Only stayed one night and honestly regretted not booking more! This is a traditional ryokan literally across the street from Dotonbori—the location doesn't get better than that. Stayed here for a couple of nights and really loved my traditional Japanese style room. The service was super sweet, the location amazing and the rooms were nice and clean with fresh water and towels every day.

Booked this hotel for 10 nights and it was my first time experiencing a Ryokan. The location was superb and room was pretty big too.

I booked a non-smoking room on Ctrip. When I got to the room, I saw an ashtray and matches. I went to the front desk to find them. Before I could finish my words, they said: "It's a non-smoking room, right? Sorry, blah blah." Their attitude was very good. They changed it immediately. It was just strange. Did they deliberately arrange a smoking room first?

It was cheap even though it was in Umeda.

Although I made a reservation on the same day, they handled it smoothly and provided great support!! I was tired, so I was able to extend my check-out time by paying the extra fee, and I was able to stay comfortably. It was good that there was a convenience store nearby.

It was for business use. There was nothing particularly dissatisfying.

The walls are thin and I can hear snoring from the room next door, but I only used it to drink and sleep at Tenma, so I think it's a good idea to consider the convenient location.

Very close to Nankai Electric Railway, and it's also convenient for shopping in Shinsaibashi. The front desk offers luggage storage. Although it's a capsule hotel and you can inevitably hear other guests, most people are very considerate, and the private lockers add a good sense of privacy.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and I genuinely felt well looked after. However, for those who enjoy early morning solo walks, it might be a bit inconvenient, as you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you step out.

The room is very spacious and can accommodate many people. It has a traditional style.

Overall, the property feels quite dated, understandable as it's been open for a considerable time. The door lock also felt a bit insecure. On the plus side, the room was more spacious than I expected. The onsen bath was also quite small. However, the tatami bedding was surprisingly comfortable.

Convenient location near the subway, JR, and Kannai stations. There's an onsen, and the common room has a kitchen. Very convenient, close to Donki.

Good location and value for the money. Nice common area on the ground floor. The room itself is clean, but some of the common areas are not so much (such as the mens bathroom).

This Hotel may look dodgy from the outside but it’s actually a very nice place to stay in Osaka, it’s very well located. It’s safe. And most importantly has a free Sauna, Public Bath that’s free to use for all the guests.

It's great to have a single room for 100 RMB a day. It's suitable for people who travel on a budget. There is a shared kitchen and restaurant downstairs where you can cook your own meals. The bathroom and shower room are shared. The atmosphere is pretty good. Many American soldiers stay here for a short vacation.

I often stay at this hotel when I go to Osaka. The price is reasonable, but the rooms are nice. Next time I go to Osaka, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is excellent and it is very convenient to travel. It is just too old, otherwise the price/performance ratio is better. Fortunately, it will be renovated in October this year. Shin-Imamiya, Tennoji subway station and Nankai Electric Railway, JR station are nearby, and there is also a cheap Tamade supermarket and Tobita Shinchi.

This hotel has seen better days. It is pretty worn now. Still, all you might need is here: AC, equipped kitchen, sento bath and sauna, fresh towels and gown, luggage storage, quite friendly staff. It was quiet at night, we slept well. Showers are on the ground floor. There's microwave on every floor. Can't really ask for more for this price! Location is great actually. Complete facilities, high cost performance

This is my first time staying at a ryokan but it did not disappoint. I was hesitant to sleep on the floor but it was the equivalent to sleeping on a very firm mattress. The breakfast was hearty and sustained me until I had a late lunch. I would stay here again.

Very good. This is my first time staying in such a traditional Japanese inn. Everything is OK. The facilities are complete. It is only a few stops away from the bustling central area. I just don't know if the TV in the room is set to turn on automatically at a certain time. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the TV suddenly turned on by itself and played the news...

Very good. The boss is very enthusiastic and will communicate with you using a translator. The location seems remote but it's actually okay. It's not far from the main attractions. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

The hotel seems far from downtown Osaka, but it is very convenient to get there by subway or bus. It is more like a small suite than a single room, and it also comes with a small stove. There are many highly rated ramen shops and coffee shops around the hotel.

I stayed for a total of 2 nights. The tatami-style private room was clean and provided with disposable items and necessities. It was convenient to have a personal washbasin, and the owner kindly explained things I didn't know through a translator. I had breakfast as an extra, and it was very tasty. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. It was the best choice for my first stay.

This is my second time staying here. I love the location and even though it is surrounded by clubs around, it was still a pleasant stay. The service is excellent, they were so nice and warm and I loved the onsen, thank you!

The place is clean and comfortable, the room has enough space, and it's convenient for shopping. The shower area is also very clean, there are bathrobes, and the room even has an air purifier. In the morning, staff will be waiting at the door promptly to clean the room, very punctual.

Location is ideal! Has lockers and baggage storage. Staff is helpful. However, this is beside a train line so could be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

Hotel was functional, serves everything you need for a place to sleep and place your belongings. Like most people in japan, working with a translator would be the way to go if you don’t know a word of japanese.

Staff are good and nice. It's ok for this price as they provided. But, that was too bad that the TV HDMI could be used as this price without providing any entertainment apps via the TV and it would be better to let the guests to have their own way. Just bought a TV stick from bic camera, however couldn't use it
