Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande in Tokyo

Location is super convenient as there are Family Mart and Lawson nearby, short walking distance to Ginza and can save the transport

Room is nice, not too cramp for Tokyo’s standard. Bed is more to softer type. Bathtub is compact but the water flow is amazing! Fills the tub quickly. Hotel vibe is calm. Location is great. Managed to use the washing machine and dryer with ease (though a bit expensive). And takkyubin service went smoothly. Packages were taken care of and intact. Perhaps service can be warmer? Thank you!

The hotel was very clean and convenient. It is located close to the fish market and also near the train station, which made traveling very easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was a stopover for one night. It's just a building away from Tsukiji Station. The room was very compact and well-designed, clean and hygienic. I arrived at the hotel after 11 PM, and the front desk offered Chinese-speaking service.

This was my second time staying here. The first night, I found bloodstains on the duvet, so the front desk moved me to the 14th floor. The room upstairs was a bit bigger, and the toiletries were different too. The main draw is still the convenient location; it's easy to get anywhere from here, and there are plenty of convenience stores and cafes nearby.

The location is fantastic, though it's a bit pricey and doesn't include breakfast. Other than that, everything was good. We opted for the eco-friendly cleaning service. You get one bottle of water per day. The air conditioning was incredibly quiet, absolutely no noise at all. There's a bathtub, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The Wi-Fi was quite fast. They offer Chinese-speaking service, and self check-out is available. Many foreigners choose to stay here.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the Hibiya Line metro station. Ginza is also only a fifteen-minute walk away. All in all, it offers good value for money. I recommend staying here.

The room cleaning was not very satisfactory. There were unknown water/liquid stains on the small table, some small plastic packaging bags were left messy on the table, and the disposable slippers were squashed under the suitcase. Even my thermal underwear was casually tossed on the small table.

Reception staff very friendly & helpful, some staff speak good English otherwise translation apps were used. Rooms are relatively large by Tokyo standards with a huge bathroom including separate bath, shower worked very well. Bed very comfortable and pyjamas are excellent - we wanted to purchase but not available, the hotel could make more business there with exclusive Keihan pyjamas! Good range of options for breakfast, we did eat dinner once in the hotel and it was fine but we recommend exploring the nearby roads and side-streets, we stayed six nights and found many excellent local bars & restaurants which we preferred to the tourist spots. Location is great, my elderly parents were traveling with us and it's a nice, quiet area with excellent transport links. Very close to Tsukiji metro station which is only three stops from Tokyo mainline station so convenient for our onward journey to Kyoto. We also appreciated the efforts to minimise waste, water is provided in a Tetrapak which we refilled from the tap, and using the bedside tablet guests can choose how often they want the room cleaning. We highly recommend this hotel and enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location, close to Tsukuji/Shintomichō station, you can easily to access like Ginza/Tokyo station, basically you can go anywhere in Tokyo.
