This hotel is conveniently located near Ginza. It's not expensive to take a taxi to Ginza, Akihabara, Skytree, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it suitable for family trips.

The room for Tokio is very comfortable for family two children and two adults. Breakfasts were very delicious and various. Onsen was so relax. One especially moment: in the evening we couldn’t find a place for dinner. Every restraint was overcrowded.

Compared to other Route Inns, it is smaller overall (building, parking lot, rooms, large public bath, dining room, coin laundry, vending machine corner, etc.), but the staff are very friendly and it is comfortable.

Not as good as I'd imagined. The location is great, but it's quite a walk to the airport if you're taking public transport. The room was a bit basic, and the toiletries were very subpar. The biggest plus is definitely the hot spring.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's one of many within the same chain, and this particular one was recently renovated. However, the food quality has declined a bit; there isn't as much variety as before. I hope they improve this in the future to make the stay even more perfect. Stayed at Comfort Hotel Maebashi for a short trip. The room was warm and cozy, though a bit small — similar to most hotels in Japan. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the toilet felt more spacious compared to other hotels. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything you need. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The kaiseki dinner was absolutely delicious. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing, making this an amazing trip. I went without doing any research beforehand, but at the footbath bar where they serve welcome drinks, a staff member gave me a map and kindly recommended some great places to visit.

We took a room in the annex. We had a terrace overlooking the valley below. The onsen was on the terrace right next to the showers.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for a business trip. The front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and compact. The 1300 JPY breakfast offers enough variety, and there's a convenience store right downstairs. It's conveniently located just a 7-8 minute walk from the North Exit of the station.

The room was beautiful and came fully equipped with all amenities. I was very impressed with the incredibly attentive service from the front desk staff. The bed was comfortable, and the warm bathtub was a convenient addition.

The hotel is new and very clean, and the price is reasonable. For a Japanese economy hotel, the room size is decent; you can easily open large suitcases and still have room to move around. The place is quite small and Japanese-style, but it's incredibly well-equipped and has everything you could need. The bathhouse felt a bit cold later in the evening, as the water temperature wasn't quite warm enough. However, the open-air bathing area was quite unique.

Second time staying at this hotel and I loved our experience. The room is very spacious and bed is comfortable. And also the view of the Tokyo tower is stunning! The hotel is perfectly located with Lawson just downstairs, Nihonbashi station on the left and Ginza station just 10 minutes away on foot.

This Tokyo hotel is on the larger side, with relatively new facilities and good service. There are many Western guests, and the hotel has very convenient subway access. Using the hotel's dining area, you can get an amazing, close-up view of Tokyo Tower.

Everything was perfect at first — the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, around 2:30 AM, it became very noisy. I could hear people shouting, drunk guests screaming, and cars honking outside. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to sleep. Such a pity, as it could have been a perfect stay otherwise.
