The room is sufficient for one adult and able to fully open up a 24inch suitcase. Drinks and tea bags are at the free working space and you can find the washer, dryer, ice dispenser and oven in front of the elevator at the second floor reception. Overall is a comfortable stay.

Facilities: Excellent, always my top choice whenever I'm in Nihonbashi.
Cleanliness: Very good, spotless.
Environment: Convenient transportation nearby, plenty of dining options.
Service: Excellent, I'll definitely be back.

Excellent hotel with great proximity to Tokyo Station and Nihombashi Station, and is walkable to Ginza. I greatly appreciated all the complimentary amenities: free coffee and soup station, face masks, lotions, etc., 2 free bottles of water each day, a variety of tea bags, etc. The front desk staff were all very kind. The bed and room felt surprisingly roomy. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is at a very convenient location, we can walk to the hotel from Tokyo Station within 5 mins, there’s a lot of shops in the underground shopping street too.

The Manager specially moved 2 chairs for me and my friend to sit while we were waiting for the laundry!!

The hotel location is the best, only four minutes walk to the Tokyo station. The room size (17-sqm) is small which is pretty standard of Japanese hotel and good enough to sleep at night. From 11:00-22:00, there are free drinks, including water, soda, tea and coffee at the lobby which is very refreshing after a long day outside.

There are also free amenities available for you to pick up at the check-in counter as well, such as facia mask, lotion, food pad, etc. The hotel staff can speak English very well and friendly. I will consider coming back here for my next trip.

Prefect location ,very near to Tokyo station. Nice food around the premises . Highly recommended to anyone who is going to Tokyo.

The room was quite clean and compact, a bit small but had all the necessary amenities. It's also very close to the subway station, making travel really convenient. The service was good too. I had a pleasant trip, very satisfied.

The most convenient thing about this place is its proximity to Tokyo Station, just a 7-8 minute walk away. You can find it easily by locating the Daimaru department store at Tokyo Station and crossing the street. However, besides this advantage, everything else is pretty average. The hotel is quite old and small. But, for an overnight stay before heading to Mount Fuji, it served its purpose. Taking the bus directly from Narita Airport was the most convenient option.

Although the facilities are basic and the price isn't cheap, this was the closest and most affordable option near Tokyo Station when I booked. Luckily, the hotel itself is good quality; the room was small, but I slept comfortably.
