Room looks dated but still clean and the size is just right as you would expect from a business hotel. Close to exit 4 of Yotsubashi station but expect some walk until you get to the platform. The station is connected with Shinsaibashi station of Midosuji Line and Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line, make sure to not get lost in there. There is FamiliyMart along the way from metro exit and there are some restaurant around.

Pretty good, this is my second time staying here. The breakfast is a bit different from what you'd find in Tokyo, but it's still decent. It's really close to the Yotsubashi subway station and less than 2 km from Nihonbashi, so it's quite convenient.

The hotel is rather dated and the soundproofing is not perfect. Especially when certain travellers were slamming doors or dropping things (probably upstairs) it may be a bit annoying. Not fully hotel's fault though. The room I stayed located at a Wifi blackspot - unbelievely slow and unstable, only 1.0 - 5 mbps. The breakfast was okay - a bit subpar compared to other business hotels. The positive things about this hotel are the location and the friendly male colleague.

This hotel was great, I stayed for two nights and it met my expectations. The front desk staff might speak Chinese, and their service was excellent. There are also self check-in machines available. Breakfast is free and tasted decent. If you want to reserve a table for breakfast, you can use the small sign by the entrance to hold your spot. The room was quite spacious compared to hotels in other cities I visited later; my 28-inch suitcase could open up completely. You can use the in-room phone to call and book restaurants, just remember to pay for the call at the front desk afterward. The subway station is very close to the hotel, and there's a convenience store nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to Shinsaibashi. The surrounding area is very nice, and the room was relatively quiet. I occasionally heard motorcycles, but once I fell asleep, I didn't notice them. A feature I particularly liked: the hotel elevators have an anti-static device. You can touch it to discharge static electricity before pressing the elevator button, so you don't get shocked.

The room is very clean and spacious, staffs are accommodating and polite and wow the food is satisfying. Location wise, it’s a walking distance from the shopping mall (luxury brands), Don Quijote and Dotonbori and train stations

The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was really clean. The breakfast is included and it changes every day. The breakfast was yummy and the staff was really nice. We would definitely recommend it :)

Looks to me the web appearance like not the same as the present. If so, it would be good to up-date them so to ease customer first look impression.
- facilities: Basical & par to it grade.
- Food: moderate to average.

The room was perfectly clean. But sometimes there was unpleasant smell. Don't know where exactly it came from - air conditioner or ventilation (there was no smell in the bathroom though), but we could open the window, and that really helped. We didn't like the smell of bathroom amenities, but that's quite personal. The room itself was quite spacious for a buisiness hotel. Breakfast was simple, but good.
We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which was very convenient.
Overall good value for money.

I arrived and my not smoking room was not available. They give me another room, smoking with the door broken. Anyway the receptionist were kind and they excused with some snake and allowing me one hour late check out.
