Even though the accommodation is new and has good facilities, the surrounding environment is quite poor. There are homeless people, intoxicated individuals, and ongoing construction by workers. Some amenities require additional charges. The room walls are quite thin—you can hear people walking or noises from neighboring rooms clearly.
If I had known it would be like this, I would not have chosen to stay here. This will be my first and last stay, and I would not recommend it to my friends, as it feels unsafe when walking back to the accommodation. There are no nearby convenience stores. If you want to eat at night, you have to walk about 800 meters to 1 kilometer just to find a convenience store.
The only thing I appreciate is that the bathroom is clean.

The room was nice, enough space to open luggage etc, come with 1 type c and 1 usb plug. 2 bathroom and 2 toilet on my floor for female, the washer and dryer is available at lv1. The bathroom got a little messy on 2 of those night i stayed, prolly because the other ppl stayed there didn't throw papers nicely. It was not cleaned for a night or 2.
Tho hotel was not bad, but the location is slightly unsafe, as the route from donbutusen-mae need to go through small dark alleys. From JR wise, its just one route, but left right has no shops open starting evening, with constrcution sites plus a factory-looking place.
Will be ok if you are not a solo traveller imo!

the room itself is a bit small but I think it's nice, esp for a solo traveller. it's new and has a window as well, with TV and a small comfy armchair. for the price I paid, no complaint. heard a lot about the area but I think it's okay. there are homeless people, yes, but you're right in the proximity of a police station if you feel unsafe. and I think it's a pretty safe area, and much much nicer than the US (than Seattle at least).
just that the receptionist is not so friendly

It was an enjoyable stay. though the room was small, however, whatever needed to be, was available. checked in and out was smooth. will book again

The room was quite clean. Check-in was a bit of a hassle; I had to fill out a bunch of information and upload photos. The door doesn't require a key, but you have to remember a password, which can be a bit inconvenient if you forget it. There's a small garden on the first floor, but unfortunately, there are many homeless people outside the hotel.

Clean and cozy, toilet is inside, shower is outside. Room is a bit small, but it was mentioned in the description. Many people are at the desk to help with self check in. Common area with sink and microwave downstairs. Nothing to complain about.

Location is near the local station. So location is good. But they don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Others facility are good.

It's okay, it's not bad, this price, this quality, I think it's not bad, but mainly if you live in Hall 2, I will feel a little inconvenient than Hall 3, because the public space of Hall 3 is relatively large, and it would be better if you could eat a little at check-out time. It is recommended to change it to around 12 o'clock.

The place itself was good for the price. I had a private room and private bathroom, with a shared shower area just down the hall, at only 12 USD for one night. The self check-in was a bit confusing because there are apparently 3 adjacent or nearby places by the same name and I was in Bakuro 2, which meant the QR code I scanned on the door to check-in did not recognize my booking. I spoke to a staff member inside the bar who clarified this for me and I then was given the correct QR code for check-in. It seems Bakuro 1 and 2 are right next to each other, but their check-in systems are totally separate. To my pleasant surprise, my room was bigger than expected. The floor was cement, so quite cold in the winter, and the window even when closed was not sealed for insulation, so it allowed a lot of cold air inside despite using the warm air setting on the AC unit. The location allowed easy access to Shin-Imamiya station, but it was in a rougher neighborhood by Japanese standards. I saw many homeless people and people who were collapsed on the street either from alcohol or for other reasons in broad daylight the day I arrived, but I had an early flight out of Kansai so wanted to be close to the station and didn't feel unsafe walking outside at 6:00 am the morning of my departure.
