Hotel Lumiere Nishikasai in Tokyo

Outstanding customer service. The reception desk were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage with them before check in and after checking out.

Location is near enough to the train station. Not too far to travel out to the main areas like Tokyo station or Ginza station.

We enjoyed our room. Everything was clean and new. Breakfast was also included but we didn’t make it in time. I did get to enjoy their free coffee though.

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. It's conveniently located, and the rooms are relatively quiet with good amenities. The cleanliness of the room was also satisfactory. There are plenty of attractions and dining options nearby, which was very considerate. The breakfast was also excellent. I'm very satisfied with my stay overall!

Great stay, good sized bedroom with all amenities plus mini fridge, microwave, water kettle and a password coded safe, excellent service in every aspect. 10/10 recommend

An amazing hotel! It's about a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Kasai, making it very convenient for transportation. Since it was recently renovated, all the facilities are in excellent condition. The hotel breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended!

It's quite close to Disneyland, about a 40-minute ride. Getting to Ginza and Ikebukuro is also very convenient. From the airport, it's about an hour and twenty minutes with one train transfer. After exiting Nishi-Kasai Station, it's a five-minute walk to the hotel, which is super convenient. There are supermarkets, drugstores, and convenience stores along the way.

Hotel is very clean and close to the subway and shopping mall. Amenities and facilities in hotel also good.

This is a great hotel, very clean and hygienic. There's a 24-hour FamilyMart right across the street. It's also very close to Nishi-Kasai subway station, making transportation super convenient, although the Tozai Line does get incredibly crowded in the mornings 😂. Breakfast was just okay.

This is nice hotel, it's a big hotel that i ever stay in tokyo and the price is affordable, hope i'll stay again in lumiere nishikasai next time to tokyo

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located *** not too far from Disneyland. ****

The property has recently been renovated, so everything felt new, clean, and comfortable. Our family of three stayed in a spacious room with three beds, which was perfect for us. The room was also equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and an electric stove, making it incredibly convenient for families who prefer to prepare simple meals.

For the price, this hotel is excellent value. The only downside is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but considering the affordable rate, it was still acceptable. Another small drawback is that the hotel does not offer parking, so guests traveling by car may need to plan accordingly.

Despite these minor issues, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip.
