Amenities and change of towels provided daily. Great location to Shibuya spots and the train station. Rooms are small and definitely bring a power plug adaptor as the universal power socket in our room was faulty (but there were 2 Japan sockets so we were fine). Great ramen shop across hotel. Fugu place nearby (but we didn’t try). Would stay again

As this is a 3-star hotel, I didn’t have high expectations considering the price and the prime location. You get exactly what you pay for—a basic hotel with small and not particularly comfortable rooms.
The main issue was that the building only has one elevator, leading to long wait times, which was quite inconvenient. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot in Shibuya, this could work as a quick solution, but I personally didn’t feel very comfortable. I’m glad I only stayed for one night.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. They also offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.
Conveniently located close to Shibuya Station and major shopping areas.
Thoughtful amenities are provided, including a comb, shower cap, hair tie, toothpaste and toothbrush, slippers, and more.
Cons:
Beware! The room is extremely small and not recommended if you are traveling with someone. There is no space for two large suitcases, and you can barely open them. This hotel is not suitable for families or couples.
The room and bathroom are separated by a thin wall, so steam from a hot shower easily spreads into the room, making it very humid.

Ten minute simple walk to the heart of Shibuya. Rooms are small but that is common. The bed was so comfy and we really enjoyed the layout of the room given the size. Great service and amenities. Would stay again if we come back to Shibuya!

I want to say something if you are check in 3 pm and check out 10 am it is NOT 24 hours stay in. It is not close city check in and check out time also very huge problem. And beds are very very small even in room they have enough space to put bigger beds! Only good ting it is easy to give your luggages but employees not enough services also slow. Never go there again. Don’t recommend at all.

I accidentally booked the wrong date, and when trying to change the date, it wouldn't let me. I emailed the hotel and I have not gotten a response back and now I have to pay for the room again. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend this hotel by any means.

The location is good, right in Shibuya but rooms are very small and the bathroom had a smell. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms were clean and they made full advantage of the space they had. The rooms are small, but most hotels in Tokyo have tiny rooms. The location of the hotel is awesome, it’s 1km from Shibuya station and Shibuya Crossing.

Great stay, small rooms but good. Would have given more but charged me £6 to call a taxi to the airport. Lol

Quite tight on space but everything else was good! Would have liked more variety in TV programs available but perhaps that's just because I was watching TV in the middle of the night. Relatively clean and good service!
