The location is fantastic! Right next to Otemachi Station, making transportation super convenient. The view from the window is amazing, and the room was spotless with great attention to detail. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! I absolutely love the Otemachi location – it's quiet amidst the bustling city, central, and very reasonably priced. Multiple subway and JR lines are within walking distance. Breakfast was good too! The surrounding drugstores weren't crowded, had decent prices, and no need to jostle with people.

Peaceful and quiet location. Convenient metro stations located nearby making travels around tokyo easier.

The room is a bit small but I guess it is common in Japan, especially in Tokyo town. Location wise, it’s a short walk to kanda station and also a walkable distance to Tokyo station. Kanda JR station basically is good enough. Access to chuo line and Yamanote line. These 2 lines are good enough to go ueno, akihabara, shibuya, shinjuku, ikebukuro. And this station also hold the ginza metro line.
And nearby otemachi station who has access to most of the subway lines.
There are convenience stores nearby, 7-11 just next to it.

Fuss free hotel. Quite a walk from station but it is also only few stops away from tokyo, shibuya, shinjuku.
There is a 711 right next door.

The check in was quick and the amenities provided are self service

For the matcha hunters, there is a tea shop 3 mins away from the hotel that sells tea and matcha powder

The location is a bit out of the way, so transportation isn't the most convenient. However, there's a Matsuya restaurant across the street and a very affordable small supermarket next door that accepts Alipay. Rooms aren't cleaned daily, but they do provide fresh towels and trash removal, so the service is still quite good.

Facilities: Extremely comprehensive and well-equipped.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy; housekeeping comes to clean every day. Very polite.
Environment: Convenient transportation with several subway stations nearby. It's also very easy to get to the Imperial Palace, just a short walk away. There are parks and museums nearby too.
Service: The service is very polite, and they respond to messages promptly.

I chose this hotel for a business trip because of its convenient location. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the subway station, which is pretty decent. Regarding cleanliness, the hotel does a thorough cleaning every 3 days. In between, they change the trash and towels. So, you might find yourself doing most of the tidying up yourself. For breakfast, there were a lot of foreign guests, and it was Western-style. If you wanted coffee, you usually had to wait in line. Maybe I was just going down during peak hours because it was so crowded that I gave up and just had cold milk instead.
