This is a very old-money hotel, surrounded by affluent neighborhoods. There's a shopping center right across the street. The breakfast is delicious, and there are many weddings held here on weekends.

Pretty good. The room was spacious and well-heated. It's a bit far from the airport, with the shuttle taking about 30 minutes. Breakfast was good, with quality ingredients and a well-controlled taste.

From hotel to airport terminal 2, shuttle took 25min. Shuttle will arrive terminal 2 first. Then to terminal 1. So, from hotel to terminal 1, it takes 30mim by shuttle.

Very old hotel, falling to pieces. We had to request a room change because of electrical wires that were just hanging from the wall felt very unsafe (with furniture falling to pieces). It's a pretty standard hotel. The room was a decent size, but both breakfast and dinner were quite ordinary. There aren't any restaurants nearby. Dinner, at 6000 yen (with a 10% discount for guests), was very poor value for money, mainly because there were only a few dishes and some cakes – just enough to fill your stomach.

A decent capsule hotel with everything you need, compactly arranged.

The pod for sleeping is cozy for 1 night or 2 max because it’s tiny but it does the work ! The sauna and showers are very nice! There’s the temperature for each shower and great explanation of what to do on the wall. Overall i enjoyed my short stay !

The beds are decent, and there's a fan above each bed. They provide fresh toiletries daily. The only slight inconvenience is that even if you're staying multiple nights, you have to fully check out by 11 AM each day. You can store your luggage in the storage room on each floor, but it's a bit small, so you can't open your suitcase there. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory.

The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic. However, there’s no lift from the ground level to the lobby, so you’ll need to use the stairs. But from the lobby to the dormitory, there is a lift available. Second time here, great location as your in the heart of Shibuya. Do not reccomend the breakfast we included it the first stay but not the second as it is quite bad unfortunately.

Location was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was the right decision. The airport bus was right in front of the hotel entrance (5th floor) and you could see the Shibuya scramble crossing from the hotel elevator. Very convenient stay!

This is an excellent alternative to staying at Disneyland. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is excellent. You can't get a straight transaction between the hotel and Disneyland You need to take the shuttle bus to a stop, then take the Disneyland train to Disneyland. This is quite inconvenient.
