First, it is reasonably priced. You can get a room for a lower price than in central Tokyo. It is only about 15 minutes by Subway from Shinjuku, and the hotel is conveniently located near the subway exit.
Second, the staff are very friendly. While checking in, they chatted with me, so I felt very welcome here.
Finally, the breakfast buffet is of good quality for a business hotel. The yakisoba and tater tots on the buffet were great!
