Near University of Tokyo. Ueno Park (Zoo) and Shopping Street are are within walking distance, approx. 24 mins walk). There are Family Marts, 7-Eleven and supermarts nearby too. Room is comfy and cosy, 24 hour self-service laundry is available at Level 2. Didnt try the restaurant at Level 1 even though breakfast/ lunch/ dinner are available and payable.

This was my second time to stayed here for two nights because it's near to Tokyo University. Amenities were really good so you can stay comfortable and convenient.

The hotel is up a hill, I thought I was in the wrong place at first. They offer complimentary herbal tea and coffee, and the service is good. There are also vending machines and washing machines (though only two, and they're often occupied due to their age).

I am writing a review for a hotel I stayed at and was extremely satisfied with. I was thoroughly impressed with both the service attitude and the facilities. The hotel staff were very patient and friendly—if you had any questions, you could always ask them, and they would gladly assist. The public areas of the hotel are elegant and clean, and enjoying a cup of complimentary freshly brewed coffee here was a wonderful way to recharge.

The room decor features a strong Showa-era style. You can’t imagine how happy I was when I woke up one morning, turned on the radio, and found it playing the Vienna New Year’s Concert! Although the room is vintage, it is exceptionally clean and fully equipped. The hotel is located right next to the University of Tokyo, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll on a sunny afternoon.

Overall, this is a great value-for-money Showa-style hotel. During my stay, I caught a glimpse of what reminded me of the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The area around it was quiet, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and helpful with local information. It's conveniently located near the University of Tokyo and Tokyo Dome City attractions, all within walking distance. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel is quite close to the University of Tokyo, about a 7-8 minute walk. The overall environment is relatively quiet, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are clean. The service attitude is average, not particularly enthusiastic.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, right by the entrance of the University of Tokyo, just a few minutes' walk away. The surrounding streets are very peaceful and clean. Every time I visit Tokyo, I stay at this hotel. The rooms are also quite spacious.

This place is incredibly close to Tokyo University, literally just across the street, which was super convenient. There are tons of restaurants and convenience stores right nearby. The subway station isn't far either. Overall, it's a fantastic choice, and the price is very reasonable.

The room was excellent: well-equipped, spotless, and quite spacious. Its location right next to the University of Tokyo was incredibly convenient. The subway station was a bit of a walk away, though. The only downside was the bed, which I found quite firm.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, only a few hundred meters from Todai (University of Tokyo). Ueno Park is within easy walking distance, and a delightful bonus was seeing the lotus flowers in full bloom during my stay. It's also conveniently close to the subway station, making visits to the National Museum and the National Museum of Western Art very straightforward. The hotel rooms are spacious, and they even provide free laundry facilities and a microwave.
