Hotaku HOTEL Akihabara in Tokyo

Booked this hotel because it’s close to Tokyo station and make it convenient for us. Nice hotel with convenient stores nearby.

I stayed at Sukumo during my trip to Tokyo with family. Total 4 adults, beds are big enough (slightly larger than Queen size) and it can fit two of the beds plus 1 sofa bed.

The place is super clean, very well organised (The total space is small but bcs of how well structured it was, the room feels rly spacious), my family and I can even sit around the table for light snack and breakfast. They even provide mini oven and microwave in case you want to reheat anything u bought from convenient store, and there’s a family mart just right across the street! Most surprisingly, the room even comes with a mini tub and washing machine! 5/5 for amenities 👍🏼

The receptionist is super friendly and helpful, they shared instruction to check-in before we even arrived, and after we’ve arrived they even doubled check with us to make sure we managed to check-in. The room even comes with a booklet of helpful manual!

Side note : They even folded some origami themselves and let us take it home as souvenirs, makes u feel welcomed and homey.

Lastly, for those who worry about luggages after check-out time, they provide FREE luggage storage service after check-out, which we are super grateful for and strongly recommend anyone who wants to stay around Tokyo area.

Location is just 5 mins walking distance from Kanda station and super near to Shibuya and Ginza.

The owner is incredibly nice! Since our two families were staying together, they specially arranged a standalone unit for us. The front desk staff were very welcoming, guiding us everywhere and making sure we had everything we needed – we loved it! There are many subway stations nearby, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.

The hotel is very strategic, not far from the station, not far from places to eat, spacious rooms, child friendly 👍🏻

This is relatively more spacious for my family of four people. The suite is clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient with JR and metro nearby. Tokyo Station and Akihabara are within walking distance.

Great staff and great service specially the daily cleaning of our rooms.
Location is a bit far from different metro stations like shinjuku line, hibiya line and JR yananote line but within 8 to 10 mins walk.
Free amentiies at the 2nd floor. Razor comb toothbrush towels wash cloths pajamas or bath robes. Akihabara is 15 mins walk. We were able to walk until Ueno and Ameyoko also 15-18 mins walk.
Easy check in and check out. Best part was we were allowed to checkin early by 12nn. Which is Very rare in Tokyo accommodations.

This hotel is conveniently located near Kanda, Akihabara, and Bakurocho stations. There's an Aeon supermarket and a 7-Eleven nearby. They even have USB charging ports, so no worries if you forget your adapter. They provide two complimentary bottles of water daily (which is uncommon for most Japanese hotels). If you need your room cleaned, just hang the sign on your doorknob before 2 PM (staff told me it's camera-monitored). There's no washing machine, but a laundromat is a 3-minute walk away. It's open 24/7, accepts IC cards, and you can wash and dry 10kg of laundry for 1000 yen in an hour.

First impressions I felt like I was being let into my on special secret lair. Room was spacious, very clean and so comfortable. Great place to lay my head at night after a day of exploring. Leaving with my very own origami crane. When I come back to Japan again, definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Loved the stay, the place was very spacious and clean! Also the staff in the office were super helpful and friendly with amazing communication. Would stay here again if we could!
