Super well located!
A great boutique hotel within walking distance (if you enjoy walking) from both Osaka Castle and Dotonbori, as well as the city’s main business area with its modern buildings.
The staff were very friendly and made our stay comfortable.
Nice, clean rooms — overall an excellent choice for a few days in Osaka.

Amazing art hotel in a central location, well connected to all public services and convenience store directly across the road. Staff are attentive and amazing personalized service, even a little touch of a personalized note the next morning with recommendations for areas to see, amazing!!
Rooms are clean, comfortable and a lovely space to be. There really isn’t any noise to be concerned about mentioned re subway, you’re in the centre of a city, what’s not to expect. Highly recommend value for money

I stayed here for a few days this year. I had returned to Osaka to visit a specific street food stall, Kyobashi Toyo. One of the staff was from the area and later wrote a letter detailing another standing bar (Shubou Matsui) to try in Kyobashi. The place was full of characters that I got chatting with, and at the end, they refused to let me pay my own bill. This was one of my favourite travel experiences, all because the hotel staff took the time to write a letter with recommendations. As for the hotel, it is very cool in concept, with spacious rooms and a great bathroom. A convenient location close to the subway, quiet and relaxing area. In the hotel's details, they warned of the possibility of subway noise, but I couldn't hear a thing, even though I was on the second floor. I will definitely go back next time I am in Osaka.

I wish to keep this as my hidden gem to me… but I also want them to keep operating haha. Perfect for young couples and friends who want an authentic Osaka experience! And enjoy not-just-another-hotel experience.

- Great location! River view. Convenience store across the street. Heaps 4.5+ star restaurants around. Walking distance to Umeda area. Surrounded by amazing local cafes.
- THE STAFF ARE THE KINDEST I HAVE EVER MET! I mentioned in the passing that I haven’t planned anything for our trip. The next day, an envelope was delivered to our room. Inside was a two-page list of recommended places put together by the staff. I almost cried haha.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent—central and convenient for exploring Osaka. The rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable. What really stood out to us, though, was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. A fantastic experience overall!

Fantastic staff, fantastic location, fantastic hotel! We stayed here for 3 night and loved it. The staff are so lovely and welcoming when you first arrive and when checking out and you feel they are being so genuine when asking about your vacation. Great size rooms, comfy bed and Bluetooth in the shower so the music can play out whilst enjoying a shower with the most beautiful smelling shower gel (which I wish I had now bought from reception!). There is coffee and pastries available in the morning, a great lounge and a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the river and city hall. The location is also great with a subway station close by, a few bars around and an easy walk to Osaka Castle. There is also a Lawsons across the road for all your late night snacks. We’d definitely return to this hotel when back in Osaka. Thank you to the staff for the lovely stay!

Really nice boutique hotel walking distance from the train/metro station, really convenient to move around Osaka. We visited Universal Studios and took the train to it from the hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the bathroom sink’s drainage that was too slow. Japanese’s breakfast offered at the hotel was really good too.
