The room was a bit small, and the double bed, at 1.3 meters, felt a little cramped. However, the location was excellent, and the room was relatively quiet. The price was also reasonable.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for two people. The location is convenient, close to Daimon Station and JR Hamamatsucho Station. If you don't mind a slightly longer walk, you can also take the Yurikamome Line. There's a convenience store downstairs, but the area isn't particularly lively. Check-in is fully self-service, and you can call staff if you need assistance – the service is excellent. However, the two robots at the front desk actually move, which startled me! The hotel has coin-operated washers and dryers, and you can exchange coins at the front desk machine. There are self-service lockers on the second floor, which are very handy.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and it's nice and quiet around there. It's a fully self-service setup, but the front desk is just awful.

The best thing is location. It is so easy to take public train. The room is designed for a single person and space is not big but I am fine with only myself. They provide service for keeping your luggage and I am very happy to store my luggage and travel to other places.

The location is key – it's about a two-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station North Exit, and the fastest monorail gets you to Haneda Airport in just 16 minutes. It couldn't be more convenient. The hotel has a beautiful name, Henn-na, which sounds like a beautiful European girl's name. I was a bit uneasy when I found out 'Henn-na' means 'strange' in Japanese. Upon arrival, I realized it's all self-service, with two robots serving as staff. It was a bit creepy at first, but after three days, I got used to it. Overall, the hotel isn't much different from a standard business hotel.

First off, the location is super convenient. It's a 5-minute walk to both JR Hamamatsucho and the monorail to Haneda Airport. Even though it's an unmanned front desk, check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, no issues at all.

However, I don't quite understand why they put a huge clothes refresher in an already tiny room. It made it really hard to even open my suitcase...
