The hotel is clean and conveniently located near the station, making travel easy. You need to leave your key at the front desk before checking out. The staff are polite and provide good service. There's also a washing machine, which is very convenient.

We stay just for a night to catch early morning Shinkansen. The location is not too far from both Ueno and Okachimachi, however due to rain, its harder to walk there.
The hotel is clean but a bit old and I cannot open the windows so its kinda hot (until late night where the temp drops).

Super convenient! Right downstairs, it's bustling with activity, and the station is just a few minutes away. Couldn't be easier! 👍👍👍

Not for fussy travelers. Very basic and dated room, cant complain any as the rates was really good. Lobby provides lotion or scrubs, and also coffee n tea. Need to deposit the room key each time we go out of the hotel. Very near to Keisei ueno station is a plus

The worst hotel I have ever experienced and worst it was happened in UENO, Tokyo.
We checked in late evening and after dudocivered the hotel room is totally unacceptable and we have made decision to move out immediately after we have found a hotel next door.
I have asked for refund but trip.com didn’t entertain and probably I will

The location is good near Ueno station. Facility is old but clean.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of eateries downstairs and nearby, and it's also very close to Ueno Station. The hotel has its own hot spring bath, which is a nice touch, though overall the hotel facilities are a bit dated.

I love this hotel because of location and onsen. Luggage storage is benefit. Hotel staff so kindly. Check in 14.00 and check out 12.00.

So run-down and old. The bathroom walls and shower curtain were stained, and the bathtub surface was all scratched up – it was really disgusting. I searched forever for a power outlet and found only one, hidden next to the table, which was very inconvenient. This place definitely needs a renovation. I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's close to the station and the surrounding area is very lively with great shopping and food options.

near train station, inexpensive price.

Tiny guest room as described in the website. We stayed in a twin bed room. Hotel is overall old and old-fashioned. But location is very convenient, only 3 minutes walk from Ueno train station. Breakfast was included in room rate which was quite good. Service was good.

Nice Hotel close to the center of shopping area for Clothes, Shoes, Jewelleries, food etc. But very strict rules for single room customers

Twin room is very compact. Not exist table. Only sideboard and TV. Bathroom is most compact type.
