This a last minute booking, decide to come back early from Nagoya. I have another booking with a bigger room and they actually upgrade me for this one night so that I do not need to change room after, so considerate of them. Very much appreciated.

The room is slightly dirty with stinks on bed. The hotel is located right by the subways station, but slightly far away from the JR station(about 6-8 mins of walk), but luckily the way to the station is flat and easy to find.

Everything is average, room size is alright however, everything look old and yellowish. Positive side of this hotel is it’s right next to the Ryogoku station exit and you can see Tokyo sky tree from the room. Always missing toothbrush from the amenities area. We have to walk up to the reception to ask for it.

At just over 700 a night, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We, a family of three, booked a triple room, and it was very spacious. The location is super convenient, right across from Yokohama Sakuragicho JR Station. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. The hotel facilities are outdated, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The night manager said it was because guests come from all over the world, so there were lingering body odors and perfume smells in the rooms. If you book this hotel, request a room on floors 8-10 as they have been renovated.

There is a shuttle bus to Narita airport, so the location is not bad. The room is clean and kind of big. The bed is too soft. Everything is fine, and is a choice if you need to stay at Narita.

This is a chain hotel, and I've stayed at their Kyoto location before. They offer self check-in, and rooms are generally cleaned every three days, though you can get fresh towels daily. It's conveniently located near several subway stations, with the Ginza station just over 200 meters away. There's also an observation deck on the top floor with some nice views.

Is so spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, there are plenty of big windows so you can see the nice night views, the room is so clear it gives a clean view of everything, and the massage chair is so convenient, my cousin fell asleep on it!
