Very good location, just opposite Kyoto station. Awesome Breakfast with a lot of local varieties.
Clean & cozy hot spring bath released exhausted body after long walk around Kyoto.

The staff were incredibly attentive and polite. The hot springs were great, and the breakfast spread was generous. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station.

I stayed at a Dormy Inn in Tokyo many years ago and still fondly remember their complimentary evening noodles. This trip was a bit of a nostalgic return, though I didn't expect so many people enjoying the noodles; there was a queue every night. The hotel is very close to Kyoto Station, making transportation incredibly convenient, and the breakfast spread was also excellent. While the room wasn't large, it was well-laid out and fully equipped. Check-in was a very friendly process, and self-checkout was quick and easy. The only downside was the slightly subpar cleanliness; on the day I checked in, I noticed an odd smell near the toilet, which only improved after I cleaned it myself. Also, continuous stays don't require an extra cleaning fee, which Ctrip had misleadingly suggested.

This hotel’s location is prefect. It’s just right opposite to the JR Kyoto station. The side of room is considered specious than other Japanese hotels. This hotel also offers free ramen from 21:30-23:00. Will stay this hotel for sure for my next Kyoto trip.

Rooms is very clean and spacious than what I expect. Very special sauna and onsen experience too. The ramen provided every night is also best !

Right above JR Kyoto with access to local and intercity trains. Clean, courteous staff and spacious rooms. I can see the JR train station from my window, but the room is exceptionally queit.

I use it often when I'm on a business trip to Kyoto. I like this restaurant because it has a high ceiling, it is spacious and very luxurious. It was very nice to see young families with small children, it was a nice hotel and the food was delicious. Tokizoya's Hokkaido foodies were served hot and delicious food. First of all, you can see that the hall staff has a very good behavior, attention and service spirit. After all, the access is too good (^^)

Nice hotel situated right in the train station. Very good place to see the city or go on daytrips to other cities. Room was quite large by Japanese standards and breakfast was lovely (Western & Japanese food). Service was great and very polite.
