Narita Tobu Hotel Airport, Narita1 / 25
8.4
Kanto region, Narita, 320-1 Tokko 🧭 Map
Extremely close to the airport, with a shuttle service available, or you can even walk there. Highly recommended.
The hotel staff were all very nice and had excellent customer service! The hotel was clean, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast area had a beautiful view from the window. A few days ago, I accidentally left my earphones at the hotel when I left. The hotel staff even asked the shuttle bus driver to bring them to the airport for me, but because I waited in the wrong place, I couldn't retrieve them. In...
Nice airport hotel. Room is spacious for open luggage. Morning transfer is on time and will have extra bus is there are too many people. No need to reserve the morning transfer
About a 7-8 minute walk from T3, very convenient. Walked both ways, didn't take the shuttle. Unexpectedly, this hotel was the largest one during my entire Tokyo trip. There's a convenience store inside the hotel where you can buy some snacks.
Clean and big room but no complimentary bottle water. There is a ice dispenser on my level and took the ice to melt as drinking water. The nearest convenient store is about 8 minutes walk to another hotel.
It's a pretty standard hotel. The room was a decent size, but both breakfast and dinner were quite ordinary. There aren't any restaurants nearby. Dinner, at 6000 yen (with a 10% discount for guests), was very poor value for money, mainly because there were only a few dishes and some cakes – just enough to fill your stomach.

Kanto region, Tokyo, 1-6-2 Osaki, Shinagawa-ku 🧭 Map
The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The breakfast was a rich spread of both American and Japanese options. The location is super convenient; you can access Osaki Station directly from the lobby via a connecting walkway. Right outside the hotel, there's a Lawson, Burger King, a NewCity supermarket, and various dining spots. It's perfect for getting to Kamakura, Shibuya, and Ginza easily.
Stayed here again. It's an older hotel, decent and reliable, with breakfast included. There's a direct connection to the subway station right outside, which is super convenient. And the cleanliness is, as always with Japanese hotels, impeccable.
The room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom was a bit compact. The location is super convenient, right above Osaki Station. Breakfast was also quite good.
Stayed: 3–5 January 2026 The room was clean and comfortable for three persons. The hotel enjoys an excellent location next to Osaki Station, with direct access to Life Supermarket, a drugstore, Daiso, and various eateries, making it very convenient for travellers. Breakfast was good overall. There was a moment of slight confusion when I was politely reminded regarding mobile phone use while speaking...
The hotel is practically right next to JR Osaki Station's exhibition hall, just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can directly reach Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Akihabara. I checked in on December 30th, right during the Japanese New Year holiday, so the room rate was exceptionally high, nearly 2000. I saw the weekday prices, and they offer great value for money....
Located just outside Osaki station with a few train lines, the primaryYamanote line serves most tourist well as it plies key tourist locations such as shibuya and shinjuku. Lawsons is about 50 steps away from the hotel entrance. There's also a mall, New Ohsaki city, there's supermarket and many food options across different price range.

Kanto region, Tokyo, Nihonbashi Hongokucho 4-4-1, Tyuo, 103-0021 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Tokyo Station, Kanda Station, Mitsukoshi, and Nihonbashi. The front desk service was great, and the luggage storage was very convenient – we could store our bags before check-in and after check-out, which made our travels much easier. There's also a convenience store right across the street, perfect for grabbing water and snacks.
The room was new and very clean. The humidifier was out of water, and after refilling it for a long time, I realized it was leaking. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety, and not as good as similar hotels in Japan. Check-in is too late at 3 PM, and check-out is too early at 10 AM. The location is good, a 5-minute walk from the South Exit of JR Kanda Station – make sure to locate the South Exit...
The location is good, just about a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station. However, black tea or coffee sachets are not available in the hotel.
The location seems 5 to 10 mins walking distance from Kanda station, but I would said it is 5 stat location. There are too many adult only activities at Kanda station with lots of people, so the distance make it become a quite place. Some more, it is also 10minutes walking distance to tokyo station, which mean that you could walk to tokyo station and take the airport bus, instead of trying to fight...
I’m writing a negative review about the service I received at this hotel, but I don’t want anyone to think it was the employees’ fault. My complaints about this hotel are policy based, not service based. - no one wants this kiosk check in stuff at a hotel. It’s cold and cumbersome. - 10am checkout at a hotel? That’s uncalled for. It’s not an airbnb where you have to clean kitchens and multiple levels...
The hotel's location is decent; it's a 10-15 minute walk to Akihabara. My friend said they didn't notice the check-out reminder on the booking, and they were charged ¥2200 for being less than half an hour late checking out... Sigh...

We had a really positive experience.
Very clean and the staff are very polite & friendly.
The facilities are a bit old, clearly showing their age. However, you can tell that it was once a luxurious hotel. The hygiene and service are both good, and the location is quiet.
Suitable for budget accommodation. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean, I liked the parquet floor. However, there are stains on the carpet in the corridors. The staff is friendly.
It's not far from the station, but it's not on the main road. You have to go up a small hill, which is not too troublesome. The small street view is also good. Noge-koji is also quite famous. I was upgraded to a room for free. The room is very large. The toilet is also very large. The hotel is like the one from 20 years ago. I quite like the hotels of that period.
The location is great! Both Hinodecho and Sakuragicho stations on the Keikyu Line are within 5 minutes! Be prepared for the hills to the hotel 😇

I stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year. It's conveniently located with a smooth, complimentary shuttle service to both DisneySea and Disneyland. Hotel: The concierge was very helpful in explaining how to book the airport shuttle. I apologize for forgetting his name. We booked a set dinner at the hotel restaurant for New Year's Eve, and it was excellent value for money with great taste...
Facilities: It's a new hotel, very clean, and the room is spacious. Hygiene: Very clean, both inside and out. Environment: The sea is right outside the window 🌊, and the sunset is absolutely stunning 🌇. Service: Excellent, no preferential treatment for foreigners at all.
The room is big and clean. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is good too. There are free bus services to Disney and to the train station. There are also free bus services to Tokyo downtown. Value for money 👍
It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea...
The hotel is good, clean, and very comfortable. It's just too far away. If you're not going to Disneyland, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Tokyo's public transport is too complicated, and we ended up taking a taxi.
It was amazing to have such a spacious room in Japan! The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and it was always spotless. Plus, there's a free shuttle to Disneyland and nearby malls, which is super convenient.

Very great and convenient location, hotel view is amazing city view. Service is excellent.
Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍
The room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view; we could even see Mount Fuji on clear days. The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍
The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to many of the busiest hubs. The buffet breakfast is decent, but there are definitely better options nearby. I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom.
I brought my child and booked a spacious room. The tatami mat, perfect for tea during the day, could be converted into a large bed at night, which was excellent. The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good.
This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous. Lying in the bathtub at night, gazing at Tokyo Tower while listening to city pop was a truly wonderful experience. The only minor drawback, which is a common issue in Japan, is that the food isn't quite as good as what you'd find back...
Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. It’s quiet in the hotel. Liked lounge at 35 floor with a great view over citi and afternoon tea and cocktails. Japanese breakfast was great. Hotel provide usual European breakfast as well

Great location, and the airport shuttle was super convenient! I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Shinjuku. The service and cleanliness were also very good. Breakfast was just okay, with a limited selection, but the facilities were comprehensive. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs.
It is my third time staying in this hotel. Excellent location and convenient to everywhere. However, I was not told that there is a construction site (demolishing an old building) right opposite to my room and it is extremely noisy every morning sharp at 9am. Unpacking all my stuff in the room, I have struggled if I should ask for changing the room. So disappointing to its service in this regard.
Right next to Shinjuku Station, it's super close to the subway, JR, and bus terminal. The hotel lobby is on the 20th floor, and you can access a pedestrian bridge from the 2nd floor to walk to Takashimaya or Harajuku Station. Honestly, it's incredibly convenient! I'd definitely stay here again.
The location is great! Close to Shinjuku station is around a 4 mins walk to the station. Room is big and spacious. Would definitely stay here again
Nice hotel super close to Shinjuku station. The hotel gives a grand vibe, and is very clean and comfortable.
The hotel's location is fantastic. You can reach the Shinjuku Station New South Exit in just a few minutes from the second floor. The rooms on the higher floors offer great views, perfect for seeing the city lights twinkling at night. Plus, there's an Alexa smart assistant in the room that you can connect to via Bluetooth.

This was my 2nd time staying there. It was clean and convenient.will stay again next time
This was our second visit to Mitsui Garden Gotanda, we had a great time the first time, so we decided to return.
Hotel with great location, many nice restaurants, supermarket nearby. I like the vibe of the community when it is less crowded comparing to other districts.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to Gotanda Station on the JR Yamanote Line. Check-in is on the 15th floor. The breakfast selection is quite varied and the taste is decent. Breakfast hours are from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. It's self-checkout, which you can do via the TV in your room, and then just drop your key card in the box on the 1st floor.
Always a great stay, it feels like coming home – I know my way around so well! The hotel's location goes without saying; there's everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. It's my top choice every time I visit Tokyo. The front desk processed my check-in very quickly and even gave my child a toiletries bag. The three beds are really comfortable. I booked the room with Tokyo Tower view, so this is the view from our room. The location is nice but a bit far from the station. There are many convenience store and supermarket around the hotel. There is the public bath but I think the size is too small for the hotel size.
The location is great! We were within walking distance of 3 different train stations! The room was big, we had a couch which was nice. The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and warm. The cleaning staff were very attentive, punctual and helpful - I hope they can get recognition for their efforts! We had an amazing view of Tokyo Tower. I would definitely be staying here again during our next...
The room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards; we could manage to open two large suitcases. The location is about an 8-10 minute walk from the subway station. There are two good coffee shops nearby: one called Comfort and another called Byon Bay.
Chose this place because my roommate wanted to revisit it... Honestly, it was expensive with no redeeming features whatsoever... So overpriced! Completely not worth it. Let's talk about the environment – the only thing I can give high marks for. The surroundings are beautiful, giving off a feeling of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. As for service, there was none. Among the several front...
Overall is okay, but during our stay, every night there is a cockroach in the toilet. Three different ones. About 7 mins walk to the train station, but there is not elevator need to take the luggage to walk upstairs or downstairs.
Considering it's Tokyo, the room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The double room with an extra bed comfortably accommodated our family of three. It's about a 10-minute walk from JR Hamamatsucho Station or Daimon Subway Station, which I found very convenient. There are also many small convenience stores and eateries nearby.

Loved this hotel! Location was perfect and the room was spacious! Also loved that there was a bakery in the lobby!
We loved this hotel! Across the street from a large park and subway station. Walked to SHINJUKU for shopping and restaurants. Hotel had a great bar and bakery for food. Rooms were larger for the price we paid. We would definitely come back to The Knot.
Excellent hotel, very well situated, with friendly staff, easy check-in and out, fabulous onsite bakery. Our room was a little small by European standards but perfectly adequate. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us
A lovely modern hotel. However location is really far from central Shinjuku. I doubt I’ll stay here next time. Room is modern and clean though.
Comfortable and clean room with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Great sleep quality. Would happily return.

I love this hotel!!! Can enjoy “Tokyo Tower” from Bathroom! Impressed by the brand of the hair dryer!! Everything is awesome !
The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The decor and facilities are all new, and you can even see the Ginza night view. The hotel's cleanliness is also top-notch. The only minor drawback is that the room felt a bit too small; I think a hotel at this price point should offer more spacious rooms.
Really nice location. Few minutes away from 銀座. Didn’t try their breakfast. But there are a lot of restaurants near by. Walking distance to 築地 as well .
Nice hotel, but very small room and no laundromat nearby. Their laundry service is super expensive.
This room size is just right for one person without luggage. I'm not sure what tier it falls into in Japan, but in China, it's probably on par with or slightly below a Hilton. I'd be willing to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo. There's a Kyushu ramen place nearby that's quite good, but I wouldn't really recommend Yuzugumi (Oil Group).
The views of Ginza are nice. Not sure the service or amenities are up to the 5* standard though unfortunately! Good place to stay overall although could be better for a 5*

The hotel's front desk is on the second floor, and there's a convenient store downstairs, which is really handy for buying things. The subway station is right outside, making it super easy to get around. It's also just a 20-minute walk to Chinatown. Just a heads up, you need to insert your key card for the power outlets in the room to work.
The front desk guy spoke Chinese, which was a nice surprise! Luggage storage and check-in were smooth and friendly. Self check-out was easy. The environment is great, much more comfortable than Tokyo or Osaka.
The hotel is a bit old, but the room and bed are very spacious, perfect for a pilgrimage for Yakuza fans. It's not located near the main attractions, but there's a subway station right downstairs, about 4-5 stops from Yokohama Station, and a taxi to Chinatown costs around 1000 JPY.
This place is kind of a hidden gem in Yokohama Great location, right near train station, a nice park, plenty of food and drink options, rooms are priced right, decent sized, carpeted, fresh towels daily, it’s quiet and tucked away from the main street but close enough to walk to quickly enough They have a buffet breakfast that looks great (haven’t tried yet) Book it! The room was great, small but perfectly formed. It was super convenient for everything – shopping, dining, and getting around on the subway. Everything was just so easy! I'll definitely be staying here again, haha, it was really good.
The location is fantastic, super convenient for shopping in Ginza, with a subway exit right outside the hotel. Beautiful environment, comfortable and spacious stay.
Convenient stop at NRT for a quick sleep before heading to your final destination. Very good breakfast, some rooms very small, ask for a room facing the airport, those rooms are significantly bigger. Bathtub a plus. Onsite gym, scale to weigh luggage, convenience shop for snacks, comfortable lobby, overall not bad for the price point. I stop there regularly when flying from China to california.
The hotel room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed as a group of four and were provided with queen-size beds and twin single, which were very comfortable. T bathrooms, which was very convenient for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. 👍 Have shuttles bus from airport narita
Decent, but an older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities. However, being a member and getting a late check-out until 2 PM is very convenient. They also offer a shuttle to the airport and a free shuttle to the shopping mall. The shuttle has pick-up points at both T1 and T2, which is where most hotels stop anyway.
The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for our departure. The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with no strange odors. It was quiet and comfortable – I was very satisfied. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, which was truly heartwarming.
There's a shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which was super convenient since my flight was delayed by over 10 hours. That's why I picked the Crowne Plaza. It was reasonably priced and the room was quite spacious compared to other hotels.

10-15 mins walk from Shinjuku train station. An open onsen and indoor onsen on top floor. Quite popular among tourist.
Overall experience is good although the room is slightly small for 2 persons. About less than 10mins walk to Shinjuku town area. The onsen is amazing with the entire Shinjuku view. Highly recommended.
Great traditional Japanese hotel with a spa like feel. Everything about this hotel is awesome! They cleaned our room everyday and replenished the towels too. Room was a good size for a Ryokan style hotel and the 18th floor onsen is beautiful with a great view over the city. Highly recommend!

Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi, Tokyo1 / 30

The room was very well designed with excellent use of space, and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The service was attentive and professional throughout my stay. The location is outstanding — right by Tokyo Station — making it incredibly convenient to go anywhere in the city, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety...
Great location. Lots of dining and shopping options. Hotel is new. Rooms are well equipped. Not large but very comfortable. The large model railway in the hotel lobby is brilliant. Tokyo city complete with Shinkansens and multiple other trains!
This is my second stay at Hotel Metropolitan Marunochi. Great location literally steps from Tokyo Station, great central location for all Tokyo sights and restaurants at the station and via the extensive rail network. Rooms are clean, beds very comfortable and quiet with good soundproofing.
I chose Marunouchi because I had to catch an early Shinkansen the next morning. Being right by the subway and Shinkansen entrance was a huge time-saver! It's also super convenient for shopping and dining within walking distance. The room, while small, was incredibly clean, and the amenity kit even included a cleanser and skincare set. The front desk staff were also very nice.
I really like this hotel's location, ambiance, and style. This is my second time staying here, and although I encountered a minor issue, thankfully Ctrip helped resolve it. The hotel is conveniently located right at the Tokyo Station entrance. The facilities are excellent, the amenities are high-end, and the view is great. I love it!
Have stayed a couple of times now and each time staff are lovely and very helpful with any requests. Location is convenient for taking Shinkansen but harder for some of the local subways as Tokyo station can be a bit of a maze. Rooms are a good size with a nice sized bathroom and bath too! I love the amenities offered inside the room too.

Akihabara Washington Hotel, Tokyo1 / 26

Kanto region, Tokyo, @101-0025 Tokyo, Chiyoda City, Kanda Sakumacho, 1 Chome?8?3, Tiyoda, 101-0025 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
Great location, just steps away from the JR Yamanote line, Akihabara shopping malls, 24/7 convenience stores and food options were plentiful. It’s a huge relief to return to the hotel from the train station after a long day of walking knowing it’s just at the across the street from the train stations, not just the JR line but other lines as well all in the vicinity. The hotel amenities were good and...
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel's location is very lively, with people still bustling around late at night. It's within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and there are many authentic local eateries nearby. The room itself was quite small, and the 'queen-sized' bed felt a bit smaller than a standard queen. All the basic room amenities were provided. The only inconvenience was parking; we had to park in another commercial...
Transportation is convenient and fast, with direct buses to all airports and all transportation stations within ten minutes.
Good location and clean. I am return customer and it’s my second stay in this hotel. There is 7-11 nearby.
My stay at the Akihabara Washington Hotel was quite enjoyable. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Akihabara Station, making it super convenient to get there with luggage in just a few minutes – perfect for first-time visitors to Tokyo. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so grabbing a bite or exploring in the evening is a breeze. While the room wasn't huge...
