I really can't book this hotel again. Even though the location is very convenient, their attitude towards Chinese guests is absolutely terrible. It's not worth putting up with such disrespectful treatment. This is the worst service I've ever experienced in a Japanese hotel.

01.02.2026 LindaZ

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and offers a shuttle bus service to Disneyland (though you need to book early as seats fill up quickly). The breakfast selection is excellent. Overall, it's very suitable for families.

Its very convenient location.
Opposite there is a donki.
Beside the hotel there is Daiso , uniqlo , GU and there are a few malls walking distance.
Mrt is just a ~ 5 min walk
There is a coin laundry nearby, you can get the map from the counter .

The hotel has been recently renovated, the service is excellent, and the dinner was also quite good. It's reasonably priced and in a great location!

The hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay, even though it was a bit squeezy to open up our luggages. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, no matter how short it was. The staff were extremely helpful. The view from our room was pretty nice.

Great location and plenty of food, shops and convenience stalls everywhere. The rooms are a very good size and just seeing the SkyTree from our room every evening is really amazing. The hotel is old but very clean. However, you can clearly hear noises from the rooms next door. For some strange reason, there was an incessant banging every morning beginning at 6.45am for about 30 minutes, which was impossible to ignore so no chance of sleeping in. It also offers a free shuttle service to the Disney Parks, but spaces are limited and they get booked up very quickly.

21.10.2025 Guest

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. The Tokyo Skytree is right across from the hotel's entrance. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Kinshicho subway station. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Convenient location for JR, tokyo metro transportation. Hotel service is attentive and responsive. When there's disruptive guests in the neighboring room, hotel front desk changed room for us immediately, even close to midnight. The hotel room remains skytree view. Great and commendable service! Keep up the good work😃

We checked out and we waited at lobby for our driver to pick us to airport, we asked for water from front desk at reception (lady), she said once checked out, cannot provide water🙄

24.08.2025 Guest

The room was a bit small, but the view was fantastic – the Tokyo Skytree was right there.
