The open-air bath was amazing. The room was modern, and the tableware and paintings were lovely. I'd like to use it again.
Brand new hotel with 360 view of Mt Nasu on 7/F onsen floor. Food is good with creative menu.
The baths were clean and very nice, but since the men's and women's baths are switched, I wish they had designed them with different atmospheres. It's a waste to have the baths in exactly the same design, just in different locations.
The hot spring was a spacious open-air bath overlooking the Nasu Five Mountains, and there was also a carbon bath, so I was able to relax.
The food was also delicious, with original dishes made using local ingredients.

Near from Hashimoto station and convenient location. The buses for onsen facilities also stop nearby. I liked the hotel very much.
The breakfast service is quite basic and room looks a little poor but it is just okay for your stomach. Others are quite the same as other standard business hotels. You can also use a parking near by at a fair price. Many restaurants, Izakaya and most importantly Donki are located near the hotel.
The facilities were perfect and there were no problems! We had a welcome drink and the breakfast bread was delicious, so we had a wonderful time 🍀 It's close to the station, the roads are well-lit and safe, so it's perfect for a girls' trip 🙆♀️
For business use. No complaints, no issues.
This was my first time staying here on a business trip. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. Don Quijote is right nearby, so I can shop even if I get home late, which is very convenient.
I wasn't very happy with the pillow, so when I requested, they prepared several types of pillows for me and I was able to choose the one I wanted.
I would definitely stay here again.

Although it's not a new hotel, the guest rooms, baths, and dining area were all very clean and comfortable. The complimentary drinks and ice cream in the lobby on the first floor were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes. We would definitely like to stay here again for a family trip.
This was my first time staying at a hotel. My first impression was that there was no one at the front desk. They let you check in using a tablet and then let you into your room. I didn't know how to use the tablet, so after about 30 minutes of fiddling around, they finally printed out a check-in form. When I got to my room, there was no explanation of where the hotel's facilities were; I had to look...
I think it was enough for 3 stars hotel but at the breakfast time, we had to wait for the table so it would be amazing if I didn’t have to wait for the table but overall it was pretty good! And they have free shuttle bus from the station to the hotel so that was good. Food was really good too especially Sukiyaki was amazing!
Advantages: There are restaurants across the street and convenience stores nearby. It has four individual baths and is clean and hygienic. The scenery is beautiful.
Disadvantages: Parking is inconvenient as it requires being 700 meters away in a parking lot. Breakfast options are limited.
This was my first time using this hotel. I chose it because of the good reviews. It was almost as good as the reviews said, but there were six stink bugs in the room. This is a major drawback. I think there may be a problem with the ventilation system during cleaning. I would appreciate it if you could improve this.
It was nice, but there was nothing around. However, the bath was amazing. So overall, it was pretty good. There were a few too many bugs, though.

Good service, Nice view. Clean room.
Good facility
A bit aged interior decoration... meals are disappointed... over price..
The service is excellent, all the staff are so nice, and the food is also delicious.
really amazing service especially the onsen the adult food. rooms are a little outdated. It did catch us off guard as it was about 1000 USD for two nights for the 3 kids and their meals were like pasta and fries. I am not sure we would have spend this money staying with kids. Better suited for adults or if money really isn't an issue spending already so much at the hotel.
Nice accommodation, good service, but average food
The breakfast and dinner place is comfortable and rich, the room is large and comfortable. I originally booked a Japanese-style room, but my friend couldn't sleep on the floor and asked to change to a bed room. The staff immediately helped to deal with it. The staff service was very good.

A stylish hotel. The staff were lovely and made our stay very comfortable. The private sauna, available separately, was also a fantastic touch.
We stayed here as a family. The tatami mats were a nice touch. Having the bathroom, sink, and toilet separate was great because I could soak in the tub and relieve the fatigue in my feet.
My friend and I stayed here. We appreciated having a separate toilet and bathroom. The power outlet placement was a bit inconvenient, but we were able to rent an extension cord, which made charging devices easy. Ice was also readily available from the front desk. Conveniently close to Yokohama main few stations, and a 15min walk to Minatomirai and RedBrick Warehouse.

The room was perfect for a solo traveler, equipped with a fridge, microwave, air conditioning, and 24-hour hot water. It even had a small bathtub. No complimentary bottled water, but there was an electric kettle. As always, it's a code-based check-in, which is great because you don't have to worry about losing a room card.
Clean and tidy, and super convenient for getting around with the station right outside. There's a supermarket and convenience store near the station that are open late, which was perfect for us busy workers. It's located away from the bustling downtown area so it's quiet, but you can get to Tokyo Station in just three stops. Highly recommended for those on a budget.
Very simple, great for the price paid. tiny bed for two people but alright.
It's conveniently in front of the Shiomi Airport so very helpful!
I am amazed of how clean the room is but the noise outside can be easily heard inside. Still very happy with the booking!
Close to the metro, quiet location. No one can speak English, and breakfast consists in a box containing rice and a few pieces of preserced fish and meet, accompanied with a cold bottle of a similar to cold tea beverage. Inedible for most Western people
Actually quite good for the hotel. Only the issue of hotel location.

Fantastic location.
The only downside is room a little outdated with mould on the ceiling and inside the wardrobe.
Great place and very comfortable.
A place stagnate in time, with timeless charm and good environment. Located conveniently nearby to Yumoto Station is a great plus for laid back area of Hakone. Service staff are friendly and attentive to details, and have no difficulty to communicate in English. Recommended for slow pace holiday
Excellent! This onsen ryokan, operating for over 70 years, boasts 9 natural spring sources, a clear testament to its authentic *gensen kakenagashi* (free-flowing hot spring water) system. It's a short, convenient walk from the station. The bamboo grove at the entrance is exquisitely maintained, and we were welcomed by female staff in traditional attire. The hotel has a very authentic Japanese style. Its interior is also beautiful, making it a perfect spot for photos. The hotel's ambiance was exceptionally comfortable, far exceeding my expectations. Good location, great views from the hotel room, and facilities/amenities were great! Not forgot to mention the happy hour welcome drinks and also can choose your pillow for your own comfort.
The room was tiny but incredibly clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair there! 😂 It was a godsend after a long day of sightseeing, providing a much-needed massage. The staff were very responsible and professional. The twin room was the same size as a single room, which was expected and perfectly fine. The location is indeed convenient, and the natural hot spring is a definite bonus. However, there are two points I'd like to share:

Very cozy and clean hotel stay, near Akihabara JR station so it is very convenient to travel around. Even has an onsen on site and free drinks in the evenings.

This is a great hotel, very close to Akihabara subway station. The lobby is on the second floor where you can have breakfast and there are free drinks. All the staff are very polite and always greet you with a smile. Close to the train station, making bus travel convenient. The hotel has a hot spring, and we usually went around 3 PM when it was empty, which was very relaxing. Breakfast is provided, and since we're used to Japanese-style breakfasts, it was perfectly fine for us.
The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Tobu-Nikko Station and a 1-minute walk opposite Nikko JR Station. It's really easy to get to all the attractions by bus, highly recommended! Plus, there's a hot spring public bath.
Great location, right opposite the station, perfect for dropping off luggage and exploring Nikko. It was also an excellent choice for catching the early morning bus to Akechidaira during the autumn foliage season. The service was excellent, and booking in advance gave us great value for money!
The location is super, it’s opposite JR Nikko and a short walk from Tobu Nikko station. One big plus is the onsen.
The hotel is jaded, you can tell from the light switches but the cleanliness is more or less there. Breakfast spread is sadly lacking.
Convenient place. It’s just a 5min walk from the Tobu Nikko station (the station you would arrive in if you rode over from Asakusa).
