Kanto region, Yokohama, 280-2, Yamashita-cho, Naka-ku 🧭 Map
It's such a beautiful and lovely hotel 🌺. This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far. The value for money at this hotel is incredible ❣️. Why do I say that? Because of its excellent service, cleanliness, and proximity to the station. It's especially convenient for getting to Chinatown, Motomachi, and other areas. It's also very quiet at night, and the surroundings are beautiful 😋. Since it's an American...
I initially wanted to stay in Minatomirai, but really didn't want an old room, so I chose the Hyatt – and I'm so glad I did! The service was super nice, as expected from Japanese hospitality. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the airport shuttle stop at Yamashita Park is also nearby. It's really convenient for visiting attractions like Chinatown, Yamashita Park, Red Brick...
The hotel's location is great, very close to the port and Chinatown. The staff are polite and enthusiastic, the room facilities are complete, and the breakfast is also good.
The hotel service was excellent, and the location is great. However, parking in the underground garage for a rental car costs 2000 per day.
The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's a mere 5-minute walk from the MM line subway station, and after crossing just two streets, you're in Chinatown. The waterfront is also only a 5-minute stroll away. The room, though under 30 square meters, is considered spacious for Japan, and the bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. My room service calls were answered within minutes each time...
The hotel was excellent! We didn't have breakfast, but the environment was great and the price was quite reasonable. The best part was that the beds could be put together. It was truly wonderful. My child loved it...

We had a delightful stay at the Palace Hotel. The room is spotless and amenities are ample and good quality. We didnt dine at the hotel as we like to go to exploring and there are ample good quality restaurants closeby.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The prices are usually very reasonable too. I really enjoyed the room with a terrace – the view was incredible as there was nothing obstructing it.
Easily my favourite hotel in Tokyo and in my top 3 globally! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the breakfast is industry-standard setting in a continent that cares a great deal about breakfast!
Very disappointing Spa facilities for ladies. Only a warm (38 °C) marble sauna. The male facilities have a proper dry sauna and jacuzzi.
Also, while visiting the Chinese restaurant, we ordered their 1/4 duck, but the rolls were only made with the Duck skin. We were told they dispose of the Duck meat. Crazy! After querying, they brought us another 1/4 duck with skin and meat, but we were charged for...
Excellent location. Impeccable services. Room with balcony is to die for in Tokyo
This hotel is an above average 5 star hotel in experience, facilities and most of all its people.
Large hotel with large tasteful spaces and direct link to the Tokyo rail network by escalator within the hotel.
Directly across the road from the Imperial Palace and a short reasonable walk to Tokyo station and Daimaru shopping centre.
Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet.

Kanto region, Tokyo, 2-20-15, Kabuki-cho Shinjuku-ku 🧭 Map
The hotel is spotless, the customer service is excellent, and it’s definitely worth recommending for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
I've forgotten the exact location, but I think it was about a 10-minute walk to the subway station and 10-20 minutes to Shinjuku's shopping area. However, it was pretty good value for money if you stay on a weekday.
This was my second time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and the fully self-service, contactless check-in using my passport at the machine was incredibly convenient.

Overall, this is probably the best value-for-money hotel in the Shinjuku Kabukicho area. I stayed here six years ago and I'm back again! The room size and cleanliness are pretty standard, similar to other budget hotels. The main thing is that for this price, breakfast is included, and there's a good variety of options with decent taste. It's much better than having to buy rice balls every morning myself
The room itself was pretty standard, typical business hotel style. The surrounding area is quite noisy, but that's to be expected since it's in Kabukicho. I felt a bit uneasy walking around at night due to safety concerns, but thankfully, I only stayed one night, so it was manageable!
The hotel location is good, very close to Shinjuku, but the room is really tiny. We couldn't even open two suitcases. Even though it's small, it has everything you need. The price was quite high, so the value for money is just okay.
The lector. Is okay. I found the 10am check out unreasonable and the guy held open my room door waiting for me to leave. Rude
Tokyo is mega, though

Right at the T3 departure level, which is super convenient. The room was spacious, and since I booked a premium floor, I even got a glimpse of Mount Fuji from afar, plus complimentary soft drinks. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but what they offered was very high quality.
Clean hotel conveniently located right at haneda airport terminal 3! Rooms were a bit outdated but still maintained cleanly. Would love if more stuff like face wash etc were provided for convenience.
Very convenient hotel just inside the Terminal 3. Walk less than 100m to check in for flight. Walk about 400m to train or bus station.
But not convenient if have car bcos cannot drive to entrance or hotel lobby. Need to drop luggage at terminal 3 entrance or terminal 3 car park and walk to hotel.
Convenient location inside terminal 3, direct access to check-in area
Great location and room is a quite clean. Just take around 5 minutes to convenience store(LAWSON) and which store is 24 hours opening.
Perfectly functional Check-in and check-out by kiosk

Excellent location, right by the JR station with several shopping malls, FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and a pedestrian street nearby. It's also very close to the Keikyu Line subway. Travel to Kamakura takes only half an hour by JR, and Shibuya is 40 minutes away. Great value for money, highly recommend! 👍
Clean and quite and nice environment
The room was very clean and larger than other hotels nearby. The bathroom was also spacious. It's super close to the train station and a shopping mall, which is incredibly convenient. They clean the room daily. Highly recommend!
Close to train station. Friendly and helpful front staff. High quality breakfast.
This hotel is a 15-minute walk from Keikyu Airport Line (when heading to the airport) and a 5-minute walk from the subway station (which goes to central Tokyo). If you're going to Tokyo, you can use the connecting walkway directly from the second floor without going outside. Good budget hotel. I only stayed here for one night, but it was perfect for what I needed. I specifically chose this hotel because of its convenient access to the Asakusa Line to Haneda Airport, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room and bed were small, but the bed was very comfortable. The bedroom wall had some scuff marks but the bed and bathroom was clean. Would recommend staying.
Very quiet hotel in Nihonbashi, next to the Asakusa Line and slightly off from Chuo JR and the Shinjuku Line. The hotel is clean and very quiet and imho it's a great choice if you know how to move around Tokyo. If you don't, it's maybe a bit inconvenient.
First of all, this hotel doesn't even have a laundry in the building. You have to go outaide of the hotel and find a coin laundry store, which is so inconvenient.
Secondly, the rooms are dirty. The walls are dirty, the shower curtain is dirty and stinks. The bedsheets aren't fresh smelling, and you can't even control the temp in this room.
The only thing is that this location is very convenient and...

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is great. It's super convenient, less than 10 meters from the subway exit. They have everything you could possibly need, so you don't have to bring a thing. I had a wonderful stay!
The room was okay, but the space around the bed was too cramped, with no separation in the middle, making it feel a bit tight. As for cleanliness, there were fruit pits left by the previous guest right where the slippers are kept, which really grossed me out. I hope they can be more thorough with their checks. Thanks!
Location: Excellent! It's right by one of the Hanzomon Line's termini, Exit 5, just 20 meters from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, it's great to have the subway drop you directly at the entrance. Plus, it's super convenient for getting anywhere.

Nice clean & comfortable room.
Hotel is conveniently located just outside the Hanzomon station.
Excellent for runners that like to jog around the Imperial palace in a 5km loop
Excellent service; was Greeted with warm welcome bottled drinks
Hotel is the best location to travel by subway. Just opposite the gate Honzomon station no5 🥰😘😍

The hotel is large! I remembered having to walk about 5 mins after parking all the back at the back of the carpark. There's so many good things about the hotel. I will just highlight 3 things. Firstly the variety of the food at the buffet restaurant was awesome and so tasty. Secondly the facilities were amazing - indoor heated pool, games room, a shop that sells local produce, launderette etc. Thirdly...
The observatory was a bit disappointing. It was just a rooftop. The chapel building was pretty. There were too many people. Overall, it was okay.
I wish I could see the mountain behind me.
I took my elderly mother with me, and we were able to see the beautiful autumn leaves, the open-air bath was very comfortable, and the food was a buffet so we could eat as much as we wanted of what we liked, so everyone had a great time without any stress.
The environment is excellent, the service is great, and there are many activities to participate in at the hotel. Highly recommended!
I've been here many times. The food is really delicious. I'll be back next time I'm in Nasu!
My kids loved the pool. It gets crowded during meal times, so it's best to plan ahead. It was convenient to be able to use the room card to shop within the hotel. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, so I think it was good.

The staff services were excellent and attentive tor each request. The location was convenient to the city centre. The breakfast was also nice with variety of choices. High recommended! 👍👍
The environment is great, and the transportation is very convenient since the subway station is right outside. The front desk lady also has a wonderful service attitude!
This hotel in Tokyo's Roppongi district offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The subway station is right outside the door, and Tokyo Tower is just a short walk away. Omotesando shopping street is also easily accessible. The room size is quite generous by Japanese standards, and overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
Fantastic hotel with train underneath, restaurants & convenience stores 7-11 & family mart close. Within 15 minutes walk in a beautiful neighbourhood is Tokyo Tower. Loved it would stay there again
This is my second time in Tokyo, and I chose to stay at this hotel again. The newly renovated rooms are so much more comfortable than the older ones I stayed in before. It's really convenient to get to all the city's attractions, but getting to and from the airport isn't quite as easy.

It was pretty good. Very close to Tokyo Tower. Self check-in and check-out were convenient, and there were staff available to assist. The only downside was that the room was quite small, but other than that, everything was fine. There's a convenience store right next door, and you can also store your luggage there.
This hotel offers a seamless self check-in experience. Its location is excellent, very close to Shiba Park, with a FamilyMart right downstairs and a subway station nearby.
The room was quite small, and they didn't provide complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping only came every three days, and the breakfast was just okay – pretty standard stuff. On the plus side, the Tokyo Tower is nearby, and the location is quite central.
We booked 6nights there. Personally, I think the locations are suitable for someone who preferred quiet sleeping area and accessible to the trains. If you gonna ride yamanote line to Shinjuku or Shibuya, it will take around 10minutes walk to the station ( 1km ) but if you take the subway, there are 2 stations nearby which are so accessible to many tourist attractions like Ginza, Asakusa. A good chain hotel, no complaints. The room is cleaned daily, and the Japanese-European breakfast is decent. Convenient check-in with the self-checkin machine. Great location near subway and JR stations. You can also go straight to Akihabara for a stroll.
There are two stations nearby, making it easy to get around. This is definitely my go-to hotel from now on.
The hotel is very clean and suitable for single travelers. It has a convenient location with a convenience store nearby. The hotel offers free breakfast; the selection isn't extensive, but the taste is acceptable.

I love this hotel because it's aesthetic look
The room decor is a bit old-fashioned, unlike the modern express hotels in China. In the lobby, you can use your passport to get a room card directly. There are three machines, and you can select Chinese as the language. Some staff members also speak Chinese.
I booked this hotel because I didn't want to wait an hour for the Mystays shuttle at the airport. Check-in and check-out are done via self-service machines, and check-in is strictly at 3 PM. However, the front desk can store your luggage, and you can take a free shuttle to Narita City or Aeon Mall.
The room facilities are quite old. Compared to the Mystays across the street, it's tens of dollars cheaper...

There's a convenience store right opposite the hotel, which was super handy. Since I was staying in Omiya, I also popped over to Kasukabe to see the Crayon Shin-chan exhibits. The station is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Luggage lockers at Omiya station are 800 yen each, or you can leave your bags at the hotel, though that means a bit of a trek back and forth.

Room is adequately big enough for our family of 3. Located near to subway stations and shopping cum restaurants.
First time we stayed in this hotel and explored the location which is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. We like the area and the hotel room is decent. It will be great if the hotel has onsen facilities.

A truly excellent experience. From the guest rooms to the lobby, all the services made guests feel right at home. The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and comfortably warm. I will definitely be coming back.
The room facilities were all great, and the outdoor courtyard even had a beautiful evening performance. However, there were only two restaurants available without a reservation, and the à la carte options were limited and a bit pricey. Since we had an early morning flight on our second day, only one restaurant was open for breakfast, and the selection was quite limited.
Staying at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, which blends a century-old Japanese garden with lavish decor, was an experience of a unique 'urban oasis' environment, exceptional service, and rich culture. The garden views are stunning, with mist released at various times, creating a dreamlike 'sea of clouds' effect. The rooms are spacious, combining European classical style with subtle Japanese aesthetic details...
The most undervalued 5 star hotel in Tokyo. It has everything youd expect from a 5 star and service is impeccable
The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Japanese-style garden, which was very picturesque and not too crowded. The environment was excellent. Getting to Shinjuku by bus was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only minor downsides were that it's a bit of a walk to the subway, about ten minutes, and there's an uphill slope. The hotel was great! It's close to the subway, and the cleanliness was excellent. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Japan 😂. Being able to open two suitcases was a plus, and the laundry facilities were convenient and affordable.
The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located for getting around. The bathhouse downstairs is great and definitely recommended. They even gave us two drink tokens at check-in, which we could use for free drinks from the vending machine.

Right at the Roppongi subway exit, which is super convenient. I usually choose Fresa Inn when I go to Japan because of their great locations. My husband and I were very happy with the room layout and the overall service. We even received pastries and small gifts for our New Year's Day check-in. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Tokyo.
I come to Tokyo several times a year, staying a fortnight or more each time. This time I spent seven nights at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu.
The room faced Hie Shrine. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows I could see the shrine's copper roof and half of Tokyo's skyline. The décor was modern without excess; the layout flowed easily, Bose speakers hidden in the walls, another set in the bathroom ceiling...
