Brand new hotel with 360 view of Mt Nasu on 7/F onsen floor. Food is good with creative menu.

The baths were clean and very nice, but since the men's and women's baths are switched, I wish they had designed them with different atmospheres. It's a waste to have the baths in exactly the same design, just in different locations.

The hot spring was a spacious open-air bath overlooking the Nasu Five Mountains, and there was also a carbon bath, so I was able to relax. The food was also delicious, with original dishes made using local ingredients.

The breakfast service is quite basic and room looks a little poor but it is just okay for your stomach. Others are quite the same as other standard business hotels. You can also use a parking near by at a fair price. Many restaurants, Izakaya and most importantly Donki are located near the hotel.

The facilities were perfect and there were no problems! We had a welcome drink and the breakfast bread was delicious, so we had a wonderful time 🍀 It's close to the station, the roads are well-lit and safe, so it's perfect for a girls' trip 🙆♀️

This was my first time staying here on a business trip. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. Don Quijote is right nearby, so I can shop even if I get home late, which is very convenient. I wasn't very happy with the pillow, so when I requested, they prepared several types of pillows for me and I was able to choose the one I wanted. I would definitely stay here again.

Although it's not a new hotel, the guest rooms, baths, and dining area were all very clean and comfortable. The complimentary drinks and ice cream in the lobby on the first floor were a nice touch, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes. We would definitely like to stay here again for a family trip.

This was my first time staying at a hotel. My first impression was that there was no one at the front desk. They let you check in using a tablet and then let you into your room. I think it was enough for 3 stars hotel but at the breakfast time, we had to wait for the table so it would be amazing if I didn’t have to wait for the table but overall it was pretty good! Advantages: There are restaurants across the street and convenience stores nearby. It has four individual baths and is clean and hygienic. The scenery is beautiful. Disadvantages: Parking is inconvenient as it requires being 700 meters away in a parking lot. Breakfast options are limited.

This was my first time using this hotel. I chose it because of the good reviews. It was almost as good as the reviews said, but there were six stink bugs in the room. This is a major drawback. I think there may be a problem with the ventilation system during cleaning. I would appreciate it if you could improve this.

really amazing service especially the onsen the adult food. rooms are a little outdated. It did catch us off guard as it was about 1000 USD for two nights for the 3 kids and their meals were like pasta and fries. I am not sure we would have spend this money staying with kids. Better suited for adults or if money really isn't an issue spending already so much at the hotel.

The breakfast and dinner place is comfortable and rich, the room is large and comfortable. I originally booked a Japanese-style room, but my friend couldn't sleep on the floor and asked to change to a bed room. The staff immediately helped to deal with it. The staff service was very good.

The room was perfect for a solo traveler, equipped with a fridge, microwave, air conditioning, and 24-hour hot water. It even had a small bathtub. No complimentary bottled water, but there was an electric kettle. As always, it's a code-based check-in, which is great because you don't have to worry about losing a room card.

An absolutely terrible experience. Ctrip stated there would be two beds plus two tatami mats. Upon arrival, I found out the two tatami mats weren't standard; you had to lay them out yourself, separated by just two sheets. It's unbelievable that Ctrip advertised two tatami mats.

Although it's a men's/women's alternating bath, having an open-air bath is a big plus. They don't provide facial cleanser, so it's best to bring your own. There's also all-you-can-eat ice cream and coffee. For me, it was more than enough.

On the way to Mito, I was tired from driving, so I decided to stay overnight at this hotel. There was a large public bath, so I was able to relax. I felt much better, so I headed to Mito early the next morning.

The luxurious hot springs can sometimes be reserved exclusively for you. You can experience an extremely luxurious feeling. I used them on a business trip. It was especially great to soak in the hot springs after a day of standing at work!
