This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's still a fantastic experience. Not only is the location great, offering direct views of Rainbow Bridge and distant views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower, but the hot spring on the 14th-floor rooftop is also excellent – I visited almost every day. At just over 700 a night, this hotel offers excellent value for money. We, a family of three, booked a triple room, and it was very spacious. The room also came with a table and chairs, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. There's a convenient shuttle service to Disneyland, and a large Aeon supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel facilities are outdated, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The night manager said it was because guests come from all over the world, so there were lingering body odors and perfume smells in the rooms. If you book this hotel, request a room on floors 8-10 as they have been renovated.

There is a shuttle bus to Narita airport, so the location is not bad. The room is clean and kind of big. The bed is too soft. Everything is fine, and is a choice if you need to stay at Narita.

For a hotel that's around 20 years old, the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the Spa closing at 10 PM; this feels unreasonable given guests' typical routines.
