It's an okay, pretty standard hotel. The main drawback is that it's not very close to the station.

1. It's quite far from the station and hard to find, especially if you have a lot of luggage.
2. The hygiene was terrible – no duvet cover, and the sheets and bedding were very dirty.
3. The front desk service wasn't good; they didn't explain the room features clearly and didn't even ask if I needed things like a comb.
4. The soundproofing in the room was very poor, so I couldn't sleep well at night.
5. The breakfast wasn't good either.
I had no choice because it was a business trip, otherwise, seriously, don't stay here – it's ridiculously bad.

Exceeded my expectations! The bedding was super comfortable, the room was spacious and bright with a great view. The overall environment and cleanliness were excellent. My child enjoyed the breakfast and mentioned it was good. The location is also very convenient for transportation and dining.

The location is a bit far from the train station; you have to exit from C6 and then walk a bit. There's an elevator directly to the front desk. The front desk staff were very welcoming, the overall environment was decent, and breakfast was alright. However, the room facilities are quite old, and the towels are a bit stiff.

The room is small but well-designed, allowing me to open my suitcase comfortably. The location is great, close to Ikebukuro subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The front desk staff can speak Chinese. Although check-in is officially at 4 PM, they let me check in at 3:30 PM. You can also store your luggage if you arrive early.

Great for singles or couples. Would recommend if you will be staying over for a night to catch an early train at Ikebukuro Station.

This is a second time I stayed at this hotel after had been here couple of years ago.
Never disappointed. The staff was so helpful and had a warm welcome. I like its location the most.
I had two 28" luggages and two carry on bags, walking from the Ikebukuro station didn't feel any tired.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sakura Hotel during my visit to Tokyo and it was an absolute delight. The hotel is conveniently located near Ikebukuro station exit C6 and is incredibly cost-effective. What really blew me away, however, was the staff's warm hospitality - they were so helpful and approachable. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice staff. Little rooms with carpets. The carpet was very dirty. It's unhygienic. A lot of things under the bed. It wasn't clean. The situation is good, not far from metro.
