Great location and view from the room.
Unfortunately a room wasn’t clean enough, a lot of unexpected items under the bed.
Windows were impossible to open, resulting not enough fresh air.
Bed was fine with me, firm is ok.
But no soundproofing, noise all night from other guests.
There were not enough hooks in the bathroom for 2 people or even for one, I was unsure where to put towels if only one hook available.

Stuff was helpful!

Overall I don’t think I’d stay again here.

Here's my personal take:

First, you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel front desk. This is really inconvenient if you have large luggage.

Second, the hotel elevator is tiny; it's completely full with just two large suitcases and two people.

Third, the hotel is over a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, and there are many traffic lights along the way.

Fourth, there are many bars downstairs, including *** and ******* bars. If you're interested, you might want to try your luck there.

Fifth, the hotel isn't close to any of Shinjuku's attractions; everything is more than a ten-minute walk away.

Overall, small rooms are common in Japan, so don't expect anything different. Location is very important when traveling, and prices can fluctuate wildly. Booking in advance versus on the day can even result in a difference of several hundred dollars, so always keep an eye on room rates to protect your interests!

The hotel was conveniently located next to Shinjuku Sanchome station and there are free drinks at the lobby. The room is a little small but it is very worth it for the price and location.

The location is fantastic! The subway exit is right outside, with Shinjuku Station, Shinjuku-sanchome, and several lines all accessible from here. It's about a 5-minute walk to Kabukicho, and you have everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room is great too, with enough space and comfortable bedding. The service is excellent, and there are many Chinese-speaking staff members who are particularly nice.

The room size is quite small but similar to other business hotel , same as price .
Luggage storage is available.
There is elevator in the hotel but there are some steps for you to take before you get inside the hotel.

Room a bit small but location very convenient. Many shop nearby.

The room's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Although it's not large, it has everything you need and is very practical, making it ideal for solo travelers. Convenience stores and the subway station are also very close by.

The room was clean and comfortable, despite being small it has everything you need and suitable for a solo travelers. The location is really convenient: close to a subway station and within walking distance of Uniqlos and Donkis.
Stuff was attentive, friendly, and quick to help with any requests (they allowed me to keep my luggage after check out and later helped to call a taxi to the airport).
Overall, great value for money. I’d happily stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located right on Shinjuku's main street, making transportation a breeze. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby to cover all your daily needs. Plus, if you're looking to visit the Disney Flagship Store in Shinjuku, it's easily accessible from here.
