The only thing I have to tell is that the place was dim and it could be a little bit spooky, but everything was good enough for its price. The place is a little bit far from the train station and the nearest exit of the station has no elevator.

The hotel is right next to a busy subway line, so some noise is unavoidable. However, if you close the window, most of the sound is blocked out. This is a self-check-in and check-out hotel by design. The subway station mentioned in the hotel's name is actually about a 10-minute walk away, but there's another subway station very close by. There are also izakayas and convenience stores in the vicinity.

Good value hotel and the breakfast was good. Close to train stations so it is easy to get to either airport. Although there are train lines nearby I did not notice any noice

Well connected near Ueno Park. Very good renovation, good size and great bathroom.

Small but sufficient for short stay. Breakfast is not very nice though but maybe we have different taste bud.
Close to train station about 10 mins walk.

The hotel is very close to Uguisudani Station's North Exit, but since there are no elevators or escalators there, it can be quite inconvenient if you're carrying a lot of luggage. However, because it's a smaller station, it's easier to find a seat on the JR Yamanote Line in the mornings. I didn't have breakfast, but the room itself was very clean and relatively quiet. Although the walk from the North Exit passes a lot of love hotels, if you don't mind that, the location is excellent. There's also a supermarket nearby that's open until 11 PM, and late-night restaurants. Most importantly, there's a Don Quijote near the North Exit.

The hotel is right behind the JR railway line, and it's about a ten-minute walk to Nippori Station. However, the noise from the JR trains passing by can be quite loud.

There were strands of hair on the duvet, which is unacceptable for the price.

An average hotel overall, neither particularly good nor particularly bad. It’s located in a rather dull area near the metro, and you can clearly hear the trains passing by. The room was small and also poorly designed, with an unnecessary large glass table and a sofa that took up most of the space for no real reason. The furniture and TV were outdated, and the bathroom was old as well. Cleanliness was average.

The staff were helpful, especially with the luggage forwarding service. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. If the hotel were renovated, it could actually become a pleasant place to stay.

Close to multiple subway stations but didnt realize hotel is located in the LOVE HOTEL district. Wasn’t unsafe but traveling alone I would not have stayed here.
