It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Tenjin shopping district and Tenjin Underground Mall. There's also a convenience store very close by
What's more, it's very close to the subway station and has an elevator, which made moving my luggage around super easy! It was a bit of a splurge for one person, but it would be absolutely perfect for two
Plus, each floor has its own glass door, so security is excellent. Cleanliness: It's very clean; they tidy up daily and change the sheets and duvet covers every two days. Service: The service is great
I popped into my room around noon, and it happened to be when they were about to clean it. As soon as I entered, I received a call from housekeeping asking when would be a good time for them to clean
The hotel is a 20-minute walk (1. 6 km) from Hakata Station, or a 70 RMB taxi ride if you use Didi. Overall, it's quite convenient. The hotel itself is very new, and the staff offers smiling service
Ice machine on the first floor was nice. Breakfast offered very few food selections. Paper plate and plastic utensils was a bit turn off. Other than that, the hotel was very nice
Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly
There are many 24-hour convenience stores nearby, and it's also very convenient for dining and business meals. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The view from the club lounge was quite nice, generally all is good.
If I travel to Changdao again for business, I'll definitely choose this hotel
Great place to stay. Nice room and gym. Convenient to everything.
The indoor swimming pool and hot springs require an additional fee for guests, but the price is quite reasonable, and the hot springs are very comfortable
Good experience with good atmosphere to stay at hotel. Every staffs were so nice. We will come back to hotel next trip.
This hotel is located in Onna Village, central Okinawa, close to popular attractions like Cape Manza. It features an outdoor pool, a hot spring spa, and a private beach
Very comfortable, perfect for family trips. The hotel has hot springs, a beach, and a swimming pool
Environment: Every room offers a sea view. My kids had a blast collecting shells and coral on the hotel's private beach. There's a path leading to the sea with a warning sign; it would make for great photos on a nice day
Your hotel is the must stay hotel in every Okinawa trip. I have nearly stayed at your hotel for 5 times or more. Your hotel gives me a very relax atmosphere & I love the staff at your hotel, also, for the facilities
The location is nearby Kobe airport, port-island. The room is clean and comfortable to stay. I just had issue a bit with the AC. I stayed during autumn season, when I arrived the room is super hot and there is no AC
The room amenities were quite luxurious and very impressive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly thoughtful, always paying attention to guests' needs. Best of all, it offers excellent value for money
There are also direct public transport links to the Sannomiya area nearby, making it easy to get around
The location was quite a distance towards the portliner station therefore you have to walk a bit with your luggage if you are coming using public transport. The hotel surrounding is quiet
I understood about it, but they didnt put on the property information when I booked the hotel. They lend me a fan, but I need to sleep with the sound from outside cause the window opened
Situated on a man-made island, the hotel is just about a five-minute walk from the light rail station, making it incredibly convenient for getting to the airport and Sannomiya

While there was some kind of pump or utility hub just outside the window, making it too noisy to open for fresh air, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view
Despite being away from the city they charge for parking and also despite being a platinum elite member no benefits extended. They were pretty stuck about everything and I did not enjoy the lack of care
The location is quiet, the hotel environment is excellent, and the service is very professional. The rooms are spacious with great views, and opening the window lets in fresh air. The welcome gift was a pleasant surprise
The environment here is great, very tidy and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is super convenient for visiting nearby temples. Getting around by subway is also very easy
It's a bit far from Kyoto's main attractions, and dining options nearby aren't very convenient. The luggage delivery service to Kyoto Station was very thoughtful (and inexpensive)
Excellent! The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk service was also great. This was the most satisfying stay during my trip to Japan.
For the return trip, it's a short walk or you can take the U-line. We were upgraded to a room on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view. The room isn't old at all, and personally, I think it's better than the Hilton
First time in Japan, and I booked the hotel myself – it was a fantastic experience! Firstly, the location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. Secondly, the hotel service is impeccable
A very satisfying hotel overall. While the transportation isn't the most convenient, they offer a shuttle bus to the JR station three times an hour, which we used daily and found quite convenient
Ambiance: Very old-school elegant, the bedding is super comfortable, and I really loved the bathroom mirror – it's perfect for photos!
Service: Absolutely on point!!!!
The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely professional and welcoming throughout the stay. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was very helpful whenever I had questions
I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Tokyo Bay. The hotel offers beautiful views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge, which made the experience feel really special, especially at night

Hotel beside subway.. very convenient. Outside quiet as it is a station away from the umeda area.. nice place to stay m good hotel..
Location is convienent about 20 min walk to the main train station and right beside a subway station. There is a restaurant on sure as well as a conscience store. It's well kept and generally quiet
This is my third time booking here, and the location is unbeatable! It's so convenient to get anywhere
The hotel's location is excellent; it's just across a small street from an elevator entrance to Higobashi Subway Station, making subway travel incredibly convenient
For a single room, it's quite spacious – I could even open up my 28-inch suitcase. Plus, the hotel's decor feels quite new overall. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka
Check-in, getting around, and check-out are all very convenient. The hotel has excellent facilities, consistently good as always
I was lucky enough to get upgraded to a deluxe twin room, and the shower was super spacious. They also gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the top-floor bar, where I could enjoy the night view of the Skytree
Great ambiance, well-equipped facilities. The hotel even has a pool, and the rooms are quite spacious, tidy, and clean. All daily necessities are provided
Excellent stay! The room was spotless, and the view was fantastic – we could even see the tower from our window. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread was really impressive
There's a large supermarket and a drugstore nearby, along with various restaurants. On the way to the subway station, there are many ramen and sushi shops, and I've tried them all, haha
I've stayed at this hotel many times. The service is excellent, and the view from the window is beautiful, with a clear view of the Tokyo Skytree, which is even more stunning at night
We stayed here for a short relaxing trip before visiting Disneyland. The hotel was comfortable and convenient, making it a nice place to rest before a full day at the park
Provide espresso machine in the room. (Not sure if for executive floor only) Very helpful, friendly and very polite staffs with kind heart to provide excellent service. Truly recommended for both locals and travelers
The twin room I booked had spacious beds, and there are multiple shopping malls conveniently located near the hotel, making dining and shopping very accessible
However, despite the renovation, the showerhead, shower stall size, and sink still left something to be desired; you could definitely feel its age. Service: This is a classic five-star hotel
The location is excellent: The hotel is in the city center with incredibly convenient transportation. It's just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making it easy to get to all the major attractions and shopping areas
The room was spacious and the hygiene was good. The hotel isn't very large but it's well-designed and chic. The shuttle bus service ends a bit early, but otherwise, everything else was pretty good
Cleanliness: There's really nothing to complain about when it comes to cleanliness in Japanese hotels. Facilities: The room was spacious enough, which was my favorite part
The breakfast menu was also interesting, including the melon-flavored soft serve ice cream that was served at dinner, which was also available for breakfast, as well as black bean natto and farm coffee milk
I visited for the hot spring and hot pool. the hot springs were very nice. The pool is nice but little bit cold.
I found this hotel and made a reservation when I was planning to go to a hot spring in Nasu. The food was delicious and the baths were great too.
It's a hotel I'd like to visit again.
Very good hair creams and shampoos for everyone to use, as well as excellent breakfasts and dinners – with delicacies such as crab claws, caviar, tuna, and so on
The baths are large and the quality of the spring water is rich, so you can soak in a variety of hot springs in one place, and there is also a sauna
I went there for the first time in a long time. Perhaps because it was a weekday, only the main building was open
Furthermore, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western dishes available. The freshly made noodles and baked bread were particularly memorable. In summary, this stay was perfect
The room was also very spacious and luxurious, and the walk-in closet was a good size and very practical. The service was even more exceptional; from check-in to check-out, guests felt warmly welcomed
My friend misplaced her earrings upon check out and when we called the hotel, the housekeeping staff found the earrings and safe kept it for my friend. Excellent service! Will definitely recommend
The hotel's location is top-notch, with direct access to the Hibiya Line right downstairs and the Imperial Palace East Garden next door. It's incredibly convenient for exploring Ginza
What truly stands out is the hotel's excellent location – within walking distance to several popular attractions and shopping centers, making transportation incredibly convenient
I had reached out in advance as this was an important trip for our family, and the team – especially Ms. Kim – went above and beyond to help organise everything smoothly
The hotel is clean, and all the staff are helpful and friendly. It’s a great place to escape city life—breathe in the fresh air and recharge.
Sesoko is a great island, and without a doubt, hotel service is top notch, everything from arrival to departure is great, and staff always watch out for you and welcomes you very warmly. Pool is good, facilities is nice
Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and a perfect room view overlooking the beautiful pool and beach. The beach swimming area was also great, with lots of fish to see
Love the balcony overseeing the hotel pool. Truly nothing to fault, everything felt like a 5 star experience everywhere you go
Room and service were excellent!
Love the cosy room that came with a balcony and sea view, spaciousness for our luggages and large bathroom that is separated from the toilet and comes with standing shower and a bathtub
First time in Motobu and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We wanted a hotel on an island with walking distance to a beach and selected Hilton Sesoko Resort as we wanted to explore the Northern region
Booked an ocean view room (queen double) in the main building it was awesome. slept with the door open every night listening to the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, nice big room. Breakfast was very comprehensive
Loved the ability to check out the public baths and pools across the various group hotels. Conveniently located in the heat of American Village
Hotel is on the best location in American Village. Very convenient to everything - restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars, cinema, and a nearby mall. the hotel staff are very hospitable and helpful to all their guests
The Vessel hotel is conveniently located near several business locations I was in Island to visit, The room was perfect and very clean. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful all the time
The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is really convenient. There's even a Lawson convenience store connected downstairs
The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lot of local specialties, and the handmade desserts and snacks were also quite good
The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of four and were provided with queen-size beds and twin single, which were very comfortable. T bathrooms, which was very convenient for us
Convenient stop at NRT for a quick sleep before heading to your final destination. Very good breakfast, some rooms very small, ask for a room facing the airport, those rooms are significantly bigger
The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for our departure. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with no strange odors. It was quiet and comfortable – I was very satisfied
Onsite gym, scale to weigh luggage, convenience shop for snacks, comfortable lobby, overall not bad for the price point. I stop there regularly when flying from China to california
The staff were proactive in greeting guests and very attentive – excellent service! The breakfast had a great variety, and everything looked exquisite; truly good value for money
This is an excellent hotel for transfer both inbound and outbound. Shuttle bus schedule to the Narita/ ANA Crown Hotel is one the value-added services offered by the hotel

The staff are super nice and the rooms are extremely neat, the hotel also has a easy transport system, with fast and efficient elevators that take you anywhere you need to go, there is also a pool as well as a bottom floor where you can easily order a taxi
We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. The room was still spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient
The view remained impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did a thorough and clean job. We needed packing tape, and they delivered two large rolls, which was a very thoughtful touch ❤️
The documents we needed printed were also handled very well. We have a small suggestion: could the bathtub be replaced with a deeper model? The current one is too shallow, and taller people can't fully enjoy it
Great hotel. Loved the service. It’s looks a little dated but still works for us. It’s a bit far from Ginza. Had to walk about 20 minutes in the cold
Dinner was delicious with a good variety of food options in the room. However, breakfast was very average. The room felt a bit old, not sure why, but the service was okay. The location was a bit hard to find

It's much more convenient to use the underground path if you're heading to the station (be sure to ask the front desk for a paper map, as the wall maps don't have English, and it's easy to get lost underground if you can't read Katakana and go the wrong way)
The hotel is located on the higher floors of a building, offering beautiful views. Plus, there's a large public bath where you can relax. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom facilities felt a bit outdated
There's a 'SPA room' at the hotel, but it's really just a public bath, and a very small one at that. There weren't even towels available, which made drying off inconvenient
There is also a cinema located within the same building and there is an access to the basement walkway to the train station but do take note of the opening timing. The room was modern and clean with a large smart TV
The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. The hotel's decor is grand and impressive. As expected from a Japanese hotel, the rooms are generally very clean
Very nice hotel at a convenient location, within walking distance to Nagoya station. Hotel reception located at 18 storey, all rooms have nice view for Nagoya city. Room is big enough for couple
The breakfast area offers views of the Skytree. The room facilities are comprehensive, with a rich selection of amenities, including cleansing oil and disposable bath mitts. You can even see Mount Fuji from the room
The 20-square-meter room is consistent with the description, clean and spacious, and even comes with a multi-head charging cable, which is a thoughtful touch. There's a bathtub, but unfortunately, no bath salts
The location was awesome as it is close to the tourist spots and restaurants. The room has an overlooking view of the Tokyo Skytree. There are nearby halal restaurants as well
Small single room but with a nice view of sky tree. Breakfast was not included, but was delicious and varied. Very close to Asakusa’s bustling activity and cultural beauty
Amenities are ready including the sleepwear. They offer baggage transfer if you plan to travel to different location in Japan. Staff are friendly and helpful
The 14th floor offers a perfect view! The room directly faces Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree, which are beautiful both in the morning and at night
Shout out to staff Fukumara Imelda! Excellent service from her and she acceded to my request for a change in room (with a top up fee) and made the procedures real smooth! Worth a stay for families as the rooms with tatamis are huge
If you're walking, it's closer to Kurumiya Station, about a 15-minute downhill walk that's not tiring. Perfect for a walk after visiting Kurumiya Shrine and the plum garden. You can easily walk to the hotel to check in
Hotel is near to Sun beach and a shopping district. It also provides shuttle bus service to the train station and is really convenient
Quiet room, breakfast and dinner very delicious, and dinner with generous alcoholic drinks. Really value for money, recommended.
The best hotel that I ever stayed! The meals are amazing, staffs are super friendly
Stayed here for a quick business trip and it was a great choice. The location is the biggest plus—it's directly connected to JR Hamamatsu Station, so getting to my meetings was super easy, even with luggage
Staff were polite and helpful but just that, would’ve liked a bit more friendliness. They knew it was our anniversary but not one congratulated us
Overall we love this hotel especially with its music theme evident throughout, eg the elevator decorations and the piano keys on the floor. Very arty and will definitely come back again one day 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏
Super views from the 42nd floor. Gets better as the night draws in and the city lights come on. Location is very convenient being right next to the train station and close to lots of eateries
The room was quiet, clean, and had a decent desk to get some work done. Being in the tallest building in the city, the view from my room was a great bonus to unwind after a long day
The whole experience was comfortable, clean and quiet. The room was spacious enough for my family, as there were 3 of us. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food
I used this hotel as accommodation for my internship. The front desk lent me a hair straightener and the customer service was very polite. The room was clean and the view from the window was great
It's not far from the station, but it's not on the main road. You have to go up a small hill, which is not too troublesome. The small street view is also good. Noge-koji is also quite famous
The facilities are a bit old, clearly showing their age. However, you can tell that it was once a luxurious hotel. The hygiene and service are both good, and the location is quiet.
Located on the hill side. Laundry machine is available for washing and drying. Not far from Sakuragi cho station and some great choices of restaurants nearby, too.
I was upgraded to a room for free. The toilet is also very large. The hotel is like the one from 20 years ago. I quite like the hotels of that period
It was my first time staying at a business hotel, but I think it was perfect. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Yokohama!
