Only fall short in terms of amenities. Only very basic standard items such as comb, face wash. Disappointed that it doesn’t provide items such as mouthwash, onzen bath powder, facial mask
Received the beat customer service. Rooms are small but well formed and very clean. Only critism too hot in the room, but once you open the window, it is fine
Extremely good breakfast buffet spread and sufficient varieties for vegetarian travellers at JPY1,980 after tax
2nd floor onzen opening hours are long enough to accommodate guests’ travelling plans/schedules (6am to 9am & 4pm to 1am). Great location and hassle free self check in and check out process. Room is small but comfortable
The new annex has a free public bath on the second floor; you need your room key to enter, and women also have an additional code. After a day of exploring, the public bath was our favorite place to relax every evening
We took the bus from Osaka Kansai Airport, and it dropped us off right across from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel has an main building and a new annex
Although the hotel apologized and claimed the toilet itself was clean, who can give me a reasonable explanation for what was *in* the toilet? Last time I stayed at another Okura, the towels had strange hairs on them
This time, I was assigned a room on the 29th floor with a mountain view, which I think offers the most beautiful scenery! What truly impresses you about Hotel Okura isn't just the hardware (though it's excellent), but the service! That kind of 'proactive' service awareness means they've already anticipated your needs and processes before you even speak
Someone greets you at the entrance, guides you with your luggage, and the flow is crystal clear. Check-in is hassle-free, with a rhythm like a well-oiled machine, yet it never feels cold
Especially that feeling of 'settling in comfortably' is something trendy influencer hotels can't match, even though the Okura has become quite popular itself 😝. But it still holds up to repeated stays and contemplation
' The staff don't overdo it, but they're always there when you need them, and they never disturb you when you don't. The phrase 'subtle yet pervasive' perfectly describes this hotel
Traditional Japanese hotel with excellent service. The staff can speak perfect English which makes communication very easy. We chose the sea view room so we could enjoy the night view of Port Kobe

The hotel pool facilities are great, and the big waterslide is really exciting. The daily all-you-can-drink Okinawan draft beer is also a big plus
Spacious room and facilities, tip: rmb to check in sharp at 1pm and try all their free and discounted water activities, the boomerang slide is a must try if you like water parks! Free cocktail/beer from 2pm to 11pm in two different sessions, and their Japanese-French style breakfast bar is prob one of the best breakfast buffet I've seen, even butter they have 3 types for you to choose from, free flow...
However, they do have different pool areas, including an adult-only pool where kids are not allowed. That was a great option when we wanted to relax and enjoy some quiet time
Overall, we really enjoyed the pools and had a fun, relaxing stay
Wonderful time at Grand Mercure. Hotel are spacious, fit in four beds , breakfast are nice and from noon time serve welcome drink till dark. Beautiful sea view from the room. Enjoyable to stay in this hotel with family.
Located just beside Cape Zanpa, this place has great views.
Found a dirty pillowcase when I check in, but the staff replaced it immediately after I mentioned it. The front desk team speaks English well.
From gps, it was located nearby Nagoya station. But actually 20mins walking distance!!!
Indoor swimming pools and bathing facilities are good. It is open to guests. Comfortable to stay
We took a bus from the airport to Nagoya Kanko Hotel, then walked to the Hilton, which took about five minutes even with kids and luggage. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke
We requested a room change, and while the second room still had a slight odor, it was much better than the first. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be the best choice. Other than that, everything is ok
This prime location offers easy access to the Shinkansen (bullet train), subway, and Meitetsu lines, making it incredibly convenient for exploring shopping areas like Sakae and Osu Kannon, or visiting Nagoya Castle
His service was incredibly professional, and I'm very grateful! 🙏
The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are tons of great places to eat near the hotel
Overall, there's not much new to say about the hotel; it's not my first review. The room is very spacious, and the location is super convenient for getting around and transportation

The hotel service is decent, nothing exceptional, but the daily housekeeping is incredibly clean and tidy. For this price point, it's pretty good, I really can't find anything to complain about
The only minor downside might be that the pillows are a bit too soft for my liking, which took some getting used to
The hotel is a bit old, but the lobby is grand and opulent. The room facilities are dated, but it's spacious enough and the location is convenient
Thirdly, the bathroom has a sound adjustment device, so you can still hear the TV playing outside and even control the volume
The hotel has direct subway access, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.
I was initially worried the hotel might be too old, but Tokyo hotels are really well-managed. My stay was fantastic; they even let me check in around 2:00 PM. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very spacious

Upgraded to a corner room which is really spacious! But the a/c is a little bit weird which can not cover the bathroom:(
The actual location is a little bit far away from the downtown but since I’m here for HYROX which happened just across the road in INDEX Osaka so it can not be more convenient for me
The bathroom lighting was poorly designed and insufficient, making basic tasks such as shaving or applying makeup unnecessarily difficult. The indoor pool was the most disappointing aspect
When making my reservation, I noted that I would be staying with my four‑year‑old son. At check‑in, my son had fallen asleep, so while he sat in a chair, the staff kindly and clearly explained everything to me
A very friendly and helpful staff member also assisted us with carrying our luggage
That said, the experience quickly falls short of what is expected from an international 5-star hotel. The room had a large, modern TV, yet all streaming apps were blocked, leaving only Japanese terrestrial channels
While the hotel has strong visual appeal and comfortable rooms, key details and services are clearly lacking, resulting in an experience that does not justify its 5-star positioning
Location is excellent. The staff at reception - in particular - Mr Kim, is super helpful and enthusiastic.
It's a pleasant stay overall.
Excellent value for money (large rooms and good views for relatively little) hotel is not new but well maintained,
Rihga Royal hotel, is well laid out with all the amenities, staff were on hand and helpful from when I arrived
Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc)
Looks like an old 80s hotel that got stuck in time. It's huge but hey at least it has view to the castle.
Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English
After getting into the taxi, the hotel staff were worried that I wouldn't be able to communicate with the driver, so they came out and explained my destination to him again for me
About a 7-8 minute walk from T3, very convenient. Walked both ways, didn't take the shuttle. Unexpectedly, this hotel was the largest one during my entire Tokyo trip
The hotel staff even asked the shuttle bus driver to bring them to the airport for me, but because I waited in the wrong place, I couldn't retrieve them
In the end, I took the shuttle bus back to get them and then took a taxi back
There's a convenience store inside the hotel where you can buy some snacks
A few days ago, I accidentally left my earphones at the hotel when I left

Staying here was mainly due to its excellent location. It's right outside the Shinkansen station, which was perfect for my last leg of the trip. I spent a day shopping before heading back
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated
It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen.
It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!
very good easy to access fr hiroshima station. if u bought the have fun in hiroshima1 week pass, u can redeem the cake+tea set here at the hotel lobby from 10am-5pm. amenities available at lobby counter area
It made getting around the city and accessing transportation very easy and efficient. In summary, a comfortable and practical option, especially for short stays and travelers prioritizing location
The staff were professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

We did find the opening times of the pools a bit odd and the lack of affordable food options at the resort a challenge, but with a car, there's plenty of good food options nearby
The outdoor pools are very nice but beware of the short opening hours.
The environment is great, the hotel facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, and there is a rich variety of dining options. Several restaurants require advance reservations.
The area around here is quite deserted, so I wouldn't recommend going out at night. There are also many other activities. I tried boat snorkeling and 🪂. By the way, you can order in-room massages
The hotel has several restaurants, a cafe and bar, and afternoon tea. The food is delicious, but reservations are required. Afternoon tea is a must! The view is stunning, and there's piano music
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus, but it's not listed on Ctrip. You have to call and book it yourself through the hotel's website. Check-in was done on the sofa while we drank tea
I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall attention to detail throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip
We had dinner and breakfast and both are excellent food quality and value for price. The breakfast at 3200 yen with crab soup is a value plus several made to order food items like the riceballs
Great location as a first stop when arriving into CTS airport. It’s close by and convenient location. But what set apart this hotel are its restaurants
The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers using New Chitose Airport, and the surrounding area has plenty of dining options
With the shuttle bus to airport, convenience store inside the hotel and spacious room, very happy with the stay!
Hotel is near the airport and there’s even shuttle buses to and from the airport to the hotel during winter schedule.
Overall, it was a good stay even though it was just a night.

Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍
The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good
The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍
The only minor drawback, which is a common issue in Japan, is that the food isn't quite as good as what you'd find back home; breakfast wasn't particularly delicious. Otherwise, everything was perfect
I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom
This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous
Only complaints are:
1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time
2) Hard bed
3) No staff at the lobby to assist at 2am
4) The hotel gave me a little of a ‘******* house’ feeling when the hotel is quite at night
5) On 23 December, both Japanese and Western restaurant only offered 2 pages set menu, no a la carte
our room was huge, huge bathroom, there was a living room, and hallway inside our room. with 2 double beds push together, that looked like a super king bed + size. looked almost like a presidential suite
The room was incredibly spacious. We added an extra bed for two adults and two children, and everyone slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also huge, fully stocked with all the amenities
Even though the monorail station across the street looks close, having a bus pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel entrance after a long day of fun is incredibly convenient
The hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little

This resort has great service and ABF is very nice, we can choose Chinese, Japnese (Ryokyu), international for our breakfast in seperate restaurant
The location is easy to reach even without a car thanks to regular bus connections. The setting itself is stunning — the hotel is located on a separate peninsula, and the views are truly magnificent
The check-in process took a full 45 minutes, and I was almost on the verge of heatstroke from standing there so long! After finally checking in, I wanted to quickly freshen up with a shower, but then waited another 30 minutes in the room for my luggage
Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants also feel overpriced. Dust, dirt, worn furniture, and even mold significantly spoil the overall impression
The only time you can really enjoy the pool or ocean without getting baked is closer to sunset (unless you don't mind the sun, then never mind what I said)
At the same time, there are many positive aspects. Some areas are beautiful, the food is very tasty, and the staff are extremely polite, attentive, and caring

The beach and pool are beautiful, and the rooms are well-maintained. The off-season price seems reasonable
The hotel has a shuttle service that runs regularly to and from the Hoshino Resorts Banyan Tree Iriomote, allowing guests to enjoy their 8 pools. Right next door to the hotel is the famous Hoshino Coffee, a must-try
On the hotel's beach, during low tide, you could see little fish swimming and crabs scurrying in the glass-like water – it was adorable! For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese or Western style
Water activities also require reservations, and they don't accept phone bookings; you have to go early in the morning to get a spot, which is a bit too primitive 😂
The hotel's restaurant has good food and service, but there are queues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and no one told us we could call ahead to reserve a table
The building looks a bit aged but certainly well maintained. It is located an hour drive from Naha and is more convenient for visiting the mid and north Okinawa
The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of selections, with most ingredients sourced from Japan and Hokkaido. I especially appreciated the unique option of sparkling wine in the morning
The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making access easy. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate in English, which made my stay even more comfortable
I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the premium floor, adding a joyful touch to my last night in Sapporo
There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay
It's a convenient 6-minute walk from Sapporo Station, with a 7-Eleven right across the street and Hokkaido University just a stone's throw away
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit
Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall
The room was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast restaurant, which reeked of cigarette smoke. This made it quite unpleasant and unprofessional, especially for business travelers.
Chose this hotel as we were attending an event to be held at Makuhari Convention Center. 100% worth it!
Room - spacious
Distance to venue - literally 3 mins walk
Will return to this hotel again for sure
Perfect location to visit events, shows at the Makuhari Messe. Outlet park just next to it. Train station is only 5min. walking distance from the hotel. Nice bar with view on the sea.
The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it ideal for both business events and shopping. The dining options at Hotel New Otani are also a highlight
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again for future visits to the exhibition hall

For a hotel that's around 20 years old, the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the Spa closing at 10 PM; this feels unreasonable given guests' typical routines.
We stayed here for a week and every day we received such a high standard of service. Every single member of staff we encountered was polite and helpful. Any requests we made were responded to very quickly
A great hotel in the heart of Roppongi and the international districts of Azabu Juban and Hiroo. Also attached to Roppongi Hills. Outstanding service. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.
The staff seems eager and happy to help, anticipating your needs.
We used to stay at the Capital Hotel, which is also a wonderful hotel but with less convenient location.
The hotel is beautiful and well located (near Roppongi station), making it very easy to explore various parts of Tokyo. Rooms are spacious and comfortable
Polite & helpful staff. Nice dining options with great services.
Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.
5/5 Self-serve with a wide variety of options. The only minor drawback was that one of the hot dishes was a bit cold. One small suggestion for improvement: The conditioner was very difficult to get out of the bottle
This is an impressive hotel with excellent facilities and service. Although it's a bit far from the commercial district, the hotel shuttle bus is very convenient
On our first day, our room was right next to the elevator and a bit noisy, but the hotel promptly arranged a suite further away from the elevator for us on the second day. Room service and breakfast were both good
The room was spotless, and the river-view room offered a stunning panorama, even in winter it was breathtaking. There are plenty of shops to explore nearby, along with many local eateries
Room was incredibly large and the beds so comfortable. Every items you would need were available in the bathroom. The view of the river was incredible. You can walk along the river path to the Castle
Nice and clean. Rooms are small but it has everything. Very compact so it's good for one or two nights' short stay with minimal luggage.
air condition is good. reasonable. good location
Room: Small, but cheap and very clean. Not really enough sockets for the number of things you need to charge these days. Service: The hotel let me leave my suitcase with them both before and after check-in and check-out
Compared to a UK station it’s amazing. Compared to other Japanese stations such as Shin-Osaka it’s just very good.
Great food options and as a station has great connections and friendly staff
They let me use their glue which I needed for something. A small thing, but appreciated. Slight minus - despite giving a Japanese address, they still asked for my residence card
Service was great, and room is clean, but the building and it's room definitely shows it's age.
