Ok service.
Great location.
Rooms and the building itself is very very old and not suitcase friendly. Even non smoking room has cigarette smell. amenities and equipments, appliances are not nice. old and not enough.
Price is ok considering the location.
I found hair a lot in my room when I arrived, so i felt very uncomfortable by how not clean the room was.

Conveniently located near the station and Tokyo Dome. It's an old hotel, but it has everything you need and is super affordable, so it's perfectly fine. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding what you need.

I stayed here on a business trip.
The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, the wallpaper was peeling, and although there was Wi-Fi, the signal was weak.
There weren't many good things about it.

If you're attending an event around Tokyo Dome, the location is great.
The cost is also reasonable, so I often use this hotel during events.
The hotel itself is quite old, so the facilities are a bit lower rated.
I hope the WiFi can be improved a bit.

The number of people set in the reservation on the day was incorrect, but I called and they sorted it out, which I was very grateful for.
The location is very good. Other services are more like a business hotel.

The current hotel prices in Tokyo are taking off! However, this company's choice of time period is still cost-effective. You can also take a good rest in the mini room... The hotel's facilities are very warm and suitable for people like me who like the style of the 90s and 00s very much. The room is not big, but it has everything you need. For example, you can take a bath. Bathtub (squatting type), TV where you can buy TV cards... The bed seemed to be quite soft, and I accidentally overslept the next day. Fortunately, it was not a big problem... It is close to Tokyo Arena and has convenient transportation.

The location is good as it is close to Tokyo Dome and there is a convenience store on the side.

The rooms were really hot. The a/c did not work and you couldn't open the window. There was daily housekeeping which was nice. There was not wifi in the room, they give you a wifi kit which you have to set up yourself. The hotel is centrally located by the Tokyo Dome and some shopping, so that is convenient. But it certainly not worth the over $100 a night room rate I received.

It is a very comfortable, clean hotel ...
I arrived with my family without a reservation, it was an unexpected situation, but I followed the good reference that this hotel has on the internet and it really is true. I asked please to be attended in English because I don't know the Japanese language very well, and it was a great help ... breakfast is included from 6 am to 10:00 am ... it is a basic continental breakfast.

I’m check-in here on Nov.2019. Hotel look like a renovate. Room very hot and cannot open window because they repair and wrapped window outside. I go down to tell employee but they cannot do anything. I booking for 3 night but stay just 2 and i leave.

Location is nice. Withdrawn. Clean. Good service. A bit pricey. Don't expect a well sized room, even if double room is booked. It's Tokyo.😀
