The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. The room facilities were complete and spotless. The hot springs were incredibly comfortable with a great ambiance, and there was also a sauna, free ice cream, and drinks available.

The hotel is only 4 minutes away from the train station. It is very clean and the onsen is very nice and quiet. Highly recommend for travellers.

My teenage boys thoroughly enjoyed the onsen, night ramen, ice cream, and massage chairs. The Dormy Inn is very conveniently located—Kitahama Station (Brown Line) is less than a 2-minute walk away, and Yodoyabashi Station is about a 7-minute walk at a normal pace. Convenience stores and restaurants are also within 1–3 minutes’ walk.
Aside from the cold winter temperatures, everything was excellent. There was no room cleaning during our 6-night stay; however, fresh towels were replenished daily. This is a quiet district, and if not for the winter chill, we would have gladly explored more of the surroundings on foot.

The hotel location is great as it is close to Sakaisuji Line but i cant believe that the hotel doesnt include room cleaning service and has to pay extra for it.

Located in the business district, the hotel offers convenient transportation, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's hygiene and service are excellent. They even provide late-night snacks, ice cream, and comics. The highlight, of course, is the hot spring – the water is clean and comfortable, and the long opening hours mean you can still enjoy a soak even if you return late. Aside from the slightly high price, everything else is great.

## Pros:
Conveniently located near Osaka Metro's Kitahama Station🚇, just two stops from the Umeda shopping district, and not far from Shinsaibashi. While there aren't many restaurants directly around the hotel, it's primarily surrounded by office buildings and financial institutions, adjacent to the Osaka Stock Exchange.

## Cons:
Some staff members were very professional, such as a young gentleman who spoke Chinese. However, some staff had an indifferent attitude, like a middle-aged woman in the restaurant. A few individual employees displayed poor service, lacked a service-oriented mindset, and provided a very unsatisfactory experience – for instance, a young, slender Japanese female employee with her hair in a bun. I hope not to be served by her again.

## Facilities:
① The windows can be opened to a certain degree, which is very useful for regularly ventilating the room and preventing a musty smell. ② The room is small, but the layout is cleverly designed and generally quite functional. However, the shower area is too cramped, making it difficult to turn around, which negatively impacts the user experience.

## Suggestions:
It would be great if the breakfast variety could be rotated every 1-2 days, and if the entry cutoff time could be adjusted to 09:30.

I stayed at Dormy Inn Premium Osaka Kitahama for 3 nights and had a very good experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, only a short walk from Kitahama station. Rooms are not big, but they are clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The best part is the public bath with onsen and sauna, which is perfect after a day of walking around Osaka. Breakfast is tasty with both Japanese and Western choices, though it can feel a bit repetitive if you stay several days.

Staff are professional and polite, always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

An excellent hotel with a convenient location. The twin room was spacious, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet area. Guests are asked to place trash and used towels outside their door daily for collection. Every morning, the hotel provides Yakult. In the evenings, after enjoying the hot spring, guests can relax in massage chairs and read manga, along with complimentary ice cream. After 9:30 PM, you can head to the first floor for a bowl of soy sauce ramen and free coffee and cola. I enjoyed the hotel's hot spring daily, and even the showers in the room were clean. As our final hotel in Osaka, the room was adequately spacious; even after all our shopping, there was still plenty of room to open our suitcases. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The room in dormy inn is good as it should be. The onsen is a bit small. But you can get free ice lollipops. And this hotel is a bit old. The free ramen at night time is delicious. There are free drinks, too.
