Clean and comfortable. Only complain about the room was the space allocated to move around the room and to put our luggages were far too small. Not to mention the bathroom, i am fairly a petite sized female and I already felt it was too small. I can't imagine what it must be like for someone bigger sized than me.
Location was great because Family Mart is just next door. Train station is also quite near at a mere 6 minutes walk from the hotel.
Hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Very pleasant experience to speak with them.

This hotel’s biggest strength is its location—just a 5-minute walk from Asakusabashi Station with direct train access to both Narita and Haneda airports. Rooms are typically small but spotlessly clean, and the neighborhood is quiet yet close to Akihabara and Asakusa. It’s an excellent choice for budget-conscious solo travelers who prioritize convenience over space. Just be aware of the firm bed, hard pillow, and 10 a.m. checkout.

This is my go-to hotel. It's very clean, relatively close to Asakusabashi Station, and there's a Family Mart right next door on the first floor, which is super convenient.

The room was tiny, with a view of an emergency exit covered in black film. We couldn't even tell what the weather was like outside, or if it was day or night. The location is decent, but there's only one attraction within walking distance. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby. On the first floor, there's a microwave and a water cooler. Otherwise, I liked the room; it had everything we needed.

Excellent choice for a solo traveler! The hotel is a five-minute walk from the metro station. The room itself was clean and comfortable, towels and amenities (including a yukata) were changed daily, and trash was also removed daily upon request. Overall, everything was great! The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of any niche or safe for storing belongings; I had to put everything on the table. Other than that, the room and hotel are superb, and I can confidently recommend them! APA, well done, you maintain your reputation!

This accommodation is perfect for solo travelers. The location is quiet and peaceful, not busy at all. I highly recommend it for anyone attending a concert at Tokyo Dome. Plus, getting to and from Narita Airport is quite easy.

A short subway ride from most of Tokyo and within walking distance of Senso-ji temple, this hotel was a bit cramped for two but worked well v for the location. We had a nice stay! Thanks
