This hotel is conveniently located near Ginza. It's not expensive to take a taxi to Ginza, Akihabara, Skytree, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it suitable for family trips.

Walking distance from JR Shimabshi. Convenient for getting around Tokyo and also outside of Tokyo. Quite new. Nice onsen. Nothing bad to say.

Thank you very much. Very comfortable location. The station is not far from the hotel and you can change several lines of metro. The room for Tokio is very comfortable for family two children and two adults. Breakfasts were very delicious and various. Onsen was so relax.
One especially moment: in the evening we couldn’t find a place for dinner. Every restraint was overcrowded.

The room was very clean and soundproofed, so we weren't disturbed by any noise from next door. The location is convenient, very close to the metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was quick.

The hotel's location is impeccable, just a few minutes' walk from Shimbashi Station (both subway and JR lines). There are plenty of dining options nearby, from casual meals to yakiniku and izakayas. The hotel facilities are relatively complete; everything you'd expect is there, except for a safe. The front desk is on the 11th floor, but the elevator display isn't very clear – the button just says 'Front' instead of 'Desk,' which is a bit confusing, and there's no signage at the elevator entrance. The room size is small, but the layout is quite reasonable. However, the air in the room wasn't very fresh; there was a persistent musty smell. Breakfast met basic needs, with both Japanese and Western options available, though seating was limited, so you might have to wait. Overall, the value for money is decent. The location is definitely the biggest selling point; everything else is pretty much on par with a 3-to-4-star hotel.

Everyone was great except a 50+ year old Japanese man (he cannot be call a service staff since he does not understand service !) who doesn’t really speak English, that thinks he is a bottled water policeman and when you ask the water that you have paid for, he will treat you as a theft and liar just because you’ve asked him for the bottled water that you have already PAID for ! Unfortunately the nice Japanese manger is too young and nice to deal with him.

Had a fantastic stay. The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance, and my room was cozy and spotless. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. While not spacious, the room was well-designed with excellent amenities, including hot water, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The staff were warm and courteous; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and room service was prompt and thorough. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway and shopping areas. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent, and it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Despite the slightly small room, its minor flaw was overshadowed by the overall experience, which far exceeded my expectations. It was a great value for money and highly recommended!
