Good location to transport, plenty of eateries options, ample and clean room facilities, friendly customer service team. The hotel does not provide bottled water. Breakfast menu most dishes are repetitive, but sufficient

Kyobashi is a direct local train to Kansai airport - please remember to sit in the first 4 carriages to secure a seat for the ride. Breakfast is a slightly unusual Japanese-western fusion

🥞🍳🥓(Extra 1980yen for those staying at the hotel) Osaka castle 🏯in walkable distance, Osaka Umeda station in 10 min JR line ride, Shinsaibashi by Subway for 15 min, you really can't beat this location

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location good and easy to find. Place is clean. Hotel staff helpful. I’d recommend this place. Onsen was good.

Located right in the Kyobashi area which you have full access to JR line, Keihan line (goes to Kyoto) and Subway tsurumiryokuchi line (goes straight to Sinsaibashi), made getting around super easy

Room is a bit small. But location is good and provide car park. The hotel has free onsen. Very convenient.

Walking distance to JR osaka. Walk for about 8mins, there is a lift to bring you to basement which leads to osaka Station. Eateries just along the stretch opposite the hotel.

Hotel is clean and has a onsen that’s free to use. Situated in an area which many night life. May feel slightly unsafe for solo female. Otherwise it’s near to Osaka Umeda station.

No drinking fountain or water bottles were provided in the room. The downside of this hotel is the surrounding businesses. It's filled with night clubs and love hotels

Will be writing in singlish for fellow Singaporeans to understand and get me. Location was abit ulu and not much shade was provided during the long walk under the hot sun

You can see Osaka Port and the Ferris wheel, so the view is nice. Service: The staff attitude is great, and there are even Mandarin-speaking staff members

Our nightly stop: Lawson & family mart are within 3 mins walk, both with smoking areas and a 7/11 abit further (the viral berry smoothie is available there) Shower amenities (shampoo, conditioners, body gel) provided were great and lather well

Skincare sachets (face wash, toner, light moisturiser, make up cleansing oil) at the lobby was good quality, enjoyed the face wash (doesn’t ***** your face dry). There’s also cotton buds packet individually per bud

Didn’t use the toothbrushes as we got our own. Toilet paper was very thin, very normal in Japan. Toilet bowl was a teeny small, with smart bidet. Hot water and water pressure was very stable throughout our stay

There are 3 washers and 2 dryers available. Prepare some 100yen or change with the front desk. Laundry powder available for a small fee, iirc 30 yen. Dryers run in 10min intervals and they dry well

But after the full day out and about, honestly you’d just fall asleep anyways. Surprisingly the bed length was able to accommodate my 1. He’s just happy to not have his feet dangle in the air lol

We did our laundry very late at night twice, machines were available both times. Would suggest to bring a laundry bag along. Free coffee machine 24/7 in the lobby, while you wait for laundry

Cleaning happened automatically every 3 days, you can request it before 9am daily by putting a sign on the door. Only downside - which is maybe too much of a positive

The breakfast is incredibly delicious and offers a wide variety of options, so I always eat breakfast there when I stay there!

The hotel is perfectly located near the train and metro stations. Sights are within walking distance, as are restaurants with delicious menus. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay

It was great except that the room was a bit small. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. The breakfast was Japanese home-style and clean, which was nice. I would like to come back again on my next trip.

It was not a problem because we used them only to rest. Besides they had many useful features. Because of our tight schedule we managed to use onsen only once but it was very interesting experience

Supper is with the highest grade A5 Japanese black beef frosted meat I had a dinner course of lean meat, but the chef grilled it on the iron plate in front of me Compared to eating 3 kinds of meat, it was very delicious with soup, sashimi, assorted tempura, rice and dessert

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was small, as is common in Japan, but it had very large windows and a beautiful city view, which made it feel more spacious. Overall, the room was comfortable

Hotel has a good location, easy to access, only thing is that checkin need to be done exactly in the mentioned time, not 5 minutes before, so everyone is waiting and queuing.

The room was clean and tidy, on a high floor with a great night view. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and the hotel has an excellent location in Honmachi, Osaka.

Goooooooood! It's cheap and very clean, plus the location is super convenient. Shinsaibashi is just a ten-minute walk away, and there are lots of convenience stores nearby.

Very convenient location, only a short walk to Dotonbori. The room was comfortable and well-suited for a couple’s stay.

The staff are very friendly; they call a taxi for us and bring me an umbrella on rainy days.

room was very small, so luggage with 28inch could not be freely open…the good thing is they provide beverages and room for eat at the first floor and we can freely drink any coffee, tea, soda, calpis,etc

The room was incredibly small with very few amenities. It's within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Namba, but getting to Universal Studios requires three transfers

Oh, and the hotel itself is in a good location, and it was comfortable and nice, but I am very grateful to the wonderful front desk staff

The hotel is great, very close to the subway station, and the room is very clean! The hotel facilities are also complete. Toiletries need to be picked up next to the front desk, but it's comprehensive and convenient

The room also has no air condition. If you need good air ventilation, you need to leave windows open which can be very noisy as the hotel is right beside a main street, many emergency cars passby

Overall, the service and location were excellent. Very friendly staff and the hotel is close to many places of interest by public transport or within walking distances. Good access to public transport

The only minor thing was probably waiting for the lifts mainly in the mornings, as there are only two small ones. But overall very happy with the service and location

Feels like a higher scale hotel. Yes it is a love Hotel but it is likely cheaper and better than actual hotels in the area. Our airbnb 30 mins away costs the same for the overnight and we wish we just stayed here

This hotel is so cool! Rooms are large, bed is comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. My husband and I were shocked at how cool this place was

Location is great for downtown fun. Free drinks and snacks with accomodation. They didn't seem to care that we were getting drinks and food even after checking out. Place is not seedy/sketchy/dodgy at all

In this hotel, you can be taken care from top to tail! Free drinks, snacks and several dozens kinds of spa salts, soaps and skin care products. You must enjoy the spa in your room

So, you have to check it at the front desk before leaving and receive a plastic card (just like a regular hotel room key). When you come back, you do this process in reverse

Much credit has to be given to the staff and management, as they accomodated us after a difficult night in a smoking room. My pregnant wife was thrilled after we were upgraded to a non-smoking room, free of charge

The hotel is also directly below the flight path of Itami Airport, so the noise from airplanes is quite loud outside of curfew hours

The free-flowing coffee and soup were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious too. It's a bit noisy every time a train passes, but that's to be expected given the location. The amenities provided were also very helpful!

This is my second time staying here. It's very convenient as it's close to both Shin-Osaka Station and Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station. The price is reasonable and I'm happy that breakfast is included

The free soup provided to guests was not in the pot, so I couldn't drink it. I appreciated the welcome drink

The location is quite close to the Shin Osaka Station. Just going stright from central gate near Starbuck. They provide breakfast and you shall get it early. 24hrs coffee machine free for you.

The hotel is located near Shin-Osaka Station, about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel facilities look quite old, but are well-maintained (except for the slightly dirty air conditioning)

This place was perfect! Centrally located to see the town, quite literally right outside of a train station entrance. Small(ish) rooms but clean, quiet, inviting beds (for Asia) and well-priced

The front desk is super friendly and helpful and we get to check in slightly earlier. Stay was very pleasant and location was good. I dint get to enjoy their complimentary coffee tho.

The shower/tub room had a full length tub and the rest of this room was for showering, complete with stainless steel door, the room was large enough for 2 doubles and a couch inbetween, plus free water in mini fridge

Close to the subway, but no escalator to and from subway to ground level, will be difficult when you carry tge luggage. Also, it is very close to the fish market, this is a plus.

Perhaps because there are many Korean guests, the kimchi at breakfast was surprisingly delicious! Onsen (Hot Spring): There's no open-air bath, and the indoor communal bath wasn't as spacious as others we've visited in Kumamoto or Kanazawa

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. They offer late-night snacks and even complimentary ice cream after using the hot spring facilities. The amenities are fantastic, making it perfect for families with children

Accommodation: The room size was decent, with enough space to open large suitcases. The room had a window, and the soundproofing was acceptable. Transportation: Transportation was incredibly convenient

This hotel seems to be famous locally for hosting weddings. On the day we checked in, we saw a newlywed couple, and there were many commemorative plaques around, showcasing past ceremonies held here

It's especially perfect for those who want convenient dining and shopping, and who prioritize good transportation! First off, the location is absolutely incredible! It's only a 5-10 minute walk from JR Osaka Station, and even closer to Nishiumeda Subway Station

Downstairs, there are convenience stores, plenty of izakayas, and restaurants, so after a long day of exploring, you don't have to go far to find food – a lazy person's dream! The hotel's style is quite unique, with an European retro vibe

The major plus is how incredibly clean they are; the bed was neatly made every day when I returned. Toiletries and free Wi-Fi are all provided, and the bedding is super soft – so comfortable to lie on after a tiring day

The hotel location is great as it is close to Sakaisuji Line but i cant believe that the hotel doesnt include room cleaning service and has to pay extra for it.

Perfect hotel and stay in Osaka! The location was so convenient as it was connected to Namba station and restaurants and shopping was steps away. Room was also impeccably clean and beds were super comfortable

The hotel is brand new overall! The service is also excellent! The bedding is comfortable, and both the bath and shower are great (though the automatic toilet is hard to love, haha)

There's a convenience store right downstairs! Across the street is either Daimaru or OIOI (I can't quite remember). It's super convenient to get to Shinsaibashi

The room size is pretty good for a Japanese city hotel. The service was excellent, and they even had staff who spoke Chinese, so communication was a breeze

A decent city hotel located near to Honmachi stn. It's easy to confuse with Honmachi Eki-Mae 「Tower」, which is more taller and more popular to foreigners

Small clean rooms great if you don't plan being in them long

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; there are two subway stations nearby, but you have to walk to the farther one to get to the Umeda shopping district

During my stay, I inquired about medical treatment. She patiently asked for details, helped me find and contact the hospital, and even took care of follow-up afterwards

Overall Hotel: A Marriott brand, it's youthful and stylish, with a retro, industrial-industrial décor, typical of domestic hotels, rather than the more traditional Japanese style

This hotel is very close to the station and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so I was very satisfied with the facilities. I would like to use it again.

Transportation: One subway stop from Sakaisuji-bashi and two from Umeda. Take the Sakaisuji Line to Sakaisuji-Honmachi, which is closer than the Midosuji Line's Honmachi Station

We stayed for 3D2N, it was undoubtedly pleasant stay, with the unlimited refill of ramen as midnight snacks, and the superb breakfast to start my day, will definitely come back Osaka again for the stay
