Good location. Renovated rooms plenty of restaurants nearby very convenient. Good amenities. But lobby need a refresher
Ideal location for business meeting within business centre
The environment was very clean and quiet, and the breakfast was quite rich. It's a great place for friends to just relax and unwind. There's also a bar time in the evening, so you pretty much don't need to go out for dinner. Having a few drinks and chatting with friends there was very enjoyable.
Great staff, nice location, perfect room with Tokyo Tower view
Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller. Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection. We had dinner at the Japanese teppanyaki...
Good location for Roppongi, walking distance to many nearby malls and resturants.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tokyo with our 5 month child. Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but the hotel made everything feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained. There was plenty of room for our luggage, stroller, and baby essentials without feeling cramped. The hotel also provided a sturdy wooden infant crib for...
I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Tokyo, and I especially want to recognize Waly for the outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, Waly was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made...
This hotel is simply wonderful! Our favorite aspect, are the professional Ambassadors, Waly and Waki. During your arrival, stay, and departure, they will certainly elevate your Lobby experience. Individually, they are the best in the business. They recognize nearly every guest with gracious appreciation. They take time to learn about you, your needs, and they happily assist you during your stay....
Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!
The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, and the free shuttle to Shinjuku Station was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, but the toilet and bathroom were not separated, which made it slightly inconvenient for three people to use. We stayed in an Executive Junior Suite and had requested a quiet room with a good view, so it was puzzling that we were assigned a room right in...
I had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, clean, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially want to highlight Wally, the hotel manager, who truly went above and beyond. Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro, Tokyo1 / 28

Kanto region, Tokyo, 1-6-1 Nishi-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is fantastic – just a two-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station. The surrounding shopping area is incredibly convenient. Plus, there are direct shuttle buses to both the airport and Gotemba, which is super handy. Other aspects were pretty average, though; the cleanliness was just so-so.
I like this hotel, my first time stay here. Overall is great. Service also very good, helpful staff. Thanks !
We had a very stressful situation during our stay when our 3-year-old child suddenly became very sick late at night. The hotel manager went above and beyond to help us. He spent more than an hour calling different hospitals to find one that could see our child, and he patiently explained our situation to them in Japanese. Thanks to his effort, we were finally able to bring our child to a hospital and...
Good location and great service. Airport linmousine bus stops right in front the hotel.
You know how people say the last thing you experience carries more weight than the whole thing. Well, this is the second time staying at this hotel. And both times I booked the business suite. 1) This time they gave me a smaller room on the same floor. So I paid for the same amount of money but got less. 2) there was renovation going on after 10 am. So I couldn’t sleep in. 3) I didn’t know their checkout...
Located in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, this hotel is in a bustling commercial hub with excellent transportation links. It's incredibly convenient to get to various parts of Tokyo via rail, and the train station is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The Seibu Ikebukuro Line and Tobu Tojo Line are practically on your doorstep. Shopping, leisure, entertainment, and dining are all super convenient.
The hotel was very clean, room service was very convenient on my first night just arriving room for 2 was large and comfortable room was cleaned everyday staff was very friendly really enjoyed my stay would stay there again

Kanto region, Tokyo, 2 Chome-7-2 Nishi, Sindzyuku, 160-0023 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is conveniently located near the Tocho-mae subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not particularly spacious. The breakfast is excellent.
This is hands down the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at in Japan. I checked in on the 20th, and on the evening of the 22nd, while packing my bags, I found a receipt next to the bed. I initially thought it was mine and didn't pay much attention. Later, I discovered a used feminine hygiene product under the bed. When I looked at the receipt again, it was dated the 17th. None of these items belonged to...
Love the Christmas decor and there is direct limousine bus to the hotel. But it is not near to major stations will stay if deal is good
Excellent! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and the service is very attentive. There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel to Shinjuku Station, so all in all, it's incredibly convenient.
The room appeared to be over 25 square meters, but for exact measurements, refer to the hotel description. The furniture and lighting in the room were tastefully designed, combining wood and metal elements. The bathroom had the visual effect of stone, though I didn't confirm the actual material. Ventilation in the room was excellent, and it stayed warm even in winter. The room was cleaned thoroughly...
The room was decent, nothing fancy like a minibar, probably because it was recently renovated. Overall, it's okay, though there was a fair bit of dust on the linens. But for a business hotel, it's good; cleanliness is key. The room offered a view of Mount Fuji, and the location is excellent with a subway station right downstairs. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the airport...

The room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan, especially for such a cheap price. There's a convenience store on the first floor and a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport. It's awesome, seriously!
This single room is the biggest I've stayed in among all the Japanese hotels. The staff were polite, the environment was good, and there's a convenience store on the first floor. Very satisfied. Thumbs up! 👍🏻
The room had a strange smell. It's an okay place for a one-night stopover before heading to the airport, especially with the convenient shuttle bus service.
This hotel near Narita Airport is fantastic! The free shuttle to and from the airport made everything so convenient and stress-free. The room was more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were excellent, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options...
A good experience the hotel, clean and comfy room near the airport which can see traffic departing Narita Airport, shuttle bus provided.
Marroad International Hotel Narita, celebrating 30th Anniversary in 2025, is of ten minutes walk from Sakura-no-yama Park and of ten minutes shuttle bus ride from Narita Airport Terminal 2. Nice little hotel with a friendly vibe. The room was cozy and breakfast had good variety. Staff remembered our names which was a nice touch. Good experience overall.
Travelers who want to attend expo at Tokyo Big sight , it’s very convenient for them.Breakfast is very nice and wide variety. But it’s same for all the day.Have McDonald near by and restaurants in the same complex.Metro station is nearby.i rate as 5/5
I came for a conference, and this hotel is right next to the convention center, just a 5-minute walk to the exhibition hall. The room was small but very clean and tidy. The overall style is Japanese, and it's small but has everything you need.
The hotel has a free shuttle to Disneyland. The airport limo bus stops directly at the hotel. No house keeping. The rooms are very small. Can probably open one luggage at a time. Take note that during winter, the aircon is on heater mode. The room is very hot and stuffy. Only returned to the room at night, hence the temperature was still bearable. It was a great experience. The hotel condition is very good and the other service is also excellent. I sincerely would like to recommend this hotel for business trip members.
Location is great and near train station , but to other destinations is a little far. Still very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is generous with giving towels and water. Water is not given by default for some reason. Housekeeping is done every 3 days normally but you can request for Housekeeping. Overall it is very good value for money
The hot spring was very comfortable, I'll definitely come again.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Japan. First off, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. Check-in is a breeze – quick and easy. Plus, there's a supermarket right downstairs and a department store across the street, covering all a traveler's needs for food, accommodation, and transportation. I honestly think it's fantastic!
This is my second stay here, and it offers great value for money. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and shopping. The hotel provides a luggage room for guests to store their bags. There are hot springs open to the public on the 3rd and 4th floors; hotel guests can get a ticket for 500 JPY, while the public price is 1500 JPY. With the current favorable exchange rate, that's only about...
Good location, 2 min walk from JR Oimachi station. In front of station, there is Keikyu airport bus to Haneda airport ( from oimacho JPY 650). Room quite small for single type if you bring 2 suitcases. So many shops like 100 yen shop and drug store Very satisfied..

Hotel room all good, location a bit far from station.
The best!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great price, good location. The room facilities are excellent, and there's space for luggage. Breakfast is good, though the dining area is a bit small, but you'll manage. (There are 100 other places to eat nearby anyway.) To get the elevator to your floor, you need to tap your card every time. You can only go to floors 1, 2 (for the o-furo bath and laundry), or your own floor. So, if your companions...
Location is good, 8 minutes away from a Tokyo Metro station and less than 20 from the Yamanote line and Bus Express Station. The best from the hotel is the fact it offers onsen for free in their facilities! A Family Mart and a Donki are in front of it. Rooms are small, but as they are in the APAs. Whenever I stay in Tokyo I choose this one, close to Kabukicho’s busy night life with fantastic workers...
This hotel is strategically located in the heart of Shinjuku, approximately 10 minutes away from Shinjuku Station. It is also very close to Kabukicho, which is approximately a 5-minute walk away. Excellent stay with free transport to Disneyland. For Disneysea, you have to take the shuttle bus to Bayside station and change one line. Overall, highly recommended.
Stayed here to attend Disneyland for 2 days and 3 nights. Booked the comfort room, excellent size. Great staff and breakfast was included. Wide range of buffet selection for breakfast.
The room wasn't particularly impressive, and my kids were a bit disappointed. At night, it was too hot to use the blanket, and I suddenly woke up feeling bugs crawling on my leg! It scared me wide awake, utterly despairing 😞
Booked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland...
The guy who checked us in was super attentive and friendly. The room was fine for two people, but might be a bit small for more. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, vending machines, and even some Disney cookies. The shuttle bus to the loop monorail Bay Station and Disneyland was really convenient. Overall, it was pretty good.
The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with a rich and varied breakfast. There was also plenty of parking available. The check-in process took a bit of time, but I think it would be much smoother if you avoided the peak Disney park entry and exit times. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from both the Garden and Ocean parks, making transportation easy.

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, Tokyo1 / 30

Kanto region, Tokyo, 4-8-1 Shibakoen Minato-ku 🧭 Map
Facilities: We got an upgraded room, which was a newer model. It had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which was nice. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: The new tower feels much better than the old facilities. Service: The attitude was okay, pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Complimentary Executive Lounge Access: Didn't have any time to use it! 😂
The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel. We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel. So sad. After running we have to walk long...
I booked and paid for Club Lounge access at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo while traveling with my family and young child, expecting service consistent with a premium property. Breakfast hours were stated as 7:00–11:00, and we arrived within that timeframe. At the time, there were no hot breakfast options suitable for children — only raw salmon, toast, and a small selection of pastries. When we asked...
Successfully checked in to The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, right next to Shiba Park and under the Tokyo Tower! 🗼 During the day, it's surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility, and at night, it boasts dazzling city lights. I traveled a long way specifically for this hotel, only for the front desk to give me a low-floor room with absolutely no Tokyo Tower view. Very disappointing! Isn't the whole point of coming here to see and take photos of the Tokyo Tower? The room size is quite large for Tokyo standards. In the Minato Ward area, there aren't any convenience stores right below the hotel; you have to walk back to the...
I heard it was recently renovated, so I came to check it out. I opted for a corner king room, which I loved, especially since the bathroom had a window. The location of the hotel is very close to Lidabashi Station. Therefore, travelling across the city by railway is very convenient. The hotel premises and room are very clean. I stayed here again this year. It's right across the street from the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station, in the East Tower. You can check yourself in and out, which is convenient. I stay here often for business trips, mainly because it's close to Haneda Airport and makes transferring to various train lines really easy. If you book in advance, the room rates are quite reasonable. I've tried to book...
The rooms in the East Tower are quite small, and the soundproofing isn't great. A particular issue was with the self check-in system for the East Tower. The booking number provided in my Trip.com order and even the phone number didn't match the hotel's system, which made the check-in process quite a hassle.
Honestly, I was quite happy with the room in the East Tower. I had two bookings this trip, staying in both the East Tower and the annex of the Main Tower. The East Tower offered good value for money. Although the room was very narrow and small, making it almost impossible to open my suitcase, the hygiene was excellent, and the bedding was fantastic – I slept very comfortably. Plus, all the toiletries...
The room is small but fully equipped. It might feel a bit cramped for tall big guy.
The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Shinagawa Station, which was a huge relief since I had a lot of luggage. Both the breakfast and service were great. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
Excellent location, few minutes away from Shinagawa station connects everywhere in Japan. Fast self-check in and checkout. With free baggage storage. Room are rather small though, if you are 6 footer , going in the bathroom is a challenge. Other than that is all good.

Great hotel to stay in, good location and with shuttle services to and from airport, to Narita-san, Aeon shopping mall. Hotel room is clean and spacious.
For a Japanese hotel, this room size is very good, not small at all. It's also incredibly close to Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! I love the hotel the staff are soo nice and helpful and your room is always going to be cleaned x , I would definitely come back here again when staying in Tokyo . It’s very close to Disneyland/sea but also close to Ginza xx even though the station is near by it’s not too noisy at all x && there’s a family mart right...
Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel was a really great place to stay in during my trip to Tokyo. It has many convienient amenities close by - a Family Mart in the hotel, a bathhouse, a fitness room, a restaurant and the train station is just a 3 minute walk away. Even though the location seems a little far from most of the attractions in Tokyo, the stay really made up for it and I will definitely be booking...
Facilities: Very luxurious, with all the necessary amenities like an ice machine and laundry room. The items in the hotel room were relatively new, and the room itself was quite spacious for Tokyo standards. A special shout-out to the standby video background music on the hotel TV – it was truly lovely. Hygiene: Very clean, standard five-star hotel management. Environment: Located near Tokyo Bay, a...
This is an excellent choice that we made in this visit to Tokyo. The hotel is located in a quiet but super convenient place. The train station is just 2 minutes walk and you can easily reach Tokyo station or Disney Land within 10 minutes. The Keiyo line there connects with Hibiya line that you can go to other places such as Ginza, Ueno,... without transferring in Tokyo Station. The supermarket is just...
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at your hotel, as this experience fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. I would like to highlight that we have stayed at your hotel twice before, and both previous stays were pleasant and enjoyable experiences. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was completely different and left us feeling extremely disappointed...

It is a very convenient location with excellent service from the staff. However, the hotel has no flexibility at all, such as allowing early check‑in or late check‑out, even though we stay there frequently. Everything must strictly follow the rules. I understand this policy, but I wanted to mention it in this review in case others might think that negotiating with the hotel is possible. Aside from...
Great stay at APA Hotel Yamanote Otsuka Ekimae Tower. Clean rooms, friendly service, and an excellent location near the station. Rooms are small . Good value for Tokyo — I would stay again.
Good location, clean rooms, hot showers, fresh towels daily, wonderful breakfast. I would stay here again.
Location was excellent. And very clean hotel
It was great that there was a hot spring. It helped me to relieve my fatigue and regain my energy for the next day.
The room was surprisingly quite small, didn’t expect such a size. Although for this price and its location in Tokyo, it’s expected. Clean stay and good service

Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly. Great room, great view, great staff and food. All at a decent price, especially for this area.
This has been my go to hotel for the past 5 years. So sad it’s closing for 3 years for renovations. I’m sure in 2028 it will be absolutely amazing.
The view from the room is very nice. We paid additional 6k yen for this view which is totally worth it. Aside from the view, there’s nothing special. No amenities for the guests to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is a big DISAPPOINTMENT!!! It’s our 3rd time in this hotel but this time we felt cheated. They charged too much for the breakfast but nothing special.. the foods were very basic. My husband...
Service 10/10 -we use room sevice Because we have toddler the staff is very professional and kind. -All the Staff are polite from front desk to concierge and doorman/bellman Hotel Room 8/10 - Room Is clean But need to use more vacuum for the dust, and the bathtub need to be wipe , the black dirt stain is from previous use and its so visible. It's a great hotel. The view from the room is very good. It's full of vacation atmosphere, which makes people feel good. The location is also great. The bed is super comfortable to sleep on and the soundproofing is super good. I want to stay here again no matter what. Late, the only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is relatively ordinary
The tallest buikding nearby which able to view whole city especially night view.
