Very nice hotel in tokyo. Nice location, helpful staff , spacious room.
This is a very old-money hotel, surrounded by affluent neighborhoods. There's a shopping center right across the street. The breakfast is delicious, and there are many weddings held here on weekends.
Every time I visit Tokyo, I stay here because it's so convenient for getting around.
amazing hotel, great location, would go again , everything was perfect
Super clean and friendly hotel . Just a bit far walking to the metro station .
You'll find plenty of delicious restaurants directly opposite. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby, handy for grabbing fruit to enjoy back at the hotel. And for a special treat, dining at Teppanyaki Yebisu upstairs even offers views of Mount Fuji 🗻.

Pretty good. The room was spacious and well-heated. It's a bit far from the airport, with the shuttle taking about 30 minutes. Breakfast was good, with quality ingredients and a well-controlled taste.
Hotel near airport good for early flight. The shuttle to hotel is also frequent and easy to locate the boarding pt
Stayed in a king room as a solo traveler, and it was much bigger than the single rooms I've stayed in before, especially the bed. The main drawback was finding it at night; it felt less accessible than it would in the daytime. It's a good spot for a one-night stay to explore the area before catching a flight.
I've stayed here many times and I'm always very satisfied with the hotel's airport shuttle service. I also used the shuttle bus to go to Narita Station and Aeon Mall. This time, I noticed they added charging ports next to the bed, which is a great addition. While the rooms are a bit older, they are really well-maintained. The ice machine on every floor is also a big plus, and the waiting area in the...
It is always my choice of hotel when I am in Narita stopover.
From hotel to airport terminal 2, shuttle took 25min. Shuttle will arrive terminal 2 first. Then to terminal 1. So, from hotel to terminal 1, it takes 30mim by shuttle.

There was a mix-up. My friend and I arrived at night, and check-in kept failing because we were told our room was already occupied. After communicating with the staff for over half an hour, we finally realized there was someone with the exact same name as me who had also booked a room for that day. Before this, I had also contacted Trip.com, and their customer service was excellent in terms of attitude...
No towel provided so please bring your own if staying here.
The room is spacious and very comfortable. The hotel features a robot receptionist, which was a fun and unique experience—especially for kids, who were really excited about it.
It’s a great place for families, with books available for children to enjoy. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service, which makes traveling much more convenient.
Check-in late from airport after midnight. The check-in process was overall smooth, though we were greeted by few automated robot.
The free shuttle bus was really punctual.
Room.was small but good enough for us to rest well. Very clean, compact and comfy.
Thank you.
The location is convenient, close to the subway station, making it easy to get to Haneda Airport. Self check-in was very easy – just follow the steps. Although the room was small, it was perfectly sufficient for a short trip. There's a free shuttle bus, but we didn't use it during our stay. There's a yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant near the hotel; I'd recommend ordering à la carte rather than getting...
I have a strong connection with this Henn na Hotel near Haneda; I've stayed here multiple times. Whenever I fly to Tokyo on an afternoon flight, I almost always choose this hotel. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from Haneda Terminals 2 and 3, which is a huge plus. Although the room size isn't large, it's still comfortable enough for two people. This time, I opted for a room with...

The hotel has direct subway access, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.
The hotel is right next to the Tokyo City Air Terminal bus station, and there's a main subway line downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel service is decent, nothing exceptional, but the daily housekeeping is incredibly clean and tidy. For this price point, it's pretty good, I really can't find anything to complain about. The only minor downside might be that the pillows are...
The hotel is a bit old, but the lobby is grand and opulent. The room facilities are dated, but it's spacious enough and the location is convenient. It's right next to Suitengu-mae Station, and Ningyocho Station isn't too far either. However, the service is just average; the staff didn't react at all when I walked past, which was a letdown compared to the Hilton I stayed at in Yokohama. The toiletries...
I was initially worried the hotel might be too old, but Tokyo hotels are really well-managed. My stay was fantastic; they even let me check in around 2:00 PM. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even though the facilities had an older feel, everything was exceptionally clean.
The hotel has a strong retro vibe, reminiscent of the last century. There are radio buttons by the bed, and the sink and bathtub look like they're 30 years old. The bed, however, was quite comfortable. The room isn't huge, but for Tokyo, it was spacious enough to open two suitcases. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, and after four mornings, I couldn't stomach it anymore. There were very few...
The hotel service was good, and the facilities were well-maintained. Although the bathroom wasn't a wet/dry separation, it was in great condition and quite spacious. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, including Japanese options. From the executive lounge on the top floor, you can see both the Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower. This hotel is quite large with nice garden views. They offer a shuttle service to and from Narita Airport, and the driver even helps with luggage, making it perfect for layovers or late-night arrivals. The convenience store on the first floor is also very handy.
Spacious room for 3 people. Value for money. Great free shuttle bus services. Nice onsen for 700 yen for adult.
✈️I stayed at this hotel for one night only as I had an early morning flight at 8:50am the next day. This hotel is an excellent option for travelers with early departures, as there is a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Airport, making the transfer very convenient and stress-free.

Very old hotel, falling to pieces. We had to request a room change because of electrical wires that were just hanging from the wall felt very unsafe (with furniture falling to pieces). When we got in the new room, we went from Second World War era to the old 80’s. This hotel just has a good location
Art Hotel is always our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Chiba Prefecture. Its location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around, and the price is very affordable for what you get. One of the highlights for us is the onsen, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it consistently offers great value, comfort, and convenience, which is why we keep coming back.
I stayed at the Main building, not the Garden Wing as stated by many to be poorly maintained. Rooms are small, older but functional. Complimentary Shuttle to and from the airport/ Narita city and hotel. There are many airport hotels near Narita but everyone chooses this because of its ONSEN! It is a must. The hotel staff were all very nice and had excellent customer service! The hotel was clean, tidy, and spacious. The breakfast area had a beautiful view from the window. Nice airport hotel. Room is spacious for open luggage. Morning transfer is on time and will have extra bus is there are too many people. No need to reserve the morning transfer
About a 7-8 minute walk from T3, very convenient. Walked both ways, didn't take the shuttle.
Unexpectedly, this hotel was the largest one during my entire Tokyo trip.
There's a convenience store inside the hotel where you can buy some snacks.
Clean and big room but no complimentary bottle water. There is a ice dispenser on my level and took the ice to melt as drinking water. The nearest convenient store is about 8 minutes walk to another hotel.
It's a pretty standard hotel. The room was a decent size, but both breakfast and dinner were quite ordinary. There aren't any restaurants nearby. Dinner, at 6000 yen (with a 10% discount for guests), was very poor value for money, mainly because there were only a few dishes and some cakes – just enough to fill your stomach.

Very great and convenient location, hotel view is amazing city view. Service is excellent.
Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍
The room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view; we could even see Mount Fuji on clear days. The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍
The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to many of the busiest hubs. The buffet breakfast is decent, but there are definitely better options nearby. I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom.
I brought my child and booked a spacious room. The tatami mat, perfect for tea during the day, could be converted into a large bed at night, which was excellent. The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good.
This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous. Location great right near station entry for ginza line.
Service is friendly place is clean and well presented.
Rooms are compact but cosy and comfortable.
Check in is done via a machine due to reno.
Towels done daily and housekeeping.
Amenities in room are great also.
We got two rooms for 4 people side by side though it is never guaranteed.
Everything was good except for the breakfast included.
Can't get coffee refill.
500+ yen for 2nd cup
The room is clean, the staff are nice, the amenities are good, and the price is worth it.
Nice hotel in Asakusa, located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to various grocery stores. The hotel rooms have a private fridge and airconditioning.
Nice and cozy hotel in the center of Asakusa.
Near the metro and the temple.

Convenient place, got transport from Bay station 8am -10pm. Hotel just opposite, walk also just 3- 5min
The room was incredibly spacious. We added an extra bed for two adults and two children, and everyone slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also huge, fully stocked with all the amenities. The hotel is dated, lobby, restaurants and rooms but it is all very well upkeep and clean. Late night at the lobby and room does feel a little . The room is spacious, nice hot powerful showers and bath, which is much appreciated after a long day at Disney.

The hotel is very near to the station. About 3 min walk. There's also an onsen available in the hotel.
I used this hotel for an overnight stay before my international flight. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station! The room was clean, and there's a public bath which was great for warming up. The service was impeccable.
This hotel was super convenient, being very close to Keisei Narita Station. However, getting to JR Narita Station felt like a bit of a detour. The room was perfectly adequate in size. I also really enjoyed the large public bath, it was very relaxing. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed; it was quite soft and my back sank in a lot, which personally I didn't like and I didn't sleep very well...
Very small hotel and i dont think it was super clean like Japanese standard. They gave me a smoking room. But the bus shuttle driver lady was very professional and polite.
The hotel has a great location. There's a Lawson convenience store right next door, and a shuttle bus service to the airport. You can also walk to Aeon Town Narita-Tomisato, which isn't far.

The hotel was very good located next to Akasaka- mitsuke Station! There is a seven eleven on the ground floor.
Our overall stay was really good! The location was excellent and there were many restaurants nearby the hotel. The room was spacious and clean (especially facing the main road). The customer service was excellent and answered all our inquiries. Also, the Japanese coffee served in the hotel was good.
It’s a pity that their business might close this year in August/September

I liked that each capsule had a curtain that could be pulled down and that there were sauna facilities. It would have been great if I could have rented a charger.

Pros:
1. It's very close to the subway station, just a two to three-minute walk, which is super convenient if you have a lot of luggage.
2. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly, and they speak English.
3. Fresh towels, toothbrushes, and other toiletries are provided daily.
4. The male and female dorms and shower areas are...
A decent capsule hotel with everything you need, compactly arranged.
The pod for sleeping is cozy for 1 night or 2 max because it’s tiny but it does the work ! The sauna and showers are very nice! There’s the temperature for each shower and great explanation of what to do on the wall. Overall i enjoyed my short stay !
The beds are decent, and there's a fan above each bed. They provide fresh toiletries daily. The only slight inconvenience is that even if you're staying multiple nights, you have to fully check out by 11 AM each day. You can store your luggage in the storage room on each floor, but it's a bit small, so you can't open your suitcase there. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory.
The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic. However, there’s no lift from the ground level to the lobby, so you’ll need to use the stairs. But from the lobby to the dormitory, there is a lift available. The location is great, close to Uniqlo and the metro station. Overall, it was a really good experience.

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, and the view was fantastic – we could even see the tower from our window. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread was really impressive. Definitely great value for money and highly recommended!
