Kanto region, Yokohama, 3-4 Shin Yokohama, Kohoku-ku 🧭 Map
Room was small but enough for 2pax to just back in the room to rest for the night and head out the entire day. 2 Big luggage might be a slight challenge to open and pack in the room, but still ok if only 1 big luggage. Near by has quite alot of food and near to both Shinkansen and metro station.
The hotel lobby has a 7-Eleven, which is really convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks. There's also a mall downstairs, and you can walk through it to get to the train station easily. The Ramen Museum is only a 10-minute walk away, and tickets are 450 JPY per person. However, the room's heating is still centrally controlled and can't be adjusted; it didn't feel warm at all. The windows are sealed...
The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the high floor offered great views. There's a mall and supermarket right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping, and the subway station is just a three-minute walk away.
The hotel was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely come back
I always stay at the Prince Hotel when I come to Yokohama. I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor. The hotel breakfast is consistently high-quality, and the night view is beautiful~
The room was great, especially having a washing machine. The view from the window was also nice, and the observation deck outside the 20th-floor front desk was particularly beautiful. The transportation was also very convenient. Hope to see you again next time.

Service: The price was absolutely perfect, and all disposable amenities were provided.
Environment: Beautiful natural scenery.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with attention to detail, as expected in Japan.
Facilities: There's a huge breakfast area, and they offer shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
The room was quite spacious; two adults and one child didn't feel cramped at all, and there was plenty of space for all our luggage. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, and you can easily take the subway to go out for food, which is fantastic!
This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn with such a spacious room. It had all the amenities I could need, making laundry, drying, and dining incredibly convenient. The room felt very new, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, as well as a street dedicated to car rentals. The breakfast was plentiful and free. Plus, there's a shuttle to the airport every 20 minutes, and it only takes...
Service: There's an airport shuttle for round trips to and from the airport. It only takes 5 minutes to get to T3 from the hotel for early morning flights! Plus, the staff even help with luggage, which was really appreciated.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean! And it was spacious too.
The room was great, small but well-equipped and convenient to use. The best part was the shuttle service to Terminals 1 and 2, which was punctual and efficient – excellent value for money. The breakfast salad was delicious.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which is very convenient. They also provide a light breakfast at 5:30 AM, which is a great perk for those with early flights. There's a Lawson convenience store in the lobby, which is super handy and has everything you need.

There's a dedicated shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which takes about ten minutes. The hotel itself isn't far from the airport either. There's a Lawson convenience store in the lobby, and the room size is quite generous for Japan, making it perfect for overnight stays after a late flight.
10mins away from Narita airport with shuttle bus services! Although hotel is old school style but good maintenance and service is super good. There also a Lawson inside hotel with 24 hours. And the lightings in the garden is a bonus.. very good feel.
Great hotel to stay in, good location and with shuttle services to and from airport, to Narita-san, Aeon shopping mall.
Hotel room is clean and spacious.
For a Japanese hotel, this room size is very good, not small at all. It's also incredibly close to Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! There wasn't bottled drinking water provided...
The room size was just right, very clean, and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. There's a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, and a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which was great for late-night food purchases. I really liked it and would definitely stay here again.
Great option for solo travelers near Narita Airport. Hotel Nikko Narita is perfect if you need a simple, stress-free overnight stay. The free airport shuttle is reliable and makes getting to and from the terminal easy. Rooms are clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious for one person, with enough room to open luggage. Would definitely stay again for a quick airport stopover.

The hotel's location is fantastic – just a two-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station. The surrounding shopping area is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are direct shuttle buses to both the airport and Gotemba, which is super handy. Other aspects were pretty average, though; the cleanliness was just so-so.
I like this hotel, my first time stay here. Overall is great. Service also very good, helpful staff. Thanks

We had a very stressful situation during our stay when our 3-year-old child suddenly became very sick late at night. The hotel manager went above and beyond to help us. He spent more than an hour calling different hospitals to find one that could see our child, and he patiently explained our situation to them in Japanese. Thanks to his effort, we were finally able to bring our child to a hospital and...
Good location and great service. Airport linmousine bus stops right in front the hotel.
You know how people say the last thing you experience carries more weight than the whole thing. Well, this is the second time staying at this hotel. And both times I booked the business suite. 1) This time they gave me a smaller room on the same floor. So I paid for the same amount of money but got less. 2) there was renovation going on after 10 am. So I couldn’t sleep in. 3) I didn’t know their checkout...
Located in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, this hotel is in a bustling commercial hub with excellent transportation links. It's incredibly convenient to get to various parts of Tokyo via rail, and the train station is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan, especially for such a cheap price. There's a convenience store on the first floor and a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport. It's awesome, seriously!
This single room is the biggest I've stayed in among all the Japanese hotels. The staff were polite, the environment was good, and there's a convenience store on the first floor. Very satisfied. Thumbs up! 👍🏻
The room had a strange smell. It's an okay place for a one-night stopover before heading to the airport, especially with the convenient shuttle bus service.
This hotel near Narita Airport is fantastic! The free shuttle to and from the airport made everything so convenient and stress-free. The room was more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tokyo with our 5 month child. Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but the hotel made everything feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

This hotel is simply wonderful! Our favorite aspect, are the professional Ambassadors, Waly and Waki. During your arrival, stay, and departure, they will certainly elevate your Lobby experience. Individually, they are the best in the business. They recognize nearly every guest with gracious appreciation. The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, and the free shuttle to Shinjuku Station was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, but the toilet and bathroom were not separated, which made it slightly inconvenient for three people to use.

I sincerely would like to recommend this hotel for business trip members.
Location is great and near train station , but to other destinations is a little far. Still very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is generous with giving towels and water. Water is not given by default for some reason. Housekeeping is done every 3 days normally but you can request for Housekeeping. Overall it is very good value for money
The hot spring was very comfortable, I'll definitely come again.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Japan. First off, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. Check-in is a breeze – quick and easy. Plus, there's a supermarket right downstairs and a department store across the street, covering all a traveler's needs for food, accommodation, and transportation. I honestly think it's fantastic!
This is my second stay here, and it offers great value for money. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and shopping. The hotel provides a luggage room for guests to store their bags. This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor. This is hands down the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at in Japan. I checked in on the 20th, and on the evening of the 22nd, while packing my bags, I found a receipt next to the bed. The guy who checked us in was super attentive and friendly. The room was fine for two people, but might be a bit small for more. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, vending machines, and even some Disney cookies. The shuttle bus to the loop monorail Bay Station and Disneyland was really convenient. Overall, it was pretty good.

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, where I stayed for the Tokyo Marathon, was absolutely amazing! I can confidently say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Tokyo, hands down!

I booked this hotel for the 2026 Tokyo Marathon. Its location is incredibly convenient, with multiple subway lines within a 500-meter radius. The famous Tokyo Tower is right behind the hotel. Best of all, there are direct subway lines to both the start and finish lines of the Tokyo Marathon, so no transfers are needed.
Aside from being a bit far from all the subway stations, everything else was great. You can see Tokyo Tower, and the courtyard is quite spacious. It's also right next to Zojoji Temple, Tokyo's second-largest temple. The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained, and getting a 20-square-meter room for around 1000 yuan offers really good value for money.
The hotel's location is indeed excellent, very close to Tokyo Tower. My room had a perfect view of the entire Tokyo Tower, and the hotel breakfast was also of very good quality. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit old, but otherwise, everything was satisfactory.
The Tokyo Tower is right outside the window, just a 5-minute walk away, which is super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was excellent!

This hotel is an iconic landmark in Yokohama Port, but it's quite old, so the room facilities are dated, and the cleanliness was disappointing. I even found a clump of false eyelashes on my bath towel that weren't mine...
The hotel is also a bit of a walk from public transportation, so if you're planning on doing a lot of shopping or need to frequently transfer between different modes of transport...
This branded hotel is definitely different from traditional Japanese hotels. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is grand, built with high-quality materials, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere. Breakfast offers both Western and Japanese options. The Western buffet is on the first floor, while the Japanese set meal is on the fourth floor. The overall service is excellent, and the food is decent...
The room is quite spacious, and the Yokohama night view from the window is beautiful. The breakfast selection is decent.
Directly from the airport, but a bit far from the station. The upside is the nice view, and it's very close to Marks shopping center – you can just cut through it to get there.
View: The room offers a fantastic view, the lake-view room on the 19th floor provides a spacious and comfortable panorama.
Parking: Free! Just navigate to the hotel and drive into the large parking lot you'll see (we circled three times, but the signs are actually very clear). After getting your parking ticket, check in and register it at the front desk. You can then enter and exit as many times as...

I stayed during the very busy New Year holiday period, and overall it was a pleasant stay.
However, I would like to share one concern regarding the check-in experience at the Executive Lounge. We were seated there for about an hour, yet it seemed that the staff at the reception did not notice us and continued chatting among themselves. This was a bit disappointing and made us feel somewhat overlooked...
Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!
There's really nothing around here. The hotel breakfast had limited options and wasn't good.
I wouldn’t call this a five star property… however we stayed here the day before they shut for renovations so maybe things will change.
Positives -
It is a good location if you don’t mind being away from central Tokyo. The shopping nearby is very good with lots of food options too.
The room was a nice size and clean. Good view of rainbow bridge.
Negatives -
There is a bad smell when you walk in and...
As much I would love to write 100% positive there was one thing I was not satisfied about. Despite being Loyal Hilton member I request for higher floor which is the least they could do but they put me on lowest possible. Beside that hotel and rest of the stuff was top notch. Definitly good pick while in Tokyo
Nice hotel adjacent to a metro station with two malls close by and connected via above ground walk paths. This provides good options for dining and access going into the city. Family friendly since the two-twins rooms are allowed for 4 people. The twin beds are real twin beds so it is a tight fit for two people but it worked for medium sized family members. Great water side view of you get it. Nice...

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I really like its convenient location and great value for money. There's an airport shuttle, and it's close to Shinjuku Station, shopping areas, and a Don Quijote store. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs that's open later than the malls. However, the hotel has become very self-service, with not much interaction with staff. You self-check...
The room isn't huge, but the location is super convenient with the airport shuttle dropping you right downstairs. Check-in is automated with a Chinese interface, which is very helpful! You can also opt for self check-out, saving a lot of time. In the twin room, you'll find that a 28-inch suitcase can only fit in the aisle. Toiletries are located in front of the lobby elevator – you can pick and choose...
Location: nothing beats this, located within walking distance to Shinjuku JR stations and a metro station right beside. Very near to Takashimaya Times Square and all walking streets of Shinjuku.
Best of all, airport limousine stops right at the door step. Just to note, pickup to airport only starts at 715am. If you have an earlier flight have to go to Shinjuku bus terminal instead (5mins away)

It is so close to Shinjuku station so it’s very convenient to travel to other areas of the city. The hotel is clean, smells good with many amenities provided at the reception. Would certainly recommend to others!
Nice stay at hotel sunroute plaza shinjuku, strategic location and near to shinjuku station, walking distance to lots restaurant and convenience store, clean room and friendly staff, allow luggage storage before check in and help keep luggage after check out, definitely will come back to stay.
Great location and close to train station. Airport limousine stop was just downstairs which made it very convenient!
