The hotel is really good , lobby service I can say 10/10 perfectly fine. There’s a hot spring inside the hotel , vry comfortable also near to metro and is a quiet neighborhood at night but also nearby everywhere u wanna access in Kyoto love it !

I’ve stayed in Kyoto many times and I just have to say that this is one of the best values you’ll get for your money. I found the facilities to be very well kept and was a nice balance of modern and traditional design elements. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar and a number of entertainment options throughout the week. The spa was very nice and the PJs in room with towel bag is a nice touch. It’s not in the thick of everything but close enough. As big station nearby and some great coffee spots just a few steps away. I will be back!

A lifesaver during the off-season! This is my favorite hotel chain; I absolutely love the decor. The service is also excellent. It's a top-notch Japanese hotel chain that I highly recommend.

Excellent hotel! The front desk staff were very welcoming. We usually check in using English when we're abroad, but here they even had Chinese service available. The facilities are a bit old, and there's a large public bath on the first floor separated by gender, but it's not a hot spring. The hotel also offers Kabuki performances.

Very clean, and the room was spacious. They also had a geisha performance every evening, which added a nice touch of local Kyoto culture. The hotel's location is good too; it's about a 10-minute walk to Kyoto Daimaru department store, which is very convenient.

I had a very comfortable 3-day stay at this hotel. It's right near a pedestrian street, which made it super convenient to walk to Smart Coffee. The large bathroom only has one tub, but it was very clean and the water temperature was perfect. I took a relaxing soak there every day. The front desk service was excellent, especially Wang! I had a double booking issue, and he handled it perfectly for me. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kyoto!

The environment is really nice and quiet, I love the atmosphere. There were performances but I didn't get a chance to see them. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Kyoto! Looking forward to my next visit (the lighting is a bit dim though).

We love the atmosphere and the location of the hotel. The spa is especially inviting after long day of walk and activities outside.

A lovely hotel with a mix of modern and traditional style. The room was very comfortable and the amenities provided were nice. If you love matcha, they have the matcha set in the room where in you can make you own matcha drink. The hotel is nearby train station and convenient store. They also have DIY laundry inside the hotel and a pantry. It’s really an amazing stay in this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends and stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

Overall, the place was very clean, and the room was quite spacious. My only confusion was with the king bed, which was made of two mattresses pushed together. They couldn't be joined tightly, leaving an uncomfortable gap, nor could they be fully separated. To make matters worse, the two mattresses were also at slightly different heights. This made the sleeping experience less than ideal, but everything else was fantastic.
