Reviews
The place is run down with outlets broken and AC not working in the hot heat. No maintenance workers to keep things in shape or fix problems like our AC.
Walls are peeling and they offered to give 2 single rooms splitting us apart with AC still not working and smelly bathroom as of someone just pooped before we got there.
First hour in using the sink and the stopper got stuck by itself and no body could fix it.
Asked for towels but front desk said they don’t have anymore. Asked for pillows because my grandparents neck hurts with the one pillow we received but management doesn’t provide any for receptionists and house keeping to give.
The management of this place needs to provide daily necessities and working rooms.
With a hot room with no AC we asked for a refund and would they would not refund or compensate for the issues we are having.
I am paying over double the cost of other nearby hotels to stay in a run down hotel with no AC in 100 degree weather and no supplies.
Do not recommend this hotel, there are cheaper hotels around that are for half the cost.
Get yourself a better room with AC
Miro hotel management trying to justify their run down hotel.
Peeling walls, disgusting bathrooms and bed.
“Fixing ac” does not mean giving portable fans as replacement.
The room is not clean or comfortable. First hotel I’ve ever been where they would run out of daily necessities.
After giving us two separate rooms we realized it’s not safe for us to not stay together so we decided to go back to our original room together so stay as a family. This does not mean the problem was fixed. Dirty room and no AC giving us a portable fan does not justify the run down hotel and disgusting rooms
Your rooms are definitely not industry standard since every other hotel had working ac to cool us off.
1. We were given Room 102 on the ground floor, located at the far end of the hallway. Right in front of the room is a Chinese restaurant, and next door is a public restroom. People were constantly walking in and out, making a lot of noise.
2. The light switch for the room is outside the room. Yes, someone could literally turn off the lights from the outside while you’re inside.
3. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell—like sewage and mildew—coming from the bathroom sink. When we checked under the cabinet, we found mold likely caused by poor ventilation. There were no windows in the room, which made the air feel stale and damp.
4. Because the room had no windows, there was a ventilation fan, but it was very loud and disturbed our sleep.
5. The room was extremely dusty. Dust had collected in all the corners, triggering our allergies. It was far too dirty to be called a hotel room.
The only good thing about this place is the location—it’s close to many attractions.
In conclusion, this hotel might be okay for people who enjoy unusual or “thrilling” experiences, or those who are heavy sleepers and not sensitive to dust. But for us, we will never stay here again in this lifetime.🥲🥲🥲
The biggest deal breaker was the Chinese restaurant that is located in the basement. Through the AC system the heavy food smell stinks the corridors and the rooms. In my room the smell was very noticeable.
The room is incredibly basic and outdated. No working outlets(I had to unplug the fridge), no carpet or furniture other than a bed and a chair and no room cleaning service. You have to take your trash out yourself or take your towels to the reception if you need more towels. The room and the tub was dirty and the toilet paper was half way used.
The excellent location is not enough to justify the lack of quality at this price range.
We were able to find a room even when it was already past midnight. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. You can stay there comfortably.
