Great location, 5 min walk to Daiman station , easy access to both narita or henada airport.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a quick 10-minute monorail ride from Haneda Airport to Hamamatsucho, and then about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Plus, Daimon subway station is nearby.

I really liked the complete segregation of men and women, with separate access routes. The top floor lounge and rooftop offer great views of Tokyo Tower.

However, the hygiene was quite poor. The bedsheets were thin, and some even had holes!

Location was ideal! Much of the famous sights were nearby and I could easily walk there! Train station is just round rhe corner so it was easy hopping onto trains to nearby towns! Room was clean, comfortable and amenities tip top!

It felt like I was sleeping in a space capsule, yet only a few hundred meters from the ground. Late at night, looking through the public area's floor-to-ceiling windows, watching the Eiffel Tower's shimmering lights pass over the sleeping capsules, there was a cyberpunk sense of solitude. There's no privacy here, only the most precise routine for sleeping and showering. It's perfect for those who need to temporarily deposit their physical body while their soul is still on the move.

Very good. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get to Haneda Airport. If you have a lot of luggage, you'll need to leave it outside the room, but Japan is generally safe, so you can feel at ease. The cleanliness was also very good, and the pillows were quite large. It was quiet at night.

Great location, but the sleeping pods, washrooms, and luggage storage are all on different floors, which is really inconvenient. I was constantly waiting for the elevator. It's not suitable for people with a lot of luggage or large suitcases. The storage space is very small, and there's almost no storage inside the bed itself. I think the staff should emphasize the rule about not bringing suitcases into the sleeping pods, as every morning around 5 or 6 am, I was woken up by the sound of suitcase wheels and loud thuds on the floor. People constantly bring their suitcases into the sleeping pods to pack, and it's extremely noisy.

Close to JR train station. A few convenience stores nearby and Yakiniku like nearby as well. Room is generally clean. But some washroom slightly worn down

Facilities: The overall facilities are quite comprehensive and very new. The capsule rooms are also relatively new and spacious.
Hygiene: The hygiene is also good.
Environment: The functional areas on each floor are very clearly divided.
Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and patiently answered questions.
(The shower area is large, there are many public restrooms, and you can see Tokyo Tower from the 10th floor. However, the hotel does not provide hot drinking water, and the toothbrushes are a bit stiff. Other than that, everything else is good.)

The location is excellent, very close to both Azabudai Hills and Tokyo Tower. There were also many front desk staff, so communication was seamless.

the most satisfying part must be the view of common area to me . View of Tokyo tower was so stunning ! it was a good choice for solo traveler !
