The hotel is very clean and great Facilities.

The room was decent, an average size that allowed us to open two suitcases comfortably. It was well-equipped, and the subway station was only about a 5-minute walk away. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and polite.

The futon was thin and I felt cold. Even with the heater on, the room didn't warm up.

I visited with two friends. The room was spacious despite having three beds and was very clean. The price was also reasonable, especially for the year-end, which was a great help. I'd love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you!

Although the demarcation between the shoe-off and shoe-on areas wasn't very clear, which was a minor drawback, the overall room condition was excellent. However, the soundproofing is a bit weak, so it's advisable to keep quiet after 10 PM. While some external noise was audible, I was satisfied with the great location and friendly service. There are many Korean restaurants nearby, and it's close to Shinjuku Station, making transportation and dining very convenient.

The room is big and the staff are helpful. 5min walk from Station Shin Okubo, very convenient.

I stayed here for one night on September 13th. The room cost over 800 yuan and was on the first floor. The service was fine, and it was clean enough, but the facilities were really basic. It felt more like a guesthouse or a hostel. My wife even commented that the name 'Best' was a bit much! If you don't have high expectations for a hotel, it's an okay place for a single night's stay.

Very friendly staff, speaks many languages, very safe and quiet area despite being next to Kabukicho, next to Korean food place. AC and ventilation working in the room.
Excellent location and close to station.
Very comfy bed too.

Stayed with my family, and the room is spacious. Hotel is very clean, complete with toiletries and the staff is nice. It;s very near Donki so shopping is great :D

Location was decent, walking distance to Shinjuku.
Staff were friendly.
Cons a bit run down, shower wasn’t the best and near the red light district (wasn’t unsafe but not great for families at night)
