The hotel isn't right in the heart of Umeda, but on the upside, it's much quieter. It's about a 10-minute walk to Hankyu and a 15-minute walk to Hanshin, which is totally acceptable. It's close to Tenma Station, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel. The Tenma Station shopping street is the longest in Japan and has many unique shops, making it a fun place to visit any time of the day. Personally, I prefer walking around Dotonbori or Tsutenkaku.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and it's still a triple room. The space is decent, and the location is convenient. My only suggestion for improvement is that the sofa in the triple room might be old, as it has a peculiar smell.

Very small twin rooms here which means you cannot fit two suitcases open in the room. The bathroom is ridiculously small. Charge for luggage if left for a couple of hours after check out.

The room has all the amenities you could imagine: disposable and non-disposable slippers, kimono pajamas, razors, cotton swabs, a comb, and everything you could imagine. We stayed two nights at this hotel near Namba Dotonbori. It was wonderful to relax in a warm hot spring bath after a long day of exploring. The most important thing to note is that you can hear the train tracks nearby from the hotel. The soundproofing for conversations in the hallway or noisy children is also not great, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider. Breakfast maintains a high standard, with both the seafood rice and okonomiyaki being delicious. They even add oranges to the hot spring in the morning.
