The pool facilities were impressive, but because they're built on the slopes of the ski resort, the stairs between the facilities were quite arduous. I wish they'd at least add handrails to the stairs
The food was average, but it's best to think of it as a cafeteria. Dinner reservations are accepted from 5:00 PM, but there's no time limit, so we recommend booking early and enjoying a leisurely meal
Like anywhere else, it can be difficult to get a turn when it's crowded. There were also several small pools and slides that preschoolers could enjoy, and my 2. 5-year-old really enjoyed them
If I were to be greedy, I would have liked another main pool with a lazy river feel. Some people were carrying their luggage in camping carts, but the stairs were a no-go
The steep stairs are difficult and dangerous for children and the elderly. Since this is a ski resort, I think it would be better if they had installed something like a lift or escalator
There's a short line for breakfast. Dinner lines may also apply depending on the reservation time. The water park had many long slides, and my second-grader seemed to have a lot of fun

and the lounge closes at 9:00 p. but that didn't seem to bother Yasuhide. He went into the kitchen and returned with very elaborate bento boxes. At no time, did we feel rushed even when closing time approached
The hotel isn't right in the heart of Umeda, but on the upside, it's much quieter. It's about a 10-minute walk to Hankyu and a 15-minute walk to Hanshin, which is totally acceptable
However, the breakfast was just average and not very varied. Overall, it was decent, and I would consider staying at the Intercontinental again if the price is right next time
Excellent stay! The room was very spacious, and the facilities and service were consistently up to InterContinental standards. The view from the window was great, offering a glimpse of the red Ferris wheel
The hotel's location is excellent, with great transportation links to all areas, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room is also very spacious, especially for Japan
The room was really spacious for Osaka standards, and we had a very comfortable stay. There's also an amazing yakitori place nearby called Matsuri that's a must-try!
Location is extremely good - we took a bus from Chitose airport and alighted at Monterey Hotel, which is 3-5 mins walk to New Otani Inn; it is also a short walk to TV tower, Clock Tower, Odori Park (all of these within 5-10 mins)
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. There is 1 convenience shop just beside it. The room is consider spaces in Japan. The toiletries can take from the lobby which is quite convenience. The hotel staff is friendly.
The hotel is conveniently located nearby the train station and the rooms are comfortable. The staff was friendly and you can find many places to eat nearby. I’d recommend this hotel to any couples visiting Sapporo
Cleanliness is good anywhere in Japan I guess haha. Their staff can speak a little english and they used translation just to make sure they understand us correctly, effort is 100% here
Visiting Sapporo for snow festival. Great hotel, walking distance to festival, clock tower, train station and market. Very quiet which suit us well. We have great time.
Room size is small and cozy but overall stay is comfortable~
It was actually much better than we expected based on the photos and reviews. We loved the cleanliness, convenient location, and the fact that there was enough space for three people. We would definitely stay here again
The hotel was exceptionally clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were very responsible and the environment was spotless. Our room was impeccably cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, making our stay very reassuring
If you need to take the Tokyu Line or Nambu Line, it's a bit of a walk though. There are lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel, so it's very handy for shopping and dining
The hotel is super convenient, just a two or three-minute walk from the JR Shinnan exit. It's really easy to get to Tokyo Station, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and even Yokohama from here
room size considering big in Japan. Able to see Fiji mountain when weather is good. I like their convenient location. Direct transportation to both airports in Tokyo
Breakfast is super ! Definitely will go back to this hotel again
Shower cap is not provided, otherwise the amenities provided are essential & necessary for a comfortable stay. It was stuffy in the middle of night, so we informed front desk
Room is spacious, convenient location, within walking distance to 大丸 and 三越。I enjoy my stay
For breakfast, you can choose between Western and Japanese options. The hotel also has an onsen (hot spring), and you can check the crowdedness level on the TV, which was usually not busy
Initially, I booked for two nights, but then extended for an additional night. The breakfast was plentiful, especially for us as we mainly focused on eggs, vegetables, fruits, and coffee
It's about a 700-meter walk from JR to the hotel. Coming back every day to soak in the hot spring was incredibly comfortable. The surrounding area is quite quiet and not very lively
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, and there's an airport limousine bus that drops you off right at the entrance, which takes about 80 minutes to 2 hours
Also take out option is available in Paseo Garden restaurant. Aqua zone have two swimming pools the indoors and the outdoors one. Guests may purchase sauna and sento ticket for 550 ¥
Very good hotel with all necessary facilities for holiday and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking but they are changing the policy later.
The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet room guaranteed a good nights sleep
The hotel located in 600 m from Ginawan beach, it takes about 10 mins to get there. Hotel souvenir shop has variety of custom and fabric things, prices are normal
My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants
Our room was a decent size and comfortable for whenever we could squeeze in some downtime
Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, though after three days, it got a bit repetitive (the grilled fish was good, but be cautious with the takoyaki!)
The room was clean and the location wasn't too far from the Umeda shopping district on foot. The price was reasonable, and they even stored our luggage for us when we arrived early. The staff were also quite friendly
We bought a lot of things, so we sorted the packaging bags (paper, plastic, etc. ) and left them neatly in the room. We noticed other rooms also had various packaging sorted and placed by the door
If you don't opt for breakfast, there are several nice cafes along the way to Hankyu & Osaka Station
However, as other reviews mentioned, the room is very small, making it difficult to open large suitcases – we managed to open ours with some effort under the desk
The Neel Coffee shop nearby is absolutely amazing and very Instagrammable
It is more spacious than most hotels in major cities. And it is also within walking distance to restaurants and major attractions in Kokura. And they also provide a self-service luggage storage
This is my third stay, and I'm very satisfied! The location is absolutely fantastic, right above Kokura Station, with direct access from the station concourse to the hotel – so convenient
When we checked in, there was a chunk of hair strands on the hotel towel. Was a little shocked, and informed the receptionist and there wasn’t any service recovery
This was my first trip to Kyushu, and I started in Kokura. I was tired from traveling, so I picked the hotel closest to the station. It was clean and tidy, right above the station
It was super convenient for my husband and I as we were taking a break in the middle of our journey from Osaka to Oita. Just a couple minutes walk from the train station
The variety of dishes is genuinely much richer, and they even make omelets to order. However, take my advice and avoid the Grape mixed fruit juice; it's too bitter
Two things I was dissatisfied with:
After staying two nights, they didn't clean the room, only changed the towels and bath towels, and required me to put my green card on the door—meaning I had two cards
Overall it is a very good hotel! Unless there is no space for hanging towel!
When you're tired from traveling, you usually don't pay attention to details, but not changing the towels was really inconsiderate. Other hotels only put up cards after room cleaning
Hotel was within walking distance to main shoppping area, close to peace park and very comfortable and quiet. I caught taxi to hotel from Shinkansen which is not expensive and you don’t have to carry your luggage around
I was very grateful they were able to switch me to a non-smoking room. While it meant giving up a bathtub, the shower room with a built-in seat was actually much more comfortable and convenient.
Located very close to Heiwa-odori which has some events. Very convenient to enjoy the city event and night life. Very freindly and welcoming staffs with great service. It’s Japanese hotel so cleanness is surely excellent
The hotel service was excellent, truly a luxury experience. It has a swimming pool, gym, and hot springs, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed during our two-day stay
queit location to enjoy the authenticity of kyoto. it has everything we need, a well equipped gym, good size indoor pool and a hotpring spa. we had a room with terrace overlooking the city
You can access beautiful gardens directly from the hotel's central area, and the hotel's onsen hot springs are also very good. Breakfast is abundant with great views too. Overall, it exudes a classic sense of luxury
The hotel is also less than two kilometers from Kiyomizu-dera Temple, so it's an easy walk. The surrounding area is beautiful too, with a lovely free park nearby, and the hotel even has its own back mountain
The Junior Suite is great!
The room is spacious with a fabulous countryside and temple view, the welcoming snacks and water are warm and sweet. Shuttle Bus service and Family Mart is convenient
A big plus is the free shuttle service to and from Kyoto Metro Station, which was incredibly convenient. The shuttle even makes free stops at attractions along the way, which was super handy
The staff said because our car is a big car (Noah) and there are no space for us to park. (He said there are 6 big car parking space only) and they are first come first serve
How come!!
On the last night, we finally got the parking since when we came back still have some parking space. But the staff asked us a lot of questions and some of them seems don’t allow us to park
While I asked if I can park behide the car in front of the hotel (see the attached picture as there was one black car) the staff said No and only can park One car there
However, the space in front of the hotel which the staff said can only park one car, I saw there were Two cars on the third night, Three cars on the fourth day
So we had to find the other parking space by ourselves. Surely, the other nights we also could not get the parking
The staff really unhelpful and we are very disappointed!!

The hotel was just beside the west exit of Sendai station. Link to the mall. Very convenient location. The room size is good. Cleanliness is 👍. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Overall, very satisfied.
The hot water that comes out as soon as you turn the faucet is also a nice point at an appropriate temperature. There is no concierge desk, but if the front desk staff can afford it, they can help
The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station and very convenient for getting around. Overall, everything was good during my stay
Will definitely come back here again if I come to Sendai. Location is implacable! Linked to train station and mall. Sendai is more bearable as it is not as crowded as Tokyo where you need to queue for everything
We Got upgraded to a newly renovated room, toilet is separated from bathroom, which was a nice surprise! Hate to shower inside the bathtub but for $150 I tot I should make do since it’s just 1N
Great location, conveniently connected to the mall and station. Staff were nice and professional. Breakfasf (buffet) seems a bit limited tbh. Room and facilities are spacious and clean.
The hotel lobby is big and bright. The hotel offers tea bags and toiletries at the lobby for you to take to your room. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is very convenient
Even though it's quite old, the service is excellent and very professional. I stayed for 2 or 3 nights, and overall it was decent 😌. Facilities: Average
Cleanliness: Good
Ambiance: Okay
Service: Excellent
The rooms were decent, clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The location is excellent, right across the street from Kyoto Station, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient
Old hotel, still using manual key but good enough and clean. Room is big enough for luggages to open and store. Location is superb across the Kyoto Station next to Kyoto Tower
The only downside was parking; getting into the garage was a bit of a hassle as we had to wait for a lobby attendant to operate the elevator every time
Excellent location. Easy to find and get around from hotel. Warm reception and staff. Clean room. Will return again :)
The hotel is located in Kirishima, making it convenient to drive to Kagoshima and Sakurajima. The lobby has a great design, the room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive
The hot water was the most comfortable. If you complain, it is difficult to understand how to get to the public bath. It is difficult to understand how to get to the room you are staying in
the main building lobby is very good, buffet dinner is good, even gets free parking,
First, we loved the onsen and its services, where we soaked in three pools of different temperatures, sweated in a sauna, then alternately cooled ourselves in cold baths
Second, room services were excellent despite its furnishings seemed to be run down a bit. Third, its location is central to travel most places of interest, which spreads out in Kagoshima Prefecture
clean and spacious rooms, nice and friendly staff, lovely onsen onsite, free easy parking, will come back again.

First time we stayed in this hotel and explored the location which is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. We like the area and the hotel room is decent
The room space is decent; there's enough space to open a suitcase.
It will be great if the hotel has onsen facilities
Room is adequately big enough for our family of 3. Located near to subway stations and shopping cum restaurants.
Room was smaller than expected for 3 people but overall decent stay
Although the price is comparable to the nearby hotel, we were quite disappointed to find that there was no water bottle giveaway. The space was also quite small for the price charged.

Convenient central Kyoto location, next to subway station and in close proximity to many local attractions. If you a keen runner, there is a beautiful run and walking route around the river and map is provided by hotel
Traveling to Kyoto with my family, choosing to stay here was definitely the right decision. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Kyoto Station, which is incredibly convenient
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming; we weren't sure how to get to the lobby for check-in from a shop in the mall, and a staff member from the shop actually escorted us there
The hotel staff, just like in a standard five-star hotel back home, helped us with our luggage, which is quite rare for the five-star hotels we've stayed at a few times in Japan
The buffet breakfast is on the 17th floor, offering lovely views of Higashiyama and the Kamo River. The breakfast spread is quite extensive and the quality is good
We recommended this hotel to all kinds of travelers from nearby beautiful places and shopping areas spacious room, delicious meals and good services

Amenities are simple but sufficient for a longer stay focused on exploring the city. Overall, a great base for sightseeing in Osaka. Convenient, comfortable, and good value for a group of friends
great service, good location next to exit 4 of NAGAHORIBASHI metro station
free ice
free amenities
free microwave
but the bed was a bit small and blanket too
and also bad smell from smoke🥲 all over the first floor
It takes about 15 minutes of walking to reach Namba. Rooms were above average in-size and hotel was located off the busy nightlife area. 2-3 minutes walk to train station easy with luggage
Stayed here for 4 days with friends and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, right near Shinsaibashi, making it very easy to walk around, shop, and find food
This is my second time staying in this hotel
Nice hotel. Near restaurant area. next to train station. Nice staff. The most I love is... smoking room. Good price for Osaka.
They leave a bag on your door every day with a fresh bath towel, coffee and cup for the coffee maker; and you can use that bag to leave your used towel items to put outside your door for them to pick up
Likes:
- Excellent location in Gion; right by the Gion bus stop; lots of places to eat/shop; a few steps away from the Yasaka Shrine and other landmarks
- They give cute little things like a foldable comb and a nice wash towel (which I never got in any other hotel)
- There's a press for pants on every floor
- Water is replenished daily
- Coffee is Starbucks Dolce pods
- Comfy beds and nice pillows...
Location is great - right the middle of downtown.
I think that is a great system. The room was cozy and just enjoy for my husband and I. He especially loved that you can adjust and turn the lights off/on directly from the headboard - very convenient!
One of the better APA hotels we have stayed at. We were originally in a smoking room. But they were able to switch us to a non-smoking room. We were very pleased with the rest of our stay there
The rooms were good size for two with overhead size luggage. No sense of overcrowded. Its located on the touristy part of Kyoto so expect crowds

Considering Japanese standards, the room size was quite good. We could comfortably open both a 28-inch and a 20-inch suitcase after shifting the table and chairs
The room was clean, and the complimentary toiletries were nice. While the towels were thinner than what we're used to in Chinese hotels, they were perfectly sufficient and spotless
Environment: Despite its close proximity to the metro station, there was no noticeable noise. Service: Toothbrushes are available for collection downstairs. However, I'd recommend bringing your own slippers
Its location is incredibly convenient, with JR and Hanshin lines right outside the hotel. Just two right turns from the hotel entrance, there's a fantastic ramen restaurant with a very noticeable sign
Whenever we're in Umeda, the Hanshin Hotel is always our family's top choice. The rooms are spacious, and they even come with a decent-sized entryway. The cleanliness is consistently excellent
The location is excellent, with convenient public transportation and a full range of amenities nearby. Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean
There is luxury shopping in the hotel and is next to the Okaido shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shops. Breakfast is on the 14th floor and offers a variety of Japanese and western favorites
My bed is right up against that wall, and it shook violently three or four times, waking me up in shock. After that, about every hour, they kept hitting the wall again, making it shake like it was during an earthquake
I honestly never expected a hotel room at ANA to have walls of such poor quality! Even now, thinking back to that night still frightens me
I have no idea what kind of ******* is staying next door, but around 12:30 a. , they suddenly started banging on the wall multiple times
