Located very close to Ueno station. Very convenient to access the station, ameyoko/shopping street and Ueno park.

The room felt quite spacious. The bath was bigger than other 3 star hotels.

The only thing that put me off was the toilet - as you can see in the photo, I think they’re not getting it clean well and felt disgusting. They need to improve this.

The location is fantastic, just a two-minute walk from Ueno Station! The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist with any requests.

We reserved a room for 2 nights. The hotel is mainly self-service. They provide some free amenities like tooth brush, lotions, shower towels etc. while some complimentary tea bag and coffee available at hotel lobby. What’s surprising me is room cleanliness level were under my expectations. The bathroom floor was with obvious dirt, the shower curtain was yellowish, and the ventilation system were attached with lots of dust. You could also find obvious dirts on TV screen and working desk. Although we just stayed for two nights and make up service is not necessary for us, the hotel only provide make up service for guest staying for morn than 4 nights. I believe it is the reason why the cleanliness level was such worse. What a disappointing stay experience.

Since my friend lives near Ueno Station, I specifically booked a hotel here for my last few days to make it easier to meet up.

The location is fantastic, and the front desk lady was super friendly and had a sweet smile. I really liked her! The first floor also offers free tea, soup, a microwave, and tables and chairs for dining.

They don't provide daily housekeeping, but you can leave your trash and used towels outside your door each morning to get fresh ones. I think that's perfectly fine; we didn't have much trash to dispose of anyway.

The bed was a bit too soft for me; the edges were high, and the middle sagged a bit, causing a slight incline. The hairdryer was quite loud and piercing. It would be perfect if they could improve those two things.

Location is good, near Ueno station and Keisei Ueno station, so easy access to get to the airport. Also a lot of restaurants nearby

This was so great! Location is good, very close to JR station and sightseeing places. And the room is clean, staffs are helpful and friendly.The hotel also provided various of amenities. Hotel room was not spacious but it’s fine for me, it is Tokyo standard anyway. Nothing to complain at all, if I must say, it would be the noise of the dryer, surprisingly loud, that I had to put on my earplugs when used. Overall a very pleasant experience of stay.
