I have read many amazing things about this hotel, but honestly, it fell a bit short of my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel is not good for the price point- we had to wipe down the drawers and closets because they were so dusty. There was a small dust bunny in the shower. Otherwise, the room & view was nice and service was great...
A stay at The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel is an exercise in elevated luxury, offering a sophisticated sanctuary high above the bustling streets of Tokyo. From the seamless service to the thoughtfully designed spaces, it stands out as a premier choice for travelers seeking both comfort and style.

Excellent location, great views. Underwhelming breakfast. Some annoying room features. Reception is on 36F.
👍The Good:
- Location is near two metro stations and close by several attractions.
- Concierge is great. Definitely leverage their help for reservations.
- The view is wonderful. Watch the sunrise or sunset over Tokyo.
- Rooms have modern features to control everything. Bathtub is huge and comfortable...
I had a wonderful stay here, and it was a big highlight of my trip to Tokyo. The location is great and near many train lines, allowing you to go to many places around the city. The staff were wonderful, allowing me to check in early and check out late. I loved the truffle scrambled eggs in the Oasis Garden breakfast buffet and having a cocktail admiring the view of Tokyo Tower at Sky Gallery Lounge...
We had an amazing stay! Our room was huge, quiet, and airy, and the staff made us feel right at home. Dinner at the hibachi was a total show, flavorful food and chef skills that wowed us. Later, the bar blew us away with some of the freshest, most creative drinks ever, made with house-made garnishes and fresh juices.
Only tiny hiccup: the elevators were a bit confusing at first, but we got the hang...
Great place to stay at, just it’s a bit difficult sometimes for taxi drivers to locate the entrance.

A beautiful hotel with amazing classic feel. The interior felt very posh and comfy. Had some tea with my friend and was surprised with their lovely ambience.
Checked in around 2 PM on arrival day, but didn't get my room key until past 4 PM! On check-out day, after lunch, I went to retrieve my luggage after 12 PM, only to find my room key didn't work. The floor attendant spent ages on the phone but couldn't help me open the door. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk and deal with that hassle for quite a while. Such a frustrating experience
Good location and services, highly recommended this hotel!
This is a very good hotel in the center of Tokyo, close to Shinbashi Station and the Shinbashi entertainment area. The hotel has full service and at a reasonable cost. This is my third year in a row staying there and I will be back next year too. The hotel team are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great location, directly connected to Shimbashi Station via an underground passage. The facilities are excellent, and the service quality is superb. The room was also very clean. I really liked it. It feels like it was once a truly top-notch hotel.
This hotel is super conveniently located between Shimbashi and Yurakucho, with tons of food options nearby. Ginza is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right across the street. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku's central business district, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and those looking to explore and shop. The environment is beautiful and overall very comfortable.
The hotel is quite new, though the rooms are a bit small. There's a convenience store on the basement level, which is super handy, and another one right next to the hotel. A bus stop is also just a short walk away, which is very convenient.
Facilities: Excellent
Hygiene: Clean and tidy
Environment: Convenient
Service: Responsive to all requests
The room was clean and tidy. While it was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.
Great area to stay in, the business district is quiet and not terribly busy. Great to decompress at the end of the day away from the busy hubs. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for two. The 7/11 in the basement is wildly convenient. Would stay again.

I stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Higashi Shinjuku Station for my New Year trip to Tokyo. First, the good points: The location is great, very close to the subway, and there are Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants.
Now, for the downsides: 1. I found a dirty towel in the bathroom (see picture 2), so the hygiene is a bit questionable. 2. The staff had me check...
Front desk is very helpful and kind for luggage storage.
Room is clean and tidy.
Very close to the subway, and the airport limousine bus to Shinjuku Kabukicho is also quite convenient. However, Tokyo's prices are really high, so for this price, you can't expect a room with great amenities.
The room size was just right, and it was very clean. The location is super convenient! I'll definitely choose this place again next time! There are also many self-service stores on the first floor, and plenty of convenience stores just a few steps downstairs – it's fantastic!
Gem hotel near Shinjuku!
Just 20 steps away from Metro which is the best for tiring after the long days roaming around.
A bit small space if you have 32” luggages (two) and two more 20” luggages like us but still manageable.
Staffs are helpful, speak English and well organized on the luggage storage.
I would come back and stay here again next trip in Tokyo.
This is my second time booking with this hotel company and so far my experiences have been great. Affordable hotel, conveniently located near the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great. Pretty good. Breakfast was also decent. It's also quite convenient, about a 7-minute walk to the metro station.
There's often a long wait for the washing machines, and the management isn't very effective. Sometimes, clothes are left in the machines long after they're done, and when I asked the staff for help, they seemed quite reluctant.
It was a really nice experience to stay in this hotel! I’m so grateful to find it before new year! I really had an amazing time here!! Really I highly recommend! I will back here all the time when I back to Tokyo!
Very good faciites🫶 delicious breakfast 🫶 little far subway station
Location wise can be abit far from station (12 minute walk), nearest is the Tozai Line. May be a hassle to get to intended attractions because a lot of train switching needed.
Room is clean and bed to nice to sleep on, staff is friendly and helpful speaking fluent English.
They offer a free simple breakfast as well if that's useful.
Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean. Toyoko Inn has been a well-established brand for many years, always located conveniently in the city center, not far from various attractions. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and they even offer free breakfast in the morning. Absolutely great value for money!

Hotel located in shopping and dining area in Asakusa. You can easily walk to Donkie and Asakusa jinja. 👍👍👍👍
The hotel is great, just a bit small. There are plenty of restaurants around, and lots of shopping and drugstores. It's bustling with people. I'll definitely stay here again next time. They also have self-service coffee.
There are two Richmond hotels in Asakusa, and we stayed at Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International, so it’s important not to mix them up.
The hotel charges a local accommodation tax.
Guests are provided with welcome drinks as well as light snacks, which was a nice touch.

The location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Senso-ji Temple and the surrounding commercial areas. As expected for hotels in central Japanese cities, the rooms are on the smaller side, so families should be prepared for that. If I visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel.
The hotel's location is undoubtedly excellent, very convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Senso-ji Temple. Downstairs, there are restaurants and a Uniqlo, which is very handy. Our room was impeccably cleaned, with no unpleasant odors, making our stay very reassuring. The front desk team was professional and responsive, ensuring a great check-in experience.
room size considering big in Japan. Able to see Fiji mountain when weather is good. I like their convenient location. Direct transportation to both airports in Tokyo.
Breakfast is super ! Definitely will go back to this hotel again.
The location is good but the room was dusty. The staff were also helpful but the amenities were limited than advertised.
Great stay at this hotel. It was actually much better than we expected based on the photos and reviews. We loved the cleanliness, convenient location, and the fact that there was enough space for three people. We would definitely stay here again.

Super hotel. Very nice club lounge. Nice cocktails and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. Great views on higher floors. Superb breakfast buffet with international specialties. Helpful staff. Walkable from Metro and train station, but shuttle available.
I've stayed here a few times and also visited others staying here, so I've been quite familiar with the property over the years. The only disappointment was that there was no lounge on the upper floors.
The hotel room is relatively large, the breakfast is very good, the location is also good, there is a shuttle bus to Shinagawa Station
Breakfast: The salad was fresh and the rice was delicious and satisfying.
The hotel facilities are good, and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to Shinagawa Subway Station, which is very convenient. There are not many commercial shopping nearby. I like their hotel, top notch, will definitely come again wehn I get the chance.
Centrally located in Roppongi, with a high-end Midtown shopping mall right downstairs. This area sees fewer tourists compared to Ginza and is popular among local affluent residents, with a well-developed dining scene. The hotel itself features classic and traditional decor.
perfect location, wonderful service, but the hotel is getting a bit old now… could use a renovation.

I thought booking a hotel in Tokyo right after cherry blossom season would be easy, but turns out there were two concerts at the Tokyo Dome that weekend! Panicked, I booked this place, and it was surprisingly good. First off, if you find the right exit, it's genuinely only 200 meters from the subway station. Plus, there are so many cute cafes and restaurants around the hotel!
Great location, right next to Tsukiji Market, just a 10-minute walk away. It's also very close to the subway, making it convenient to get to Ginza. The staff were all very friendly. The only minor issue was that the bed was a bit firm.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Ginza-Itochime station on the yellow line and Tsukiji Market. If you enjoy city running, the back of the hotel is a great place to do it.

The biggest plus for this hotel is its excellent location and reasonable price. It's close to a subway station, and there are various supermarkets downstairs with plenty of dining options. The location is quite far from tokyo centre. So you might need to travel quite far using the metro. The closest metro station is toyosu station which one of the exit heading to the hotel is around a 10min walk. There's a 7/11 next to the hotel. AEON mall infront of the hotel. The room is okay. It's quite small like the rest of tokyo room but it is clean and facilities are brand new. Next to hotel there...

We mainly took Uber around which is still quite convenient. There is AEON across the road and 7/11 just downstairs. If you walk further down about 7-8 minutes from AEON there...
Hotel MONday toyosu location is a bit far from Haneda airport and around 15 minutes walk from Toyosu station , the shuttle bua to station only available in morning and return on afternoon.
Very clean and spotless also looks like new room. Other than location, everything is fantastic.
7 eleven only next door and there is 24 hour supermarket just accross atreet from Hotel.
The team at reception is very...
