Really nice apartment. Located in a very quiet neigbourhood and so close to the kyocera dome. And the room is so clean and has everything we need to cook. we love it.

This was the most comfortable place to stay during my week-long trip to Osaka, bar none. Although small, it was very quiet, and the amenities were high-quality and comfortable. I slept for nine hours and felt incredibly refreshed! The interior is so well worth a look that I even took a video to reference later. It's also very close to USJ and the World Expo, so I highly recommend it!

It was my first time staying in an apartment hotel in Japan. It was a very good experience. The area is larger than that of ordinary hotels.
Transportation: It is very convenient to go to Kobe. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to Hanshin Line Kujo Station and 34 minutes to Sannomiya Station by express. It is also very convenient to go to Expo. It takes 3-4 minutes to walk to Kujo Station on the Chuo Line of the subway and take 5 stations to Dongmen.
Facilities: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very satisfactory. There is a microwave oven, which is very convenient for heating food.

I used this hotel as a base for going to the World Expo and Universal Studios Japan.
It's easy to get to, as it's close to the station, and conveniently located close to convenience stores, supermarkets, drugstores, and shopping districts. There were also plenty of places to eat.
The facilities were new and nice, and the room was well equipped with air conditioning, air purifier, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, TV, and amenities. However, I thought the water pressure was a little weak.
As I was traveling by car, I had to park in the nearby coin parking lots, and the cheapest option was ¥800 for 24 hours.
I received an email with my room number, instructions on how to unlock the key box, and other information about the room, about three days in advance, but I didn't understand it and had to call and inquire when I checked in on the day, which was a bit disappointing.
Other than that, I enjoyed a comfortable and enjoyable trip.
I'll definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Must be 5 points. 1 Very close to Hanshin or Osaka Subway Chuo Line Kujo Station. Very convenient to Universal Studios. Far from JR Nishi-Kujo. 2 The kitchen in the house is very convenient for washing clothes. Pots and pans are all available. The bathroom is a drying room. The pillows and beds are moderately soft and hard. The house is very very clean.

This B&B is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Kujo Station. There is a commercial street outside, with all kinds of food, convenience stores, drugstores, and a restaurant open until the early morning. A little further away, you can walk to AEON Supermarket in about 15 minutes, where you can buy water and breakfast. There is also GU in the same mall!
Many details were not explained when I checked in, but fortunately the chat on the web page was replied quite quickly. For example, there is a self-service disposable supplies on the first floor, and the key has two holes on the upper and lower sides that need to be unlocked without prior explanation.
The room is quite large and clean. There is also a kitchen, microwave, washing machine, and balcony in the room. The only drawback is that there is no table, so you can only eat in bed...

Location is near train stations, very convenient for travelling especially if you're headed for the Expo. There are a lot nice food options, especially the yakotoris and if you like coffee, there are also a lot to choose from

Going to the Osaka Dome for a concert is very close, about 7 or 8 minutes' walk away
But I forgot to read that this is similar to Airbnb but it is managed by a group. Check-in should be at 4 o'clock. I didn't read the terms and conditions. When I went in at 2:30, the door was open and no one was there. Not long after, the cleaner said she still needed to vacuum. After she finished, I saw that all the necessary facilities were there and the beds were made, so I let her go. After a while, another supervisor came to check the cleanliness, and I said ok because I was in a hurry to go to the venue.
The room is very clean. There are large trash cans, refrigerators and gas stoves. I didn't enjoy them after staying for one night. I will book again if I have the chance.
