice when I stayed。
The room was very clean, staff was great and there were no problems with service, but the room was really warm all the time despite the heater not being on and it being December/January.
Went to the restaurant only, for their basic set menu, 3000 yen with all you can drink included. Rather nice selection of food and quite a varied drink menu. Well worth a return visit!
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and the reception staff were very friendly. I chose this hotel because it's a 3-minute walk from Machida Station
Lovely staff and very nice rooms. Conveniently located near lots of good restaurants, subway station, 7-11, and a huge 8 floor arcade.

Great hotel, very nice rooms. There is nothing they cannot help you with. Excelent breakfast and very nice and cheap spa.
Would be good to have a car to drive around, spacious room with a nice view.
Very good buffet with International selection and also local Okinawan food. Rooms are spacious and hv balcony with ocean view. Front desk very professional esp Mr Yoshida who is very helpful and speaks good English
It’s a pity we have to shorten our stay due to driving license issue and could not rent a car. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Pillow is a bit small and soft
On site breakfast was also great with two options - both showcasing Okinawa delicacies with great quality. The on site shop also sells almost every major Okinawan specialty along with convenience store necessities
The Suite Grande room was a great choice with a washer dryer, plenty of space and plenty of streaming options included in the nice Sony Bravia TV with soundbar (e. Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Ameba etc

Great! The breakfast was abundant, and the surrounding area had all the amenities one could need. Getting around was very convenient. I'll definitely come back next time.
Always been a big fan of the Dormy Inn chain, guaranteed a nice onsen and delicious supper and breakfast. Checking in and out is a breeze
Very conveniently located near the train station. Excellent value for money. Loved the onsen and variety of amenities like the complimentary snack and yonaki soba. Breakfast was good for the price.
Great location, close to the station, making it very convenient for getting around. They have a hot spring bath on the rooftop, complete with free ice cream and Yakult. Plus, there's complimentary soba noodles at 9:30 PM
This is a chain hotel, and although it's a bit older, it's well-maintained. I tried the breakfast that my friend highly recommended, and the ingredients were fresh – it was indeed good
Best location - right next to malls and train station is few minutes away. cozy room and bed. Hot spring is wonderful with sauna too!

Location: It's inside a shopping mall, quite small though.
Hygiene: Similar to business hotels in Japan, pretty clean.
However, the facilities are very old, and there's only one power outlet, which is super inconvenient.
The hotel was highly accessible to nearby shops and restaurants. It’s also a walkable distance to the hakata station. You may also easily find the parking slot next to the hotel.
Great location, but the hotel facilities are really old. It was scorching hot inside the room in March, and the AC wasn't working, so we had to open the window for air. Being right next to Canal City was incredibly noisy
Great stay at Canal City Washington Hotel! Perfect location right next to Canal City Hakata with lots of food and shopping nearby, and walkable to Hakata Station
Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—ideal for a solo traveler. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Excellent value and very convenient
Nice location of the hotel. 1700yen for parking over night. nice bar opposite of the hotel

This hotel is the best hotel in this trip!!
Room interior was bright and everything was clean. The toilet provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. Also the water pressure nice so you relief some tiredness
The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot yet still very central. It's a convenient 15-minute walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around
The single room was quite spacious. There's a small entryway by the door where you can hang clothes and change shoes, and the luggage rack can easily hold a 30-inch suitcase
But one thing I don’t like about was the sound proof. Cuz you can heard kids screaming. Tho that was not happened at night time but still a bit annoyed
The lobby offers free coffee and drink machines. It's close to Daikoku Station, and there's a Life supermarket nearby that's open until midnight
Location is good near namba station. l stayed here for 5 days 4 night. When l checked in at late night l realise bathroom smelly next day l inform receptionist request to clean up bathroom still got the bad smell
